In the photos, the house looks really good, but in person it's something else. You're impressed with the place. It's very nice.

The house is just like the pictures. Very comfortable, and the service from all the staff is a 10. Mrs. Susana is an excellent cook. The pool and terrace area are very good. Pets are allowed. Covered parking inside the house for 3 medium-sized cars or 2 small cars and 1 van. Keep in mind that the whole house is on a slope, and you have to go up and down stairs to get to all the spaces. The internet coverage could be improved, and the drainage in some bathrooms is very slow and has an odor.

The house has everything you need, and the service from the people who help in the house is great. For us, the fact that it's pet friendly was the best part. The house is on different levels with stairs, so I recommend taking that into consideration.

Everything was very good overall, nice spaces, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, the place is spacious, and after a quick tour, you get used to finding everything.

The house is fabulous for spending several days; the pool is a good size, and the heating is good; the rooms have good air conditioning; there is access to the lake via a private dock; and there are amenities such as kayaks and life jackets. But above all, Susy and Salvador's service is excellent—unbeatable.

Fantastic place. Chava, Susy, and Lekna are great hosts. Super convenient check-in and check-out times, very spacious, and 24/7 support. We left feeling very satisfied.

The house is beautiful, the sunsets from the house are beautiful. Salvador and his wife Susana, the caretakers of the house, are friendly and helpful. Lenka was very attentive and the directions to get there were very clear. I highly recommend it.

The house is very large and has a good distribution of rooms and recreation areas. Some areas, such as the lake access, require maintenance. We went as a family for a long weekend and we felt very comfortable, well cared for and safe. We'll surely be back.

We stayed 14 people and we fit perfectly. The accommodation is exactly as described, there is plenty of space and different areas to socialize. Chava was always available to give us recommendations and help us. It should be noted that the house only has 2 covered parking spaces inside the house, there is space to park another 3/4 cars outside but I don't know how safe it is. Everything was perfect and I would definitely rent the house again

Great accommodation, great choice. Lenka is very attentive, as are Salvador and Mrs. Susy, who help in the house. Mrs. Susy cooked for us and helped with the cleaning, every day in the morning when we woke up everything was in order and clean. They accepted us with dogs without any problem and even kept an eye on them while we went skiing. It's a house that has everything you need and more, to be with family and friends. It is super well prepared for any activity and in super good condition. I highly recommend it and of course we would return, for its cleanliness, service, flexibility and excellent service.

Our stay at Lenka's house was very pleasant. Susy and Chava were super friendly and helpful, always attentive to what we needed. The house is very nice, with a beautiful garden, direct access to the lake, and air conditioning in the rooms. The pool is comfortable for cooling off, although not so large for swimming, but the lake perfectly compensates for that. We did notice some areas of opportunity: in several rooms there was no hot water, and in one of them the air conditioning was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well. The house in general just needs a little maintenance to be in optimal condition. For example, we read in the description that there were kayaks but none worked :( and it's a shame because we were all excited to use them. Despite those details, we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely consider coming back. It's a place with everything you need for an unforgettable weekend and a very pleasant environment.

This house is amazing for a weekend with friends. The service of the gentlemen is very good, and they cook really well and make you feel comfortable at all times. A very nice place with all the amenities. Just as a recommendation, some hammocks would be nice and fumigate a little more, we had a scorpion in one of the rooms. Overall everything was excellent Good service from the people who work in the house.

It was wonderful, the direct access to the lake is the best. Susy, Chava and Emiliano took great care of us!!! The Kayaks offer a unique and fun experience. The boats and motorbikes you can leave the house because it has a minipuerto. Palapa is very nice to see the sunset. Fully functional and large grills. We definitely plan to come back!!

The accommodation is large, it has quite a few rooms and beds so that everyone is comfortable, the pool has a boiler and if they take it from early it keeps good temperature all day, they have quite a few games (pool table, table hockey table, foosball, ping ping table, trampoline) so if they go as a family it is a great alternative. The service from Salvador, Paty and Susi was very good.

The house is large, very well equipped, well maintained and clean. The staff who served us always responded to our requests. Paty was always very attentive and cooks very well. Lenka is an excellent host, she gave us detailed directions and when we wrote she responded immediately.

One of the best options in Tequesquitengo, where you can really have a rest since it includes everything, literally everything, I will never look for another option, this will always be the best decision

Lenka's house is beautiful, very spacious and super well maintained. The view and access to the lake are great, even more so if you like kayaks. The care and initiative of Paty and Gaby to cook are wonderful. We had an amazing time, with the only drawback being the neighbors who had the music absurdly loud the first night.

Good season and attention from Paty and Susan do an excellent job. All very attentive, they really are a great support for your break. I highly recommend it, it is one of the few houses with an excellent schedule that is a plus👍. Of course I'll be back!!!

We had a great weekend! Lenka was so accommodating and the house is exactly like the pictures. Rooms were clean and comfortable, outdoor space was also clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful. There is so much to do! Game room, kayaks, pool, trampoline (which was in perfect condition, another review noted it was old but maybe it has since been replaced). The house staff made great meals. Everything you need is included. We would definitely stay again.

The place was amazing, everyone in the house help us to have everything perfect for whatever we wanted to do. Was an incredible spot at the lake, the house come with 3 helpful and magnificent person that helped us with the cooking, the house, the store (they went everywhere to buy what we need it), the local restaurants, with everything! Our family had a wonderful time during our stay here. The helpers and chef were excellent and very helpful during our stay. They ensured we had everything we needed. The place was very big and had lots to do to keep our family entertained. The only complaint is the noise from the construction next door that began early in the mornings but there is nothing that Lenka could have done to avoid that. We are looking forward to returning to this home in the future. Thanks Lenka!

we were several families with children and had a great time It is a nice house and the staff was extremely friendly with us at all times and they cooked for us with the groceries we brought, which made it very easy to rest those days. The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms need a bit of maintenance and the pool awning is broken. However, we spent a few incredible days and the trampoline was the children's favorite The kayaks were also a great addition and the view is very nice. the house is super well-equipped
