Amazing views from the Airbnb , stay and service ! My friends and I enjoyed it a lot

This place is surreal! The experience of living in that villa for 6 days was magical! The views, the staff! The entire experience of being there is just phenomenal! Roman, Luz and Blanca were outstanding all the time! So attentive! So helpful all the time! Maria, the concierge was also helpful in most of the areas, however, she was not present only via chat! The place is worth the price!

Wow!!! It’s difficult to put into words just how incredible this place is. Puerto Vallarta is already amazing, but this home added an entirely new level to the experience. From the unforgettable funicular ride up to the house, to the warm and attentive staff, to the stunning décor and thoughtfully designed layout—this place checks every box and then some. The staff were not only kind, friendly, and accommodating, but also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This is a perfect 10 across the board. I genuinely think everyone should jump at the opportunity to stay somewhere this special.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with unobstructed ocean views and high-quality, stylish interior decor. There’s plenty of comfortable hangout space for a big group, making it perfect for a warm-weather group getaway. The staff were attentive, communicative, and the concierge was very responsive and helpful with coordinating transportation and recommending great places to try. The in-house food and cocktails by the chef was also delicious. Highly recommend, and I would definitely book again if I visit PV in the future.

I truly can’t say how wonderful the stay was at Punta del Cielo! I’ve never had an Airbnb that outdid the photos - incredibly exceptional views, amazing pool, and very spacious bedrooms. The staff was also so friendly and accommodating and made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend this place ten times over and will absolutely be staying here the next time we are in PV!

Absolutely incredible villa & wonderful staff! The funicular was such a unique experience and was very easy to use even when coming back late at night!

The house is incredible (absolutely insane views, it’s exactly what it looks like in the photos) and the house is beautiful with tons of space. The staff was fantastic as well.

Punta del cielo was one of the most magical spaces I have ever stayed in! The house itself is gorgeous and the views are even better! The staff was incredible. Each staff member was helpful and very attentive to anything we needed as a group! Additionally, the food was delicious! I would 100% stay here again!! Thank you for the amazing trip!!

We had such an amazing stay! We had 4 couples and the space was perfect. The view is beyond amazing! The pool/deck area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. I really can't stress enough how beautiful the view was. Getting up the hill to the house does take some effort with the steep hill and funicular, but oh so worth it. The house staff were accommodating to meet our requests when possible. The home was clean and well maintained. It is in the center of the city, so it was noisy, but we had brought sound machines to drown it out at night. We would for sure stay again.

Had a group of 9 friends come to stay and had a fantastic time! Staff were courteous and helpful, meals were very enjoyable and the location and space were amazing! Great views to enjoy coffee or a cocktail! Would absolutely recommend and come again!

This place was an absolute dream to stay in. The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful - every meal they cooked and prepared was delicious. It’s walking distance (up and down a hill but there are stairs that make it easier) to the boardwalk, night clubs, beaches, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend!

This is just an absolutely awesome villa. Best view ever, sunsets every night. The house is magnificent. Every room is super comfortable with each an in suite bathroom. The boardwalk (Malecón) is 10min walking distance with all the shops and restaurants. We were 4 adults and 6 teenagers. Everyone had a blast. And the villas’ staff are just fantastic. The chef’s meals were all delicious, and the entire team was going above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The stay was more than we expected . Everything was perfect , the pool was amazing . And the staff were top notch . Our favorite part was the meals the chef cooked . Thank you so much for the amazing stay .

This home is so beautiful. The views breathtaking. Meals upon this tranquil setting and dinner at sunset every nice. This home is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The staff adds so much to to trip, serving high end restaurant quality meals. They handle everything from shopping to clean up. This was definitely a trip of pampering.

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations. The villa and views were even better than pictured on the listing. A truly stunning villa with beautiful panoramic views and close access to the town. Maria was there to great us when we arrived and very helpful answering all our questions and showing us around the villa. The staff were very friendly and the food they prepared was delicious. We will be recommending this Airbnb to any of our friends that plan to travel to Puerto Vallarta.

It's hard to describe how great our stay was here. The staff were AMAZING! The view from the house is incredible. The house was exactly as described. It's a bit of a hike up a hill from all the hot spots, but definitely walkable. The chef prepared two meals a day for us that were each somehow better than the last. She also put the leftovers in the refrigerator each day which made for a nice snack when coming back from the bars/clubs at night. We felt very comfortable as we enjoyed the private garden, infinity pool, upper deck with fire pit, and six private bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The concierge, cook, housekeeper and houseman were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around. The concierge scheduled spa services for us at the house as well as took care of scheduling transportation to/from the airport and whenever we needed to go somewhere no within walking distance. Definitely hope to stay there again in the future.

