An excellent option in Tequis. The house is large, with everything you need to enjoy a few days in the countryside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes it perfect for several families and friends. Lina is an excellent host. She makes sure everything is perfect and that you enjoy your stay. We hope to return soon!

My family, my dogs and I had a great time at Lina's house The house is large and close to tequis, it was clean and tidy. All I suggest is having slightly larger plates. Otherwise we had a great time. The van we were in did not go through the main entrance, but Lina was very kind and let us enter through another street. Lina is very attentive and super accessible. The house is spectacular and pet friendly, it has everything you need for a pleasant and very comfortable stay, it's like being at home. Everything is impeccable, the kitchen has everything you need and more, the garden is beautiful and huge and there are no flies!! It has a large parking lot, swimming pool and barbecue, the bedrooms are spacious and very nice, all with their own bathroom. The house is very conveniently located and very safe, it is very easy to get to by Waze, it is 5 minutes from downtown by car and with shops nearby. Located in a quiet area. Highly recommended!! We were delighted and will be back soon. Hosts Maricarmen and Lina were very friendly and cordial at all times!!

Nice house and good host. Maricarmen's accommodation is a very nice, quiet, spacious place with a very Querétaro vibe. It has a large number of amenities and services. The place was very clean and tidy. On the other hand, Maricarmen was a good host, always responding quickly and being attentive. She gave my family and me an excellent tour upon arrival, so it was good that she guided us to explore the house. The only drawback of this accommodation, which is obviously beyond Maricarmen's control, is that the convenience stores are a bit far away, but that doesn't really affect it, you just have to walk and that's it. I would return to this place and also recommend it.

The only thing that could be improved would be the refrigerator, which didn't cool as quickly as we expected, and having an outdoor bathroom for those who use the pool (it's a lot to ask because each room has a full bathroom, but it would be ideal to avoid getting wet). Maricarmen's property, in addition to being huge, has a swimming pool. The 6 rooms have their own bathroom and are spacious, clean, and comfortable. In addition, it's very close to downtown. Maricarmen always keeps in touch and is very friendly. 100% recommended.
