Great stay, super vacation!!!

Excellent location in Puerta Cortes, with a beach club meters from the house and almost direct access going down the beach. You also have the El Barco restaurant a few steps away, where we could get together to watch World Cup games while ordering drinks and something delicious to eat. The villa's private pool is the best part of the house, especially if you're going with children who enjoy it from 7 AM until nighttime. Overall it was a good stay and the hosts were attentive and responded very quickly. The location within Puerta Cortes is great, and being there is good. You have the Balandra and Tecolote beaches about 20 minutes away by car, which we thought were among the best in La Paz. Compared to the other villas and accommodations in the area, it stands out for its private pool. Recommended! Thank you

Great place right at the beach at Indigo hotel, you can use the beach club right next to it, and the pool at indigo. Karla who I talk to and meet at the house at check in, was very kind and helpful, trying to assist in everything we need to feel like home

This villa was a dream vacation home for my family. The space itself was beautiful and welcoming and easy for the whole family (toddlers and older folks alike) to enjoy. The Puerta Cortes (the community the villa is located in) is a great spot to launch exciting adventures from and relax too, with lots of great restaurants and shops an easy walk away, and you're only a short drive from downtown La Paz and the Malecon. We'll be back!

We had the most amazing time in the villa. It was perfect for our family of 4 + grandma. The daily house cleaning was a bonus on an already prefect stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We’ll definitely be back. PROS: - Located on a beautiful private beach in a resort w/a few villas and 2 hotels. You have access to the resort amenities (restaurants, spa, beach club, gym, etc) - Mike, the property manager, texted us in advance and met us at the entry gate so we could get through security. He escorted us to the villa which was helpful since it would’ve been challenging to find the right parking lot and the specific villa on our own. - Lupita provides daily housekeeping and even did our laundry for us. She worked around our schedule allowing us to sleep in and relax - Golf cart made it easy to get luggage from/to the car and also get around the resort - Resort staff was extremely friendly and helpful and everyone spoke English except for cashiers at the marina market. Tip: Johnathan at the beach club does food tours on his day off - highly recommend - Getting to La Paz was quick, easy, and cheap w/Uber and Didi CONS: none

Another great stay at Ignacio's place. We last visited 3 years ago. Since then, the whole complex has undergone an upgrade - great restaurants and beach club in close proximity. The private pool on property has undergone a refinishing and is really nice, with both a sunny and shaded areas. The house is well equipped, the AC works perfectly (we were there in over 100 degree weather). The whole experience was smooth and wonderful. Mike was very helpful in getting us oriented and assisted with an unexpected change of plans for our transportation back to the SJD airport. Thank you all for a wonderful getaway!

The house is a few steps from the beach, which is super quiet and beautiful, it was one of the things I liked the most.

Twice there , it is a very nice place with a beautiful beach and a very good private swimming pool.

Super nice place, the condominium has everything, restaurants, nice beach club, shop, cafeteria. Very safe and about 15 minutes from downtown. I lost my wedding rings which was very sad but they were always supporting me to find them!

Everything was great. Just very difficult to find, as the address via GPS took our driver up in the mountains. Took a while to find the place, and couldn't reach anyone due to signal in Mexico.

We’re a family of 5 with you g kids and this was perfect in every way. The access to the beach clubs was a game changer. The whole marina is private and safe, and it felt walkable and fun for the kids. The place itself is great for family stays, and having our own pool and hot tub was exceptional. We’ll be back for sure!!

Fantastic spot! Perfect for families (we have two young kids + infant) and it lead to a phenomenal vacation in La Paz! The villa has its own private pool and hot tub that made it perfect for us to relax after a day spent at the beach and in the ocean during the day. The surrounding marina restaurants and beach clubs (puerto & blue cortes) provide plenty of options for lounging and eating / drinks. The check in process was easy and straight forward. Our flight got in early and they went above and beyond to set us up at the beach club while we waited for the villa to be prepped. The whole house staff took phenomenal care of us and even provided recommendations on restaurants in town and what to do during the days to experience the best of La Paz! Our entire family had a phenomenal time! Everyone is counting down the days until we can return :) Do not hesitate...book this spot!!! It's worth it!

