amazing!

Everything was great; it’s a wonderful place if you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, thanks to its 5 separate bedrooms.

Excellent, I recommend it.

The place is essentially five individual hotel suites with a central kitchen and dining area. The rooms are very comfortable and match the photos. The central area was great for our large group. However, we didn’t cook any food there and the kitchen was only basically equipped.

Amazing accommodation. The staff is so lovely and gave us great recommendations for activities, cafes and restaurants. We got to hire bikes which made for some fun adventures. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent in the accommodation, very clean, pool with a very good depth, the staff were very talkative and all the people who went had an amazing time 🫶

Best place we have stayed in the Riviera. While about a mile from downtown and about the same from the beach the accommodations were amazing for our needs. I highly suggest for a family or group of people. The rooms each had their own bath. The staff were always helpful and made great suggestions and arranged rides for us. The pool and bar were great additions as well.

Great place to stay for large groups. We were traveling with 6 children and 4 adults.

So worth the money! 😊 My family of 10 booked the 5 bedroom apt and it was the perfect space. We had a private kitchen and living room that made it feel like we were at home. It looks exactly as described in the photos and description. The staff is VERY friendly and went above and beyond! From helping us book our transportations, local recommendations, and exceptional communication. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. The restaurant in the lobby is a plus. We had more relatives who booked additional separate rooms through the hotel so if you have a larger party but want a mix of Airbnb and hotel service, this is the perfect spot. Definitely coming back here for the next family trip 😄

we stayed in the Villa, there were 9 of us, and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. the staff was all spectacular, kind, helpful, and wonderful. anytime we had a question they answered it right away, no matter the time.

We had a great experience staying at Irie! It accommodated our party of 9 better than expected, each having their individual rooms/bathrooms that all opened up to a common area that we shared. The property is immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. The only draw back is the construction behind the property and noise. We’d absolutely return back to Irie again!

Such a great stay. This is a boutique hotel rather than a private house, which we liked as you get the best of both worlds, someone to talk to and house cleaning, but private enough to feel you are not in a noisy hotel. Everyone were super nice, and the place was super clean and equipped. The area is not in a walking distance from the beach so we rented scooters through the front desk, and we had a blast commuting with them instead of the tulum taxis which are a pain and expensive. Would highly recommend this place for all group sizes. We were five people and we took the large suite which had 5 bedrooms with private shower, and a common living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Our stay was only 1 night; I really liked it because we took the grandmother and it is easily accessible, what they show in the photos is there, quite spacious, clean, very friendly.

Great place for a large group or family. Large common area for gathering. Our other family members were able to book other rooms in the same property which made things nice and convenient. Location is a bit remote and would benefit from car/scooter/bike rental. Had initial mix up with late check out request, which was initially approved by staff. The manager tried to rescind the offer but he later came around. Otherwise everyone is very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this place!

My Friends and I had a great stay. Property and the apartment was well maintained and apartment finishing and decor very elevated. Staff were amazing. I love love love how responsive the staff was and gave soo many great suggestions from restaurants, clubs to beach clubs. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Tulum.

Irie boutique is more like a hotel but the flat we got were five private rooms with its own private kitchen and dining area which was perfect for our party . Everyone was super nice and the place was lovely.

Great Host, i will be back had so much fun!

The staff were hands down the most friendly and quick responding staff I have ever encountered . Everyone seemed to be on the same page as far as information . They happily arranged taxi’s for us , made reservations at various restaurants and just really went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a good one . The rooms were a bit hot but when staying in the jungle it’s difficult to temperature regulate . Otherwise no complaints , I would definitely stay again .

The place is identical to the photos, the hotel staff is friendly and attentive, we had a great time and will be back.

The truth is that from the moment we arrived we felt at home, the check-in was super quick, they accompanied us to the room, they explained the operation of everything. All the staff, super friendly made our stay wonderful. The rooms were spotless, incredible cleanliness. There are constructions around them, but they are already advanced, we could enjoy our villa perfectly and rest as you didn't feel anything. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, the food is spectacular! Thank you Franco and Carlos excellent service! Thank you hotel Irie, we look forward to returning soon for many more days!!!

My friends and I stayed here for my 35th birthday trip to Tulum and it was worth every penny! The staff are friendly and responds quickly! This is definitely worth booking!
