We stayed in this cabin in December and although the place is nice and the friendly staff, our experience did not meet expectations. The main issues were: 1. Electricity: We were unable to use the heaters because they caused blackouts. Despite not using them, the light went out several times, affecting the refrigerator and putting our food at risk. 2. Location: The cabin is close to the Country Club, but not inside as the description indicates. This was an inconvenience because we wanted to be close to others who were inside. 3. Dangerous slope: There is a steep slope that is not safe for small children, limiting them to play freely. 4. Lack of Basics: No items such as bath soap or shampoo are provided, which is usually included in cabañas of this price. Although it has potential, power issues and some details don't justify the cost. I hope the host will consider these areas of improvement

How about Roberto, I'm sorry for the drawbacks of the light, but as I mentioned, it was overloading by the heaters. But that was fixed. In the description it does not come that it is inside the Country but glued which has access. From the earrings it comes in the cover photo. Apologies again for the light issue.

Such a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. The space was so clean and had everything you would need. Having the house cooks available was such a treat. They made delicious meals for us everyday and were so pleasant. We would love to come back

The very nice cabin, only if it was a little dusty to maybe because they had time unused and in the bathroom there were many frogs, the kitchen could also be a little cleaner. But the cabin itself, it's very beautiful…!!!

Very nice house. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed it quite a bit. Héctor was always attentive to us and resolved all our doubts. The house staff was very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Tapalpa.

Thank you Hector! Beautiful spacious home, good location. On the other hand, it lacked a lot of cleaning. The cleaning ladies did not leave the kitchen 100% clean, some dishes were stored dirty. We found balls of hair in the floor, and it was never mopped correctly. Just before leaving we decided to do it ourselves and it really made a difference. At the time of check in, they kindly asked us if we could arrive later than 3pm, which was the agreed time, since the other guests had just left. When we arrived we noted there had been some kind of party in the children's swings area and they did not pick up the garbage. Once again, thank you so much!

A place with an excellent view, but with a VERY POOR clean quality. The people who have for the toilet this property with very low human quality, and ZERO supervision by the owner.

I'm sorry to say that there is no supervision of me since I'm going there. But a service cannot be secured when House Rules are not followed. Putting a dog into the house when not allowed and still doing it is not ok. Taking things from the owner's house, even if it has to be charged and paid, that's disrespectful.

The house is very nice, very large and very comfortable. She is ready to welcome 16 people without problems. Very nice views and very attentive service staff.!! If they go in cold weather take their blankets and bedding because what is in the house is very old, as well as their towels. It does not have high-speed internet, so be prepared to disconnect from the outside world.

A beautiful, dreamlike house! The view is amazing! The rooms are super spacious, comfortable and clean. All the visitors were amazed by the place. Everything was very tasteful and luxurious! A place to enjoy! Very good service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I would definitely come back!!

We stayed at Hector's house. Everything was perfect. It exceeded our expectations. The staff in charge, Francisco and Marina, were super friendly and always attentive to everything. They are great people. The house is dreamy, with incredible views. It's super comfortable and fully equipped. We didn't need anything. The rooms were perfect. We will definitely return, and I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Hector. You were always available and attentive from check-in to check-out. We will be back soon.
