We have stated in Puerto Vallarta many times. Roberto’s place was one of the best. Comfortable, great views, clean and well furnished/stocked. The location is great. There is a large set of stairs to walk down to the city. We appreciated them for the added exercise ! Will for sure stay again.

This apartment is lovely! they have a filtered water system for the whole building and we all drank that water happily the whole trip. The unit was very clean and so comfortable. we would stay here again and came with our 13, 11 and 7 yo. Only thing to note is that it's a flat wall to the beach except for the last block up to the apartment. 213 steps to be exact as we made a game of it :) Not overly hard steps or a $5 cab ride. Also, the building next door will sometimes have a local party for a holiday. they had one when we were there and Lois music until 1 am. it sounds like it's not a super common experience, but we would have been fine for that one night if we had brought ear plugs. Host and on-site people were so wonderful!

Roberto’s place is fabulous. The pics are accurate. He did a great job of anticipating needs and having all items to meet needs. It’s a beautiful space, great linens, tons of amenities, fabulous pool etc. my only feedback is something that can’t be changed AND Robert clearly informed guests, the location is a steep walk up and down. However, walking down is super easy and an uber/taxi is accessible coming up. I will say location is tricky for Ubers and taxis. However, in the info book there is a map that they advise you to use to snap a pic and share with drivers. Also, the cell service was really spotty, so it’s hard to get Ubers unless you are directly in the unit. Having said that, these are super minor details. The location is great. Building is peaceful and serene. The unit is EVERYTHING! Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things. Ohh, the decor-fantastic-bit over done . Super tasteful AND there’s amazing coffee beans. Can’t wait to book again

This place is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The pictures are 100% accurate; the place is stunning, and the pool is insane. The condo was immaculate, and there were tons of everything you would need to actually live. There's a 24-hour doorman, but the neighborhood doesn't feel unsafe at all, even at night. One thing to be aware of is that this place is elevated from the main drag of PV, and there is a large, irregularly shaped set of stairs connecting the two. As such, going to and from town required strenuous activity and the path at night is very dimly lit. Good thing Uber's are so cheap in PV because you could get back up to the condo for less than $4 from anywhere in town. Adriana, the property manager, is also fantastic. At the beginning of our stay, we discovered the TVs had shorted out from a recent electrical storm. Andriana coordinated with the host to get 3 brand new TVs delivered and installed the NEXT DAY! I would 100% stay here again. Don't pass this up!

Our second time staying here. Beautiful home and amazing rooftop pool. Waking distance to everything which is great. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic apartment. Well appointed with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and AC. Squeaky clean place. The rooftop pool had amazing views and the gym was well equipped and super clean. Honestly couldnt be happier with our stay. Definitely staying here again next time I'm in PV.

We had such a great time in this beautiful, comfortable condo with our adult children and their partners. Plenty of space for 3 couples to be all together and/ or find some quiet time and spaces of our own. Everything you need to cook in. Nice sound system Rooftop pool, hot top and gym were so amazing!!!! Great sunsets - great at any time. Spent a lot of time there relaxing and often had it to ourselves. We didn’t mind the short though steep hike down to and /or up the hill from the many things to do in the Zona Romantica. So many other neighborhoods in walking distance - great location. Very quiet at night. Safe neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything!

Roberto’s place is a great place to stay if you are looking for accommodation downtown in PV. It is a bit of a hike up and down the stairs … but it is very quick uber as well. You are close enough for everything to be convenient but yet far enough removed that you do not hear noise from downtown. The space is beautifully appointed, and the living room and kitchen area really work as a hang out space for groups. The balcony is a highlight and the roof pool is amazing. The building has 24 hour security which is nice and everyone was very friendly.

Spacious and modern apartment overlooking Zona Romántica with pool, gym, and a great view. Walkable location up some pedestrian steps. Would definitely come back!

Wow! Such a beautiful place to stay. This was our 1st time staying outside a resort. We wanted to try a different approach to a week’s holiday and it did not disappoint! The place spotless, well stocked, and very spacious. For a group of 6 we were never in anyone’s way. Most of what we needed was a short walk away ie groceries, beverages and restaurants. If we wanted to venture further, a taxi was always available too. We enjoyed both outdoor places to lounge and chat. The unit has a HUGE patio with doors that open fully off the dining area. As well, the rooftop has a pool, hot tub, loungers, gym!and covered bbq area. Roberto’s unit had filtered water which was a great bonus for us. Didn’t have to buy bottled water or ice cubes. To me that was different than any other place we have stayed in Mexico. The views were amazing. Almost daily we were able to see whales in the bay. The sunsets and nightly fireworks were an added bonus to the view. Would love to go back! Thanks for having us

This place is beyond amazing. This house has everything that you can think of from pots, pans, seasonings, board games, extra towels, an amazing pool and super friendly staff. I can’t wait to come back.