This Villa located in Puerto Cortez Marina in La Paz was a true gem. It is the only Villa in the area that has its own private pool and hot tub. It is cleaned daily and the temperature and privacy is worth every penny. The kitchen is fully stocked. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a big tub, separate shower and separate toilet room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own en suite bathroom and is located on one side of the unit willing is private. The third bedroom has bunk beds and its own bathroom. And there is a half bath in the living room. There is a roof deck that you can access from the main courtyard in the villa. You can access the beach from a path in the back yard near the pool. There was maid services daily. The location of the Villa is right next to Hotel Indigo and within walking distance of everything in the Marina. The Villa also comes with access to the beach clubs and has a golf cart to get around. An absolutely perfect place for everyone.

We stayed at the property for 4 days with grandma, sisters and cousins. It was perfect for our families. The pool and access to the beach was amazing. The house is well kept and we felt right at home. The host and house manager were super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

I maximize this house ! The only house with a pool and steps to the beach. Mike is incredible with us, he always answered all our doubts and helped us book tee time for golf. Sra and cleaning mr were every day and cleaned very well. 100% we'll be back.

Location is amazing , few steps from a wonderful beach were we snorkeled twice a day! The pool area is the best asset, pretty, well appointed with privacy, shade and big cooking and sitting area. Great restaurants. It is the only villa with private pool in the area and that is wonderful! We recommend it highly !

Beautiful home! We loved the pool and hot tub. Perfect for our family of six, with older teenagers and young adult children.

We had an incredible time. Sun, cocktails, pools, fantastic food, and amazing accommodations. Both beach clubs are great. We made pizza in the wood fired oven one night, had a chef in house one night, and ate at the area restaurants. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Using pizza oven was highlight of our stay. Made delicious pizza and steak! Kayaks are so fun to paddle out and watch pelicans dive bomb all around you. Owners are very nice people that respond immediately

We loved our stay in La Paz! The resort was quiet and beautiful. The Airbnb was fantastic. Private pool and jacuzzi was a major plus. And the onsite amenities and restaurants were great. The coffee shop at the Marina was our go-to morning spot. We used the golf cart and kayaks at the Airbnb. Super easy to get around and the beach is literally steps away. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place!!!!! Location was great and the villa was gorgeous and clean and well kept. Wish the jacuzzi was heated. But overall it was a wonderful stay. Will be back for sure!

The villa is amazing, I think it is the only one in the complex with private pool, it is literally 4 steps from the Beach Club and the beach, 3 super comfortable bedrooms, with its full bathrooms. It has a golf cart to move around the complex, there are restaurants and market, in case you do not want to leave the complex, you have access to 2 Beach clubs with poolsters, good food and good drinks, communication and attention with Karla and Arantza was excellent, as well as their recommendations. Too bad we couldn't stay longer in this villa as I had it booked. But it will definitely be our vacation spot. Our 4 and 6 year olds love it and so do we. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Great stay

This Villa was exactly what we wanted; peaceful, quiet, private, secluded. The only villa in the gated complex which has a private large pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. A must have for the high temperature and sunny skies! There is a small gate in the backyard you can walk through about 2 minutes to a private beach; you will have to pass in front of 3 other villas on a sand path to reach the beach. The beach is phenomenal; clear, warm water and the whole time we stayed (6d) we were usually the only 2 people on the beach. There is a beach club/restaurant bar directly next to the villa - Puerto - you can use the cabana beds on the sand; great food and cocktails! There is also another beach club about 5 min walk down the beach - Blue Cortes; excellent food, but was a little crowded. House is stocked with necessities; we had Karla shop for us and the fridge was fully stocked upon arrival - I highly rec you do, we grilled 3 nights. Bed/pillows so comfy! Will be back! Bring sunscreen!!!

The stay was perfect. The house is equipped with every comfort and is in a great location, near the beach inside Puerta Cortes. The host was very helpful. The house has a kayak to admire the sunset from the sea and give access to the amenities of the Playa Club. We were able to use the barbecue without any problems. The pool is very large and half shallow, which also allows access for children.

Excellent place, with the beach and all amenities very accessible. Very good service from the hosts. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay during our time in La Paz! Everyone was so responsive and helpful all the way up to the day of our arrival. They even helped us organize a dinner at the house, which was unbelievable. The private pool really made our stay, in addition to the beach club. We would absolutely return!

Our family loved Ignacios home, it was walking distance to the beach. The beach was stunning, the sand was fine and the water was transparent. Everything was clean and organized in the home, We loved all the restaurants and the golf course puerta Cortez has to offer. The owner Ingacio and Mike the manager went above and beyond. The location so close to the marina is perfect if you're doing boating adventures. The beach clubs are steps away. We'll definitely be returning!

