We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The peaceful ocean view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Carlos, who made us feel right at home and even helped carry our luggage up to the third floor. Everyone was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay!! we felt like home and the house was spectacular with so many details that makes it look amazing.

What can we say but everything from the UNBELIEVABLE staff to the breathtakingly beautiful home was simply perfect. Carlos & his crew warmly welcomed us and treated us to a tour & all of us were blown away by the home & the views - every BR, the decks, pool area, and dining area EACH had magnificent views of the bay. We had a wonderful week enjoying the unmatched service from the entire team. Carlos could not have been more helpful, kind/attentive pretty much every minute we were awake. He attended to every possible detail anyone could have imagined. He was THE BEST & if we decide to return, half of the reason would be him! The meals prepared by Luis were outstanding. They extremely tasty & prepared beautifully. Sam/Gibron made sure the home was in great shape (the grounds were beautiful) & they couldn't have been happier guys to be around. Theresa & Elisabeth ensured the home was constantly immaculate. Hang on to that crew for sure! Thanks to all for making our week unforgettable

The staff was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Carlos, Vicki, and Inez were fantastic! The food and drinks were delicious. The house was very spacious and had amazing views. There are many floors in the house so be prepared for lots of stairs!

Exquisite! Having the opportunity to spend a memorable time with your family is always a dream come true. Staying at Shangri-La at the same time is beyond belief. The villa presented elegance and luxury at its best…shear perfection. The view, magnificent. The staff was meticulous, attentive and accommodating. Every attention to detail was splendidly choreographed. This demands a repeat.

This home is truly paradise and, if anything, the photos in the listing undersell it. The staff was incredible as well as amazing at their jobs. We felt so welcome and comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay so much that we are already trying to plan a return visit. Our stay at Casa dos Cisnes was wonderful. By far the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The villa itself was breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. The views from all of the balconies were amazing and we found ourselves taking pictures of the sunsets every night. This was particularly special for me as I proposed to my girlfriend on our second night on the highest balcony off of the master bedroom. We enjoyed the pool everyday, morning and night. Thanks again to Carlos for making us feel at home and helping out with anything we needed during our stay. And thanks to Danny for preparing an amazing array of meals throughout the day. The hospitality was top notch. Additional thanks to Lucia and her crew. This house was spotless and the bedding was not only fresh, but more comfortable than anything we have ever experienced. We cannot wait to book again in the future and relive what was an amazing vacation and proposal destination.

The pictures do no justice for this tropical haven. Every detail of every room was immaculate. Carlos and Danny kept our stomachs and glasses full at all times. Make sure that you chat about groceries on the first night with the house manager so that everyone is on the same page. There is a cultural / language barrier and you must ensure that everyone has the same understanding regarding money being spent on groceries. Do not book a tour with PV Marine Tours -- they bamboozled my group of nine. Take ubers into town for shopping and dining as they are extremely cost efficient. Have Carlos book you a van taxi for extended group jaunts. The food that Danny prepared was better than any meal that we ate in town. Spend as much time in the pool as humanly possible and watch every single sunset from your terrace. I will certainly be back again in the future.

Casa Dos Cisnes is absolutely stunning. It is even more beautiful in person! The house staff are so amazing and made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were incredible. We can’t say thank you enough and can’t wait to come back again some day!

We had an absolutely phenomenal time with our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The house is gorgeous (photos don’t even do it justice) and service outstanding. Carlos is a most welcoming and helpful host and Alonso an amazing chef!!! Thank you all so much!!!!

This place was absolutely stunning. I can not say enough about Carlos and Aaron who were our butler and chef. They took care of us like royalty. The villa itself is breathtaking. There was so much detail that went into making this place as beautiful as it is and it truly shows. The villa is not far from town so taking an Uber was a breeze. The pool area is such a nice touch. Overall, we were extremely impressed. The entire trip exceeded my expecations and so much of that had to do with the wonderful experience we received at the villa. I don't think we could have been taken care of this well even at a 5 star hotel. Do not hesitate to book this! You won't regret it. The host is super responsive and willing to set up transportation from the airport. She also recommended some of her favorite restaurants which we did visit and they certainly did not disappoint. I have already recommended this stay to many friends and family. Thank you Dos Cisnes team!

Staying at Casa dos Cisnes is an experience everyone should have at least once in their lives! The house is as comfortable as it is luxurious! So much space to enjoy and designed to give everyone a sense of privacy when desired as well as large common areas to gather. Our party of four couples each enjoyed their own suites. The remaining unused bedroom was the ideal spot for the couples massages that the host helped to arrange. The house staff was wonderful! All were pleasant and genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. The chef prepared meals were better than anything we could have found in town. The attendant/waiter/bartender/concierge - Carlos was invaluable. Lucia, Yesica, and Daniel kept the house spotless and provided fresh towels, fresh bedding, and light laundry service daily. I definitely recommend this property!

We had an incredible vacation with a group of friends. The house was extremely clean and GORGEOUS. The staff was amazing!!!!! We hope to stay again soon!