My experience at this location was phenominal. The condo was clean, with modern amenities, including a laundry room and private parking space! The interior decor was elegant and relaxing, and the views were breath taking. Roberto was great with communication, from his quick responses to his recoomendations and clear directions. I would 100% stay in this condo again, and refer it to any freinds.

The condo was absolutely lovely and Roberto is a wonderful host. The property has wonderful views, a great rooftop pool, filtered water, and a dedicated security guard. That condo itself is spacious, well furnished, and has an awesome speaker system in all the rooms. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you’re planning to visit Puerto Vallarta and stay in Zona Romántica definitely check out Roberto’s place! My friends and I were a little hesitant at first because it’s located slightly up the hill from the downtown area but we’re so glad we decided to pull the trigger on this place. The Airbnb is located closer to the bottom of the hill so the trek up is steep but quick. The location is ideal because it’s a short walk to get to anywhere in ZR (about 15 min walk to get to El Malecón) and just far enough that the noise of the city is not an issue. The Airbnb itself was one of the best my friends and I have stayed at. It was the first time that each of us got our own bedroom and bathroom. It was clean, spacious yet cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. One of the highlights of the trip to Puerto Vallarta was the rooftop pool and hot tub. Because the place is located on hill surrounding ZR, you get one of the best views of the area from the pool! Definitely check this place out!

Back again this year to stay at Casa Estrella Grande, still just as wonderful as always! Condo is large and spacious with a well stocked kitchen and everything we could need for a 2 week stay. Beds are comfortable. A short walk to the romantic zone down the stairs, if you're feeling energetic a walk back up is doable, or an Uber is easy to grab as well! Quiet at night and peaceful. the rooftop pool and gym are great and never busy. Hope to come again next year!

We travel and stay in Airbnb's all over the world. This was one of the most well stocked and cleanest places we have ever stayed. Being perched a few blocks above the action and noise was fantastic. And the restaurant next door and one around the block were terrific! Finally, the gym was amazing with amazing views.

The views, the amenities, the condo were all worth the stay.

This is definitely on our return list. Everything was just perfect. great surroundings, friendly building manager, great host. We felt secure, and everything we wanted was in walking distance.

Casa de Roberto was a lovely choice for my nth visit to PV. My friends enjoyed the space, everything we needed was fully stocked, and the pool area was fantastic. Our only struggle was the vertical incline to get back home, so definitely something to consider if you’re not feeling a stair workout after a night out.

Great place, very clean and modern. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything we could have needed! Also lots of extra towels and linens provided which is great. First time staying here and would definitely recommend. There are stairs when heading to town but a taxi is always a cheap and quick way to get to and from if stairs are not your thing.

We loved staying at Roberto’s. The condo and furnishings are modern, new and comfortable and had good security. The gym on the 7th floor is well equipped and the views are amazing. The condo balcony has good views and provides indoor/outdoor living. The location is great, it’s on a hilltop which provides views and a great breeze. We walked to town and the Malecon, but the walk back is steep, so we sometimes used Uber. We are most thankful for Roberto’s restaurant recommendations-they were outstanding, and all the board-games he provided!

We really loved our stay here, the place is a very relaxing space surrounded by great views. To get to the Zona Romántica is only a staircase away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in the building. Would definitely stay again.

The property is apartment in modern, new building in AltaVista area of Puerto Vallarta. It is an easy walk of 10 minutes down the hill to Basilio Badillo and Zona Romantica using terraced stairs. Rooftop area is very nice with pool, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs. The apartment is nicely furnished and well stocked and the three king beds are very comfortable.

This is an incredible condo! Our group of 3 couples had a wonderful time here. The rooftop space is perfect, and the sliding door in the condo created the ideal indoor/outdoor living space. Kitchen well stocked, nice gym, quality furniture. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is amazing -- one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in my life. Big & bright, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and the roof deck with pool has an spectacular view. One caveat: The view is so good because the condo is located on a steep hillside with rough cobblestone streets, so walking around the area is not easy. Bring your walking shoes -- high heels are a non-starter. And fortunately, taxis are cheap and plentiful in the area. :) Roberto is a great AirBnB host -- responding promptly to our inquiries, including our OCD-type questions (we have allergies so ask about things most other people would not.) Happy to offer my highest recommendation!

