Everything excellent

The family area is very nice. The gardens are beautiful. Boats for skiing arrive directly. The staff is very friendly, easily adapts to your needs, and is always willing to help with a wonderful attitude. We went during the rainy season, so mosquitoes and many other bugs were the order of the day. My recommendation is to bring a lot of repellent. The rooms have fans but no A/C, and some areas of the kitchen have been damaged by being in a place with a lot of humidity. It is a comfortable and pleasant house to enjoy with family and friends. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was amazing, Adriana and Epi's attention definitely made a difference, the photos match perfectly with the listing and the house is beautiful and ideally located by the lake! As a point of improvement the mattresses are very uncomfortable, some changes are urgently needed.

“Our stay at the Shipyard in Teques property was spectacular! Communication with Rudi was very clear and on time. The place was spotless, well equipped and decorated in good style. The distribution was perfect for our needs (15 people) with 6 rooms with private bathroom. And the isolated common areas of bedrooms facilitate coexistence and rest. The location was perfect, a few steps down to get to the lake; in a quiet area to rest; that the trees gave us the necessary privacy. Adriana the cook has an exceptional season, always attentive to please our palate and ready to help us with any questions. Sofia and Epifanio of cooking, cleaning and maintenance also made sure our stay was enjoyable by keeping the property clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

Super nice and enjoyable place

The house is beautiful and well maintained, the photos represent the condition of the property. It's a private place with lake access and beautiful views. The property is large with large spaces and very large gardens, excellent for a large group as we never felt tight. Both the place and the house offer activities for all ages, there is always something to do. The service attention is excellent, whatever you need help and they fix it, which allows you to really relax during your stay and fully enjoy it.

It was nice place with scenic view to the lake. Padel tennis court had good quality and allows to combine leisure activities with sports. It will be great if owner had some water equipment to rent during the stay ( kayak, boat, may be fishing equipment)

Elba and Rudi's house is beautiful, we felt right at home,very comfortable quiet. The garden and well maintained pool. Photos in airbnbre represent the place, very beautiful. Adriana the cook took very good care of us. Rich cuisine. Sofia the bedroom supported us with the cleaning and in serving us and Epi the boy kindly supported us with doubts about the house and in lowering our luggage. They make a good team all three of them. Rudi was in communication with us. It is worth staying at this place. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful place to go with family and friends; I loved the great gardens and the amazing Adri and Sofi service!!! Always willing to help and also cook super rich and left the rooms super clean every day; a plus that includes the preparation of the food; with the pool everything perfect and we did not use the boiler in summer it was not necessary, I really liked a beautiful place to return 🥰❤️

The property is large, well kept and as seen in the photos. Adriana and Epifanío's service and food is excellent, delicious and always with a very good attitude. The common area where the pool is is very comfortable. We had a very good weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, which easily fitted a large group of four families with children. We enjoyed the pool, the paddle court and the access to the lake. However, the stars of our week in the house was housekeeper Adriana and her team who were always attentive, helpful and one step ahead. All in all highly recommendable.

We were happy!!! Excellent service from Adriana and Epifanio (the housekeepers), the rooms, bathrooms and common area in very good condition, it has everything you need to have a good time with the family, the objective of resting and enjoying the view of Lake Teques was achieved... we will surely return!!!