Our group of friends have traveled the world together and stayed in some very nice properties. Our group is easygoing, however, can be very particular when it comes to amenities. This property was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Quiet location just a short/cheap Uber ride to Old Town and Zona Romantica. If you are in good shape, you can walk downhill to the beach or into town. it's a bit of a steep walk back up, but doable. Felt very safe. The property is impeccable. Everything is in working order including A/C, beautiful plants, and wonderful pool area and workout room. The property allows 10 people. and provides lots of space. 5 stories of luxury. The pool deck may feel crowded with 10 people, (there were only 5 of us) but the view and poolside bar make up for the smallish pool deck. Lastly, the staff was amazing. Chef Aaron, Butler Carlos, Housekeeper Lucia. 5-star staff. Amazing food and service. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Neither words nor pictures can capture how stunning and magical this home is. Throughout our stay, our party of 10 could not stop asking each other “is it the lighting? Is it the the attention to detail in the design of the home or decor? Is it the diligente care provided by the staff who each day went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met?”Certainly all of the above and more. Details prospective renters may find helpful: beds/linens/furniture were comfortable for all our backs/hips. Chef Aaron’s food was masterfully prepared & exquisitely flavored, food allergies & preferences were expertly accommodated. Solar heated pool was warm & spacious enough for all 10 at once. 10/10 for AC in bedrooms & TV/family room but it can get hot in the dining/living rooms & stairwell/halls (seasonal pricing adequately accommodates for this). As the majority of the home is open to the tropical air, you can expect geckos & the occasional insect visitor.

Our family can’t say enough great things about Casa Dos Cisnes. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! From the amazing food, the impeccable service, and the idyllic surroundings, we would come back again and again! The attention to detail blew us all away and made it super easy for us to just enjoy our vacation together! We had so much fun getting to know Carlos and Aron since we spent so much time with them and just thoroughly enjoyed the entire staff! Whether we were poolside lounging, getting massages, or reading in the study, it was nice to have so many places in the home to relax and enjoy ourselves! Thank you so much to everyone for making our 28th wedding anniversary so very special!

I had the most amazing time staying at Casa Dos Cisnes! From the moment we book Nicole supported me to ensure all logistics we’re worked out to our first day on site Carlos, Aron and all the site staff made this this best birthday ever! Can not recommend this house enough. I will def rebook for future travels!

Extremely clean home, quiet neighborhood, super comfortable beds. No bad rooms, easy to have privacy but also a lot of communal space to hang out. AC in every room worked really well. Nice showers/ bathrooms. Food was incredible, staff was amazing, views were unreal. Short ride to commercial district. Gym was great. Overall the villa is beautiful and has million dollar vistas. We will be back.

This is an amazing house. Very beautiful and comfortable. We rented to celebrate a birthday and it was perfect. The view is amazing. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. On top of this amazing house is an amazing staff, that cooks, cleans and provides concierge service. You will absolutely love them. The house is situated high up in the hill. You sacrifice being “in the middle of things” but the view and house more than make up for that. Plus it’s only like $5US to get to the Romantic Zone. I recommend this house 100%.

10,000 square feet of pure bliss! This home is even better in person than in pictures! The staff and chef were ready for us upon arrival with our pre ordered meals and drinks and up until the day we left they were always available and attentive. Chef Rueben cooked up plenty of delicious meals throughout our stay and Juan Carlos was an amazing host to us. We can’t thank them enough. Luxury 5 star experience!!! The rooms are more than spacious. Each unique with its own special touch. We had a group of 10 and everyone felt more than spaced out in this home. The views are breathtaking and we basically pinched ourselves every morning waking up. The pool was also a great size! One thing I thought looked small in photos but I was wrong. I highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

We came to PVR to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have picked a more breath-taking home to make memories. The entire team treated us like family, especially Carlos and Ruben. Town is only 10 minutes away, but you could easily have an amazing vacation without ever having to leave the property. We’ll surely be coming back in the future! This is the place you’re looking for! P.S. There’s a very, very small beach a short walk down the hill BUT you’ll want to get an uber to the larger beaches (both LGBT and “family-friendly”) toward town.

This is a magical place. Come to the Casa! The home is impossibly fancy, but still warm. The rooms have beautiful appointments and furnishings. The views are gorgeous from almost every room. The tilework is astounding. But mostly- the staff is magical. Carlos, the butler and server, was so warm and kind. Alonzo’s food was so fancy and tasty. The maintenance and maid staff were warm, with beautiful work. Get your friends and family, everyone get a book, and just go. It’s the best.

This home is unforgettable and unbelievable! Right in the heart of Concha’s Chinas! 10 mins away from downtown! The staff is so attentive and great!! We will be back!

Casa Dos Cisnes is Luxury Elevated. I stayed at this epic home with friends for a 60th Birthday trip. The staff is attentive and do an amazing job of everything! The views of the Bay are breathtaking from just about every room. If you need it, this home has it. I highly recommend this home as great private retreat. Cathryn and her team have thought of everything.

Casa Dos Cisnes far exceeded all expectations. From when I booked the house, the property management company was excellent with communications and quickly answered every question I had. When we arrived, the staff at the house were incredible - friendly, helpful, kind, funny, and just tremendous in every way. All of Chef Ruben's meals were incredible, Carlos was remarkable and so nice, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond in every possible way. We never needed anything because the wonderful staff at the house was always there to help us with booking taxis, bringing us drinks, helping us decide on menu plans for the week, and just generally being phenomenal. It was so hard to come home today. The location of the house (on the top of a hill) cannot be beat - I've never seen such beautiful views in any place I've stayed in Mexico or otherwise. Carlos and the whole staff made sure that our trip was unforgettable. We cannot wait to go back one day soon. Thank you again to Cathryn, Nicole, and the entire staff at Casa Dos Cisnes! You all made our first post-covid trip an amazing one.

Such a special place with the best location, service, views and set up. We had the best girls trip here and even shed a few tears upon leaving. Carlos and the staff made us feel like we were always taken care of and we felt spoiled and safe

I had my bachelorette trip here with 5 of my girlfriends here and we had the absolute best time. We felt extremely safe, which was important to us but the best part was the service. Carlos, the house manager, was extremely attentive and the Mario, the Chef, made the most extraordinary meals. Not to mention the house itself is beyond magical. It was so nice to come back after a day of hiking and zip lining and relax at the pool with a cocktail. We all came home and still can't stop talking about it.
