We had such a wonderful time at Jimena's place. The house is so special, the garden is beautiful, and Gemma and Daniel are helpful and kind, plus they cooked us an amazing breakfast both days. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing to stay here, it far exceeded our expectations! All the rooms are very independent and full of beautiful details. The garden is huuuuuuuuuuge and you can't believe the house is in that green paradise. Gemma, Daniel and Gael are attentive to everything, and they cook spectacular dishes. We felt very pampered and very lucky to have been able to discover such an incredible place. I highly recommend it!

We rented Jimena’s place for our wedding weekend. She was very good at communicating and even after a small misunderstanding we were able to make a plan for the weekend. The yard is incredibly beautiful and massive and we had a picture perfect wedding that we will never forget! Highly recommend. We are leaving Tepoz happily married and very grateful 🥹 Will be back!!

I used this lovely estate for my getting-ready house for my wedding and it was PERFECT. Enough space for each of my bridesmaids plus the living room for hair and makeup. The grounds are exquisite and the photography potential is limitless. The staff made us breakfast twice - it was delicious but a little slow the morning of the wedding (we had an early start) but was perfectly timed the day after. Jimena was a perfect host - we got two flat tires (welcome to Tepoz!) and she immediately responded and told us where to get them fixed (thankfully there was a place at the end of the driveway). The WiFi was strongest in the living room and petered off as you moved down the hacienda-style house (all bedrooms open to the long exterior corridor). It wasn’t an issue for us, but is good to know. Do keep in mind that WiFi in ALL of Tepoz is not known to be particularly reliable. All in all, an excellent stay. I would happily return!

Jimena's place could not have been more perfect for a weekend with friends in Tepoztlan. We had plenty of space to ourselves, and it was so easy to hang out on the stunning grounds. Breakfast was made for us and it was so so good every day. We did not want to leave and do intend on a return trip at some point!

Jimena was incredible to work with!! My husband and I chose her place to hold our small wedding and she couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and supportive in all of our questions and planning. The home and the grounds are unbelievably beautiful with a garden that extends for what feels like an infinity and has a view of the mountains. The rooms in the house are beautiful furnished and very ample and the walk that connects each of the rooms has a covered roof that’s nothing short of magical. We loved our time here and would 100% recommend it to anyone!!

An incredible few days, I ended up extending, the thought of leaving the peace and serenity was excruciating. It feels like a French farm house conversion, simply beautiful. The garden is more of a park, and the hosts kindly helped us lit a huge fire in the fire pit at the end of the garden one night. A delicious breakfast is served every morning, and the warmest most delightful pool is an excellent start to every day. I will be back for sure!

Beautiful home and property! Jimena was very helpful and responsive. The house is historic and tastefully designed. For our group of 4 couples, we loved how each of the rooms felt equally spacious and each room had a private bathroom. The house is quite old, which for us was charming. Our favorite part of staying here was the delicious breakfast made by Gemma. So delicious! We also enjoyed the location more than anticipated -- while it's about a 20 minute walk into the center of town, just down the street is my new favorite health food store, Marcadella, and our new favorite bar, El Bicho. It's also super close to Parcella and La Sombra del Sabino, two other favorites! Highly recommend this spot if you have an appreciation for design, natural beauty, and historic spaces.

Jimena’s place was incredible. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in Mexico and will def be staying there again. The yard is massive and filled with different types of beautiful trees. Jimena’s home is a hidden oasis just outside of Tepoztlán’s town center. Spacious with a warm pool, beautifully curated mid-century design, and an immense lawn for frolicking about, it’s a rustic farmhouse for those who want to rise with the sun and the sound of crowing roosters, and those who don’t mind some of of nature’s visitors. Daniel and Gema, who live onsite and tend to the home, were warm, inviting, and helpful. If you stay in Jimena’s home, I recommend you opt in for home-cooked meals and ask about a massage service. Her home is an ideal place to unwind, relax, and ground yourself.

Jimena was an absolute dream host and her magical Tepoz home is unbelievable. We had a perfect weekend and would go back in a heartbeat. This house has the best of the natural beauty of Tepoztlán and the comfort, beauty and taste of living in a city. It is a spacious, bright, clean and a beautiful warm paradise. Each room has unique Mexican art and lots of character. Jimena is proactive, friendly, flexible, responsive and a superhost. The staff Daniel, Gemma and their kids are welcoming and made us feel at home. They cooked delicious Mexican breakfast for us and answered and tended to all of our questions. We left wanting to stay longer and continue to rest, relax and enjoy the beauty of Tepoztlán. We hope to come back again soon. Much gratitude!

This was our second visit to Jimena’s place. We took visitors from Australia and they loved it. It was very relaxed and as last time amazing breakfast and support from Daniel and his wife. We would stay there again.

We had a really relaxing and wonderful stay

Jimena’s place is the perfect weekend getaway. The pictures don’t do it justice. Do yourself a favor and book it - not to be missed.

