The service from Mel was excellent. She was always available. The pool temperature was pleasant. The house was impeccably clean. It is located in a quiet and private area. There is a store nearby (they can deliver to your home). The Aurrerá grocery store and 3B store are less than 10 minutes away. She was flexible with the check-in and check-out times.

Excellent stay, Melva was always attentive to any questions that arose. The house in general is very good, everything is excellent, super comfortable beds and the exterior is equally excellent. We were very satisfied. We will definitely consider your property again next time. (We always go to this area to vacation because of the tranquility of it and the things around it) Probably the only point to improve is that there are no TVs in the rooms except in one, but considering that you are going to rest and if that issue doesn't bother you too much, then there is no major inconvenience.

It's a very spacious and cute house. Super comfortable beds, pillows and sheets, we rested very well. The kitchen has everything for the stay and also has everything for the barbecue. Enough towels for the pool and bathroom. The pool is a very good size. Although the water wasn't very cold, it was worth paying for the heating. I loved that the downstairs bathroom has an entrance from the pool area. Thank you for the complimentary amenities. Secure go back.

We really loved Melva’s place and treatment, she was quite kind and flexible with the check in and out, her place is full of many amenities to have a great weekend, games for kids, a big horn, a big grill outside, the kitchen quite well equipped, but what we loved the most was the pool! It is automatically warm by solar cells but if you want it hotter you can pay for the boiler service which is really worth it, with one day or less you turn it on is enough, our kids loved it! We definitely be back!!

Highly recommended. The house matches the photos and the environment and climate were wonderful. Melva super attentive the whole time and it was very nice to stay in her house. Just a couple of umbrellas we couldn't Use .: as observation .. but the trampoline and the pool and the large spaces were very cozy and the games helped us a lot everything is super nice thank you very much

The house apart from being very nice, is located in a secure subdivision with a double surveillance booth. The bedrooms are very cozy and super clean, the sheets and pillows. It's a bonus that all windows and entrances have mosquito nets. The kitchen is super equipped and the pool is very father and with a boiler. Communication was very good from the host. Highly recommended. We will be back soon.

I was a little worried about this last point, since I was traveling with my 7-month-old baby and I wanted the water to be pleasant for him. First of all, thank Melva for all her attention, communication with her was always excellent, as for the house, it's better than in the photos, the 3 bedrooms with everything you need to rest, the impeccable bathrooms, there were 6 of us to watch the super bowl and we had an incredible time, kitchen with everything you need to cook and the very large refrigerator, excellent for everything we brought, the best thing about the house is the pool with a very good heater for this time of year, the large barbecue helps with all the cuts you want to cook and the garden with space for a barbecue with friends, we will definitely be back very soon.

We only had problems with the speed of the internet for those of us who worked from home (video calls), but if you're just going to enjoy yourself and the internet isn't very necessary, it's definitely the ideal house to relax. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to extenuating circumstances, however Melva was very responsive and understanding in the situation and very flexible in some places we had requested for our stay.

It is a modern minimalist house, with the necessary items to be able to spend a very pleasant time. Complete kitchen utensils for any occasion, the whole house has spacious and comfortable spaces, excellent cleaning. All the details in the bedrooms and bathrooms with very good view (decoration) and use. It has more appliances than I thought I would have, which made our stay more comfortable. The rules are easy to follow. We loved the house.