Ignacio an Arantza are great hosts, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The pool had an issue on the first day but Ignacio made sure that we were happy and gave us a bottle of wine and an additional golf cart to get around with our big group easily. The place is as advertised, great for 3 families, very comfortable, with a big open outdoor space with a nice grill outside for BBQs. The pool is also great, although not heated, but with the hot weather it wasn’t necessary. Our kids had a great time in the pool. We had a blast, and hope we can come back again soon! The accommodation is worth it, it allows you to enter the beach club, you have access to the beach that is beautiful and the accommodation has everything to spend time with family or friends, it would have been a nice touch if they had left coffee and warned us that the pool temperature regulator was not working because it was freezing and we could not use the jacuzzi

Ignacio and his crew were very responsive. Everything was just as it looked in the photos. Short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets. There is construction going on next door, so the beach view is currently obstructed and there is a lot of noise. Hopefully that ends soon.

The house was amazing. Ignacio and his team made us feel right at home from the moment we got there till the day we left. I will come back with my family and recommend Ignacio's place to anyone who is thinking of going to La Paz. The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the beach, which is literally a few steps from the house was out of this world. The water was clear and calm. The house included a few beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler so we took those out to the beach. Ignacio thought of everything for his house. We also took advantage of the kayaks and caught ourselves a few fish. This place has it all. Felt completely safe throughout our stay. I highly recommend it for families both young and old.

Great place with great location. The resort the property is part of is very well equipped and safe, perfect for a family trip. We even did a sailing charter from the marina within walking distance from the property.

This condo is a dream, and Ignacio was a wonderful host! Ignacio had an entire team of people helping us before, during, and after our stay, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo is a ground level home in a gorgeous beach club community. There are 2 club pools with hot tubs (one with a swim up bar and one with an infinity pool with a gorgeous view and waiters taking orders while you're in the pool), a new pool/hot tub area being built right outside the condo, and the condo has its own pool and hot tub. There are multiple play structures for kids at the beach club, which I found particularly thoughtful even though we were traveling with only adults. There is a tennis court, foosball table, and ping pong available, as well as a spa. The condo was well equipped and spacious for 6 adults. Everything was as described. Comfortable beds and linens. Great wifi and massive flat screen tv. Thoughtfully and gorgeously designed. Beach is calm and very close.

This villa was exactly what we hoped for when we booked in Puerta Cortez. This villa is ideally located at the Steinbeck's restaurant end of the beach villas. More a house than a villa, this property is quiet and private with the back facing the pool (the only beach villa to have one) and the front door just steps from the Costa Baja hotel and walkway to the marina village. Although not directly on the beach, the back gate from the pool area provides access via a path to the beach which is a 30-second walk behind 2-3 other villas to the beach. 2 parking spaces are provided in the lot on the opposite side of the beach villas, but the villa's golf cart proved sufficient for shuttling bags, groceries and kids to/from the car. The villa itself had 3 great bedrooms, open plan living area, amazing outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool/spa and a rooftop deck perfect for sunsets. Our host was very responsive and the daily housekeeping was helpful. Use of the beach club was also a great perk.

We stayed at this property over Christmas and WOW, what a great villa! This is an absolutely stunning location right in the middle of Puerta Cortes. The views of the beach and sea are gorgeous! This house is great for anyone, families, friend groups and anyone in between. The pool, patio, and rooftop are obviously the top-sellers for this property. Lorena and the rest of the team were a breeze to work with and very responsive. Access to all of the member-only facilities in the marina and resort make this villa a must if you are visiting La Paz.

This place is amazing! So beautiful and very easy to access the resort or chill by the pool with your own party. Communication was easy and we even got a golf cart included which made it very easy to move around. Highly suggest renting from Ignacio.

Amazing home that is perfect for a relaxing family vacation! This house has it all! Everything you need to be comfortable while staying at the home and all you need to explore other areas of Puerta Cortes/La Paz as well. Pool area has recently been remodeled and is immaculate!! House is stocked with towels for beach/pool and even has beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for trips to the beach. Communication with owner/manager was excellent. They were warm, welcoming and attentive. Our family can't wait to return!

Very well stocked, super comfortable for a family and well located. Just a few steps to the sand, next door to a great restaurant. Having access to a golf cart was very convenient for going to the market. Beach club is also very close by. The home was perfect for our 5 day stay of 4 adults and a baby. The house is much better than what you can see in the pictures, you are a few meters away from the beach. It’s located in a big gated community/hotel where you can have room service from several restaurants, play tennis, go to the beach club, spa and much more. La Paz it’s a great place to enjoy the best beaches and this house is a great place to stay. I would love to go back to this house