The farm is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and you can breathe peace. The kitchen with the essentials, I was amazed by the collection of small containers to welcome you to everyone: Turkish jars for the tea, for mate or just for a coffee. The water from the hot showers. The bed in which I stayed from a comfort of ten, not so my family who felt the mattresses very hard. Gemma's breakfasts are simple but delicious. The hospitality of Gemma, Daniel and their children was important as even Daniel had to take some spiders out of rooms or kitchen, of course, this normal being surrounded in the countryside. The only thing I would add is to be able to have gas heating in the pool, because despite the hot climate that touched us in February, we could not all enjoy the pool when we felt it freeze. Maybe it works better in summer. Still, this estate is a gem surrounded by peace and design.

Beautiful house with an even better yard. The landscaping was stunning (and bigger than we imagined) - props to Daniel. Gema was attentive and the daily breakfast was an absolute highlight. The only tiny issue was that the pool wasn’t heated, but it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Peaceful setting with well manicured grounds, Beautifully decorated, luxurious bed linens. Very kind and welcoming caretakers, Daniel and wife prepared a delicious breakfast each morning with piping hot French press coffee served on beautiful stoneware and linen tablecloth under the shaded trees. The freshest fruit, yogurt and homemade granola followed by a second course of farm fresh eggs and homemade salsa. We looked forward to our mornings together on the patio. The pool cleaned each morning and loved to hear the roosters crowing. The hacienda is old and quaint. We were in Tepotzlan for a family wedding, was nice to come back to the quietness and privacy of this lovely home. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is pure magic. It was clearly created with love. And it is managed with love by the caretakers. It was inspiring, grounding and peaceful. The food they made us in the mornings was fresh and delicious. The grounds and views of the mountains were nothing short of spectacular. This is the best kept secret of Tepoztlan and we can't wait to return again.

This place is an oasis - huge very private property with lots of garden and yard to explore. You feel like you are in your own private secluded world. The yard was much bigger than we expected. The pool was wonderful and warm - our kids were in it every day. The caretakers Daniel and Jemma live on the property - they were wonderful hosts and fantastic cooks. We had breakfast and dinner from them every day, and everything was delicious. Our only note would be that, at least by USA standards, the building itself is quite rustic. The bathrooms are very simple, there is chipping paint and broken tiles, and some relatively large bugs and spiders in the indoor rooms. I think investing some money in fixing up the indoor space would go a long way. But regardless - we had a wonderful stay and are so happy we found this home. And once again Jemma and Daniel’s cooking is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charming house in one of the best areas in Tepoz. The garden is majestic with mountain views. The house is rustic and decorated with many details. From pool towels to mugs, you can tell that everything has been selected with great care.

It is an excellent option in Tepoztlán for large families, it has a wonderful location just 5 minutes from downtown. The house in general is small but enough for 8 people, the garden is simply beautiful and I would say spectacular and that makes you want to be there just to contemplate. The place is very well preserved! The service people Daniel and Gema were super helpful and attentive to our needs! And the best thing is that it is Pet friendly. An excellent experience

The house is impressive, you can see that they have paid a lot of attention to all the details and decoration to make the guests feel at home, and very welcome. Daniel and Gema are the most attentive and nice, and the food is delicious. Good location, walkable to several restaurants, cafes and groceries. A little far from downtown to walk, but we preferred it to be able to enjoy the house in peace.

This is a lovely, peaceful place with ample, well maintained grounds, spectacular views onto the Tepotzlan Rocks and a beautiful house. The character of the place is a mix of old and modern, there is a lot of privacy as rooms are beside each other and each stepping out onto the terrace walk. The furniture is very tasteful mid-century, beds are comfortable, sheets lovely linen and there are plenty of nice towels. The pool is heated and kept clean. The couple looking after the house provided a very ample, tasty breakfast. They are happy to shop for their guests and and prepare lunch - also very good. Thank you Jimena and team. We will definitely be coming back.

Super nice authentic property with rustic charm on the outskirts of Tepozlan town. The property is very large and has beautiful gardens, perfect for kids to play. Dont miss out on beautiful mountain walks.

Unique property in Tepotzlan! The place is indeed rustic, but charming. The beds are SO comfortable to sleep in. We loved the grounds, with avocado trees and chickens. Such beautiful surroundings. We took walks, spend a lot of time outside and made a bonfire one night. The attendants on property were helpful and breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommended.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. Ideal for relaxing for a few days with the family, in a very beautiful and quiet place. Ideal because it is also very close to the center of Tepoz then you enjoy both the peace and the proximity to the village to go for a walk. Very easy access. Safe to bring our pet. The whole place is fenced and the local dogs are small and very friendly. Gemma and Daniel's services are the best. Thank you so much!

We had a great time. The garden is wonderful, and the children really enjoyed the pool and the campfires that Daniel lit for us. We loved Gemma's breakfasts. The house is old, but it has its charm. I have suggested to Jimena that she offer a microwave.

This is the ideal house for a truly restful and restorative vacation. Jimena's oasis - with a pool included - is just off the main road in Tepoztlan, but it really feels like you are in your own private world. The pool, firepit and grounds are immaculately kept, and the house is so exquisitely decorated. We slept so comfortably, and had all of our needs taken care of by the property caretakers - who make you a delicious traditional breakfast!! Would return in a heartbeat - in fact I wish I was there right now!
