Location
Brisas 19 is located on the 2nd fairway of the prestigious Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, offering lovely views of the Sea of Cortez from the spacious outdoor living room. The villa is conveniently close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and spas, including those in the community’s Sheraton and Hacienda del Mar, which provide member-friendly access to their private beach and restaurants.
For the adrenaline junkie, there are plenty of opportunities nearby to surf, zip-line, deep-sea fish, or simply enjoy a classic cerveza and a spin on the dance floor. The villa is just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the fun and nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Bedrooms Description
- Bedroom 1: Full master suite with private bathroom, king bed with ocean view, and exterior terrace facing the ocean.
- Bedroom 2: Full master suite with private bathroom, king bed with ocean view, and exterior terrace facing the ocean.
- Bedroom 3: Full king bed with large closet and private bathroom facing the fountain courtyard oasis and torote tree.
- Bedroom 4: Private casita with a large bathroom and spacious closet, opening onto the courtyard with 2 queen beds.
- Bedroom 5: Private casita with kitchenette (minibar, microwave, and sink), full bathroom, and closet, facing onto the courtyard.
Note: There is a 7-night minimum stay for Christmas and New Year's week, from Saturday to Saturday.

This pricing includes your private chef. For groups larger than 6, one assistant will set the table, attend as a waiter, and prepare drinks during service at no extra charge. We will do your grocery shopping for all the ingredients needed for chef services without any additional cost; you only pay your grocery bill. At the end of our services, we take care of the cleaning and leave everything as it was. Please inform us of any food restrictions or allergies.

We had a wonderful time in Cabo and really enjoyed the outdoor space at the villa, which worked especially well for our large group. The layout of the property and the expansive exterior areas were definitely the highlight of the stay and made for a fun setting to relax together. The location also made it easy to enjoy everything Cabo has to offer, and we appreciated the effort from the on-site staff during our stay. That said, there were a few operational and maintenance issues that made the experience feel less polished than expected for the price point. Communication leading up to the trip could have been smoother, and there are some areas of the home that would benefit from updates and closer attention to upkeep. Overall, we made great memories in Cabo and are grateful for the stay.

Overall the villa was incredible, beautiful view, very safe location, great amenities and the concierge service was helpful with planning. This is a great place to stay with a group of friends on a relaxing vacation. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the photos do not do justice at how beautiful the house is. My only comment is that some of the charges at the end of the trip (chef) were not communicated clearly through the concierge.

Do not rent this beautiful place if your objective is to enjoy the enticing pool and hot tub. You will be very disappointed. You have to text the property manager every single time you want the jets on as they continuously shut off. You will be asked to pay to heat it but you will not be able to enjoy both. When they heat the pool, the hot tub goes from 102 to 85 as both pool and hot tub can’t be heated despite your 100$/day. We had 11 guests and host has disabled your control of jets on hot tub. Every Single time 1 of 11 want to use jets you must text. They asked us for a schedule for the jets but did not honor the schedule. This property is NOT close (1 mile) to the beach thus pool and hot tub are even more important. The property is very beautiful and very well laid out. They were kind as to accommodate a late check out and earlier arrival. The concierge was attentive. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. Access to laundry is nice. Would be 5 star if host enabled hot tub control.

What a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 10 guests! The entire team including the hosts, drivers, and chef were the most welcoming and kind people that took care of our every need. Great location, multiple whale sightings every day, and easy access to the new mall and resort restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book, just do it!

Pictures don’t do this home justice! The property is gorgeous and so are the views. The home was great for a large group and the central area made it easy to gather and hang out. The entire team was extremely responsive and willing to help us get what we need and answer any questions. They organized rides for us, as well as grocery pickups, a chef and decorations. I cannot say enough about our experience here - we truly loved every minute!

10/10! We were a group of 10 for a Bachelor trip and every single one of us loved our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious but more importantly the team helped organize every aspect of the weekend. From transportation, to cooking, to activities to even a few special requests! I stayed at this beautiful home for my 30th birthday with friends and family. The host greeted us as we arrived, transportation was also given to us to and from the airport and during our entire stay. Anytime we needed to be picked up someone was there. The host showed us how to use everything, and the concierge was there to get us a golf cart, groceries, everything and anything we needed. The house is amazing. We got to golf at the golf course as well and a chef came to cook our dinner. Definitely will be returning to stay here again!

Ricardo was fantastic at check in and made us feel right at home. Marzia was attentive and coordinated a fantastic chef for Thanksgiving. The place was beautiful, the location great and secure, and our family stay for Thanksgiving couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place, would recommend for anyone who wants a nice place that is away from traffic areas but also quite convenient to get into town and marina. Full service concierge as well to help get whatever you need
