Hola Francisco! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us some feedback on our listing. While we absolutely agree that safety in and around our condo is of upmost importance, we would generally not recommend that someone book our condo if they have any concerns with swimming. Especially since the pool is the main feature of the property. At the end of the day, we are a home rental, not a hotel and it sounds like maybe your family would be more suited to a more formal, hotel-type setting where the regulations in regards to swimming pools are more monitored. <br/>Thanks again, <br/><br/>Chantal
