We had a wonderful time in Cabo and really enjoyed the outdoor space at the villa, which worked especially well for our large group. The layout of the property and the expansive exterior areas were definitely the highlight of the stay and made for a fun setting to relax together. The location also made it easy to enjoy everything Cabo has to offer, and we appreciated the effort from the on-site staff during our stay. That said, there were a few operational and maintenance issues that made the experience feel less polished than expected for the price point. Communication leading up to the trip could have been smoother, and there are some areas of the home that would benefit from updates and closer attention to upkeep. Overall, we made great memories in Cabo and are grateful for the stay.

Overall the villa was incredible, beautiful view, very safe location, great amenities and the concierge service was helpful with planning. This is a great place to stay with a group of friends on a relaxing vacation. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the photos do not do justice at how beautiful the house is. My only comment is that some of the charges at the end of the trip (chef) were not communicated clearly through the concierge.

In this case, the difference in the final total was due to a bartender service that was requested during your stay and that was not included in the initial estimate. Do not rent this beautiful place if your objective is to enjoy the enticing pool and hot tub. You will be very disappointed. You have to text the property manager every single time you want the jets on as they continuously shut off. You will be asked to pay to heat it but you will not be able to enjoy both. When they heat the pool, the hot tub goes from 102 to 85 as both pool and hot tub can’t be heated despite your 100$/day. We had 11 guests and host has disabled your control of jets on hot tub. Every Single time 1 of 11 want to use jets you must text. They asked us for a schedule for the jets but did not honor the schedule. This property is NOT close (1 mile) to the beach thus pool and hot tub are even more important. The property is very beautiful and very well laid out. They were kind as to accommodate a late check out and earlier arrival. The concierge was attentive. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. Access to laundry is nice. Would be 5 star if host enabled hot tub control.

We would like to clarify some of your comments for the benefit of future guests. Pool heating is an optional extra service that is clearly described in the Airbnb listing due to the significant propane consumption required to maintain temperature. Prior to your stay, this service and its cost were explained, and you agreed to the $100/day pool heating fee. As scheduled, our team heated and maintained the pool at 85°F throughout your stay. Regarding the hot tub jets, our staff asked for a schedule in order to accommodate your group as best as possible. Because the pool heating service was requested, when the jacuzzi heating is activated, the pool heating temporarily pauses and then resumes once the jacuzzi is no longer in use. This is how the shared heating system operates. Our team activated the jacuzzi heating and jets according to the agreed schedule, and there was only one evening when we could not accommodate a request, as it was made last minute after 11:00 PM. Guest can always heat up jacuzzi to 104 F at any time including jets at no cost as we did during your whole stay. Finally, We encourage future guests to review the property's consistent 5-star review history, including feedback from guests who stayed both before and after your visit and confirmed their positive experience with the home and its amenities. While we respect every guest’s opinion, we believe a 4-star rating does not accurately reflect the property or the level of service provided, particularly when it relates to a single isolated incident during the stay. What a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 10 guests! The entire team including the hosts, drivers, and chef were the most welcoming and kind people that took care of our every need. Great location, multiple whale sightings every day, and easy access to the new mall and resort restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book, just do it!

Pictures don’t do this home justice! The property is gorgeous and so are the views. The home was great for a large group and the central area made it easy to gather and hang out. The entire team was extremely responsive and willing to help us get what we need and answer any questions. They organized rides for us, as well as grocery pickups, a chef and decorations. I cannot say enough about our experience here - we truly loved every minute!

10/10! We were a group of 10 for a Bachelor trip and every single one of us loved our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious but more importantly the team helped organize every aspect of the weekend. From transportation, to cooking, to activities to even a few special requests! I stayed at this beautiful home for my 30th birthday with friends and family. The host greeted us as we arrived, transportation was also given to us to and from the airport and during our entire stay. Anytime we needed to be picked up someone was there. The host showed us how to use everything, and the concierge was there to get us a golf cart, groceries, everything and anything we needed. The house is amazing. We got to golf at the golf course as well and a chef came to cook our dinner. Definitely will be returning to stay here again!

Ricardo was fantastic at check in and made us feel right at home. Marzia was attentive and coordinated a fantastic chef for Thanksgiving. The place was beautiful, the location great and secure, and our family stay for Thanksgiving couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place, would recommend for anyone who wants a nice place that is away from traffic areas but also quite convenient to get into town and marina. Full service concierge as well to help get whatever you need

Hi, we stayed at the house for a bachelorette party, and it was delightful - the concierge was amazing and did beautiful decor for us. Their chef rec, Viktor, was outstanding. We all loved our trip!

We LOVED our stay. It was peaceful, easy, beautiful, and relaxing. Worked great with multiple families and a toddler. We loved dinner with the private chef that was recommended as well. Would definitely stay again.