I wish we could give more stars. Thirteen of us stayed here for my husband’s 40th and everything was perfect (and we’re a particular bunch). The house, the staff, the communication, the views, etc. all exceeded expectations. I hope we’re lucky enough to book this property again in the future.

This villa and experience is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. Aurora the chef is incredible. The indoor outdoor living and dining area has a phenomenal view of the water and town. We loved every moment of our trip here and would definitely come back. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time. The villa has a beautiful view. The house is spacious and very clean. The staff members are very friendly and kind. The location is in downtown, close enough to everything but also feels like it is more private, up in the hills. Fair to say it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! Thank you Maria!!

Punta Del Cielo is a paradise above central Puerto Vallarta. From the pre-trip concierge service, Carla was amazing at providing recommendations and being super responsive. Once there, the place looked exactly like the pictures and the on-site staff of Ramon and Blanca were very and attentive with serving poolside drinks, turn down service of the rooms, helping with a birthday celebration (piñata and all). And the meals from Aurora were some of the best we’ve had. Overall, it was a spectacular and extremely memorable experience. For downsides, there aren’t many and the ones I have are nit-picky. The home is on a steep hill from the downtown so especially in the summer, you’ll get your workout on. And apart from the bedrooms, the house is all open so prepare for mosquitos and bugs. Again though, this is 10000% worth booking.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed with friends and family to celebrate my son’s coming-of-age. The house, location and view are incredible. The staff is wonderful. Every room is gorgeous. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 to spread out, and sit together when we wanted. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants and the water. I can’t even think of a single thing that they need to improve. We will definitely come back again.

This villa is out of this world! When I walked in & saw the view, I got goosebumps! It is a total experience from start to finish supported by a concierge, in our case, Carla, who was absolutely amazing, & 3 staff members - a housekeeper, Blanca, a cook, Aurora & Roman who cooked, made drinks, organised our groceries, tended to the garden & overal kept the villa running & in immaculate condition. They were all so friendly, kind & attentive. We were a group of 10 from all over the US and in advance of arriving, Carla organized arrival groceries, airport transfers, access to the villa and also helped plan a birthday party with decor, a cake and a drag Queen performance at the villa. She also organized poolside yoga, massages, facials and so much more. Highly recommend. The location is perfect, close enough to be in the center of everything and also be away from it. The area is lovely with galleries, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Thank you all so much for the most incredible time!

This a truly beautiful villa! M husband and I stayed there by ourselves instead of with friends so we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The pics dont do it justice. The views and pool are amazing. The staff was amazing and can do as much or as little as you as them to do. My husband and I enjoy privacy so I think the staff was gone by about 1pm daily. We always had fresh breakfast prepared by Aurora in the mornings. Delicious! Blanca and Roman were pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again. :)

The home was absolutely beautiful. You’re going to be absolutely stunned when you see it in person. Everything from the pool, the food, the staff, the host, and the views are incredibly stunning. This is an absolute must when you consider staying in Puerto Vallarta!

My husband, 2 daughters and myself had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely beautiful and each room was uniquely furnished and very clean. Wonderful staffs (Roman and 2 amazing ladies) who also prepared our breakfast and dinner while we were staying there. Each meal was very delicious. Maria, the host of the property was also great! Everything was seamless. We highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for vacation. The house was amazing!!! The pictures online really don't give it the justice that it deserves.... We stayed here for one week celebrating my daughter's college graduation and it did not disappoint. The staff, gloria, Blanca and Roman were absolutely the best! The food was good 100% of the time and we looked forward to every meal. The rooms were cleaned daily and the home was maintained in a spectacular manner daily. Thank you for giving us the best family vacation ever!!!!!!!!

This house and the team that work there are amazing. The view is incredible and the house is spotless. It was the only trip I can think of where it was hard or impossible to think of things that could be better. Highly recommend getting massages by the pool. It wasn’t completely clear whenI booked that the Airbnb price wasn’t for all the rooms but I didn’t end up needing all of them. I would recommend earplugs at night due to the music from the clubs downtown, but depends on which room you are in. Highly recommend this place. It’s better than the pictures and it is run really well.

I'm hesitant to post a review only because I would like to keep Punta del Cielo my little secret! The views, the rooms, the decor...everything about this place is incredible. But the staff, Maria, Roman, Blanca & Ivan....I like to call them the Dream Team! The pictures do not do the Villa justice and you won't find another place with a better staff. Just be aware, to walk the last block or two before the funicular is a bit of a pain...but it's worth it! Our family of 12 can not wait to go back!

Nothing better than being greeted at the door with margaritas! Such an incredible stay. In all my vacations in 31 years of life, nothing touches the beauty of this home and the staff!
