The house and the host are fantastic

Karina as a host was excellent. We were very impressed by how Karina kept us up to speed on local updates during our vacation. The accomadations were excellent for our family and friends. The staff thru out the gated community were very helpful and accommodating.

We really liked the accommodation, the house was spotless, communication with Karina was very efficient, I would honestly return to stay again, we had a super relaxing vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in this house! The house was perfect, very well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also in a very quiet and kid- friendly location. Our host, Karina, was easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was incredible, the pool of the house heated and clean, the pool of the large fractionation and overlooking the countryside. Amenities within the upscale subdivision. My family really enjoyed the sports club. I would definitely come back.

Karina’s house is amazing. It is very spacious, and we felt at home. The community is gorgeous and safe, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would recommend staying at Karina’s house. It is by far one of the best places in which we’ve ever stayed!

Karina is a wonderful host who cares about her guests.

Karina stands out as a host because she is responsive, pro active, and cares about her guests. Pictures don’t do this place justice! The golf course community is safe and gorgeous. We stayed a month and loved the sports club for the kids and us adults! We played pickle ball and tennis a ton. Kids loved all of the pools available. The splash pad and serene pool are steps from the house. We have a 4 and 2 year old and this location was perfect. The beach club is fantastic! Awesome beach with shallow water to play in. Good food served right to your palapa. Husband said the golf course was challenging but beautiful! We rented a golf course for part of our time and I’d recommend doing so if you want to stay here with kids. They do have a shuttle to get around but lots of walking to get to it. Double security check point to get to the house which we appreciated. House is well appointed and clean! A cleaner comes twice a week which was so nice of Karina to provide.

The home is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Karina is a great host and very responsive and helpful. We appreciated all the extra touches like water delivery and daily garbage pick up. The home had a lot of room for our family including a 5 year old and toddler, although there were no kids toys or games. We really didn't need them though as the pool is great. It is important to note that this is located in a gated community with a lot of security. It wasn't an issue for us to get in and out, but Ubers and taxi drivers often did not want to go through the hassle of going there. We eventually figured out that the folks at the second gate (closest to the house) will order you a taxi, and it is much easier than getting an uber although a little more expensive. There is also a shuttle to the grocery store, but it stops running at five. Overall, this location is better if you are renting a car as there is nothing walkable from the house. We felt at home, it has all the comforts possible, equipped kitchen, everything you need to go to the beach, the pool of the common area is luxury and the chapoteadero is very fun, the pool in the house you can put the hot or cold water we have fun when you turn on the bubbles, the beach is with little swell and flat suitable for children, every day we enjoyed walking or cycling, some days we would play basketball or the children's club that is refrigerated is a great advantage. All the guards of the two booths, the man of maintenance of the pool, the cleaning lady, the staff of the beach club, staff of the sports club and including the host, were all very friendly, always trying to help. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Getting inside was my fault because I had the instructions on my phone and upon arrival I didn't have internet service. The young man at the gate was more than helpful. He went way out of his way to get us access into the house. He was GREAT!!! The house was clean and adequate for our family get together. We had some nice family meals where we were able to converse and laugh together. A young lady arrived in the middle of our stay to touch up and make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice. Large pool and BBQ area was available right around the corner. Great golf course on the premises. Club house had a nice restaurant. Plan on returning!!!

RELAXING, SAFE AND COMFORTABLE EXCLENTE

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The place accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. The infinity pool was steps from our place and then the heated dip pool on our patio was enjoyed by all. We found Walmart and Paradise Village were the places we bought most of our groceries. Walmart was a 7 minute Cab ride and Paradise Village we could get to by the shuttle. We bought the temporary memberships for everyone that came and that was absolutely the best bang for your buck. That membership allowed you access to the Sports Club had which had picketball courts, swimming pools and games room and access to the Beach Club which had a swimming pool, hot tub and ocean palapas and kids and adults could use boogy boards for free. We spend a majority of time at the beach club. By buying the membership it also gave you access to a shuttle which ran from the Golf club to the Sports Club and the Beach Club. It came every 1/2 hour and you could just jump on it at any time. Best trip ever.

Karina was proactive in these communications felt at home

Overall Karina was fantastic to deal with, and the place was great. The grounds were beautiful, and there are a lot of perks if you purchase the temporary Club Membership. It was our first time using AirBnB in the area, so the double security was a comfort and a driving factor for booking this location.

Great choice for a family vacation of 10. The place is just as you can see in the photos, Karina is always on the lookout for any questions and to give recommendations. Fully recommended

Karina is the best host

Karina was very professional I never meet her but everything is very good….she was on explain and dirección excelent…very happy with her service en general all people so friendly… Ready for my next vacation….

Karina's place it bright, new and beautiful. The membership card that allows for the use of the extra facilities is where you can really pull a ton of added value out of your stay if you have an active family. It allows you the peace and serenity of a private place without compromising on the amenities of a larger resort. The most walking you HAVE to do is 10 minutes from the place to the shuttle service but after that you can easily shuttle to and from the clubhouse as needed. On site adult and kids pool are only steps away plus you have your own private dip pool for lazy mornings We made use of all the facilities which included the pickleball and tennis courts, indoor playground, lane pool, kids pool, beach club, club house, spa and the local shipping plaza ( all of which the shuttle bus will take you to). Don't forgot to check out the Tuesday Market on your trip! Its also only another 10 minute walk from the one entry to the popular and reputable Vallarta Adventures tour group.

We had an amazing vacation at Karina’s place. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space and were so impressed with how responsive and helpful Karina was. Thoughtful items like water and coffee filters were brought for us, and any questions we had about the complex and nearby areas were answered very quickly. We LOVED having our own plunge pool and enjoyed coffee and breakfast out there every morning. The golf courses in the complex are lush and beautiful and it was so nice to walk around the area knowing the security is top notch! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the area, and definitely recommend Karina as a wonderful host. Thanks so much for the great week!

The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, cool (AC in every room really helps!), and the grounds are very safe with beautiful scenery. Awesome pools and very close proximity to house. Karina is very easy to communicate with, very responsive and informative too! She made the whole process very easy!

Everything is incredible, the house is very comfortable, the one with a small pool in the same house is a super plus for the children.We really enjoyed the room and made roasted meat on the patio. The rooms are very comfortable, the facilities of the beach and sports club with the kids club are ideal for the kids. Karina's attention is what totally makes the difference she is impeccable in communication, understanding ,tips and attentions. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and immaculate house. Karina was the best host we’ve had! She was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything to comfortably travel with two toddlers. She also provided endless recommendations that were great, including a chef who came and cooked terrific meals for our family.

This place is fantastic for families and Karina is an excellent host. We spent two weeks here and can’t wait to come back. The location is perfect. We felt safe and you are a short distance to many restaurants as well as the beach.

We met Karina is a complex moment of our life, when we were changing our residence in Spain , for a change of life to Mexico and as well as if nothing, we arrived at her beautiful house in Vallarta with our three children. During these weeks in her house, Karina has been a very magical person, her treatment, love and sweetness, they really transformed a moment of personal stress, her proximity was a very nice point in our stay and she was always willing to help in everything, both personally and of course in everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended house! Communication with Karina is very easy, prompt and kind. The house is new, inside the Tiger, in a very nice and safe development. Cleanliness, house finishes, kitchen, utensils, etc is much better than what is normally found in an AirBNB.