Roberto’s apartment is a clean, spacious, well stocked, and luxurious retreat. I had a terrible experience with another apartment we had booked for our stay and needed to find a new place the same day. I found this place last minute and Roberto was completely accommodating and we were able to check in earlier than expected. Communication was excellent. The apartment is exceptionally clean top to bottom. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are well stocked. They have everything you could need for your stay. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are top quality. We were a group of 5 and we had more than enough space to spread out. The finishes and design of the apartment are top quality and surprisingly nicer in person. You definitely get what you see and more. The pool area has amazing views and feels very private. We hardly saw anyone there during our entire stay. It’s also very safe with 24hr security. The only negative I can give is that the apartment is located on a hillside and it’s not very convenient to walk down to the comercial area of Old Puerto Vallarta, even though it’s very close. You will definitely need to use taxis or Uber to get in and out. Unless you really like walking up and down steep and numerous stairs. It’s not a huge knock but it’s something to consider. On the plus side it feels very private/safe. I would stay here again and felt like I was at home.

This place was a lot better in person than in the pictures. Very clean and open. Easy access to the restaurants and bars. I would return to this space in the future.

The place is beautiful and was very comfortable for my family of 5. At over 2000+ square feet, it was very spacious. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Adriana the concierge was amazing and extremely kind. The location is great, 5 minute walking distance to all the action of Badillo and 10 minutes to the Malecon. The walk back which we attempted a few times is 100+ steep stairs. We resorted to ubering up a couple of times which ended up being $3-$4 or so. It was far enough away to have some peace and quiet also. The kids loved the rooftop pool and went every day after our daily adventures. It felt like our private pool and had amazing views! We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Puerto Vallarta!

If you’re scrolling looking for places to stay in puerto Vallarta, stop scrolling and just book this place. I can’t say enough incredible things at how incredible this Airbnb is… for starters, all of the water in the unit is filtered so yes to those visiting Mexico no need to worry about water bottles for brushing your teeth or worrying about swallowing the water in the shower. Secondly, the entire place has AC and it was so needed to walk home to after escaping the heat. The decor and appliances are immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Every room had a ton of closet space as well and a massive shower to make it feel like you were honestly at a luxury resort. Can’t say enough about the rooftop too, we loved it so much we had a hard time leaving, it was our little oasis that was 10x better than any resort pool because rarely anyone is up there. The gym was also incredible and such a great perk with amazing views. Roberto’s place felt like a luxury hotel and if we come back to puerto Vallarta I won’t be staying anywhere else. It’s also such an easy walk into the romantic zone and we got to really explore the local city culture rarely ever needing to use Ubers or taxis to get around. I’ll say it again, stop scrolling and just book this place I promise you won’t regret it.

This was an excellent Airbnb!! Great location, walking distance to Zona Romántica and Zona Central with lots of great food near by! Extremely well-stocked and comfortable, great sheets and towels, soap to use laundry, all the basics! Extremely high end finishes throughout the entire unit, and the building has 24-hour security. Host was excellent, there were some issues with the rooftop that were out of his control while we were there and he was extremely accommodating and kept us updated. Check in was extremely easy. The rooftop area was amazing, never busy when we were up there. The private patio space was perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Overall, I cannot recommend highly enough.

There is a reason this is the second time we've stayed at Roberto's place ... you just won't find a better rental in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is gorgeous, appropriately stocked and perfectly located. Stop browsing other listings and just book it, you won't be disappointed.

This condo is not only beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a vacation, but the location has a stunning view of the city. The building is situated up the hill a bit from the romantic zone in Alta Vista. It’s a short walk, maybe about 7 minutes to the bustling part of the Romantic Zone. The condo has a set of stairs that make it convenient to walk down the hill. Inside the building there is a concierge who welcomes you and you will find the unit on the main floor (3rd floor really, but it’s ground level from the front entrance). Very secure building and it’s in a very safe location. The condo is very spacious. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. ( 2 have ensuites). King beds in all three rooms so perfect for a group or 3 couples. Huge kitchen with everything you need. The balcony gets the afternoon sun and has lots of seating. Big TV’s in every room and Sonos sound system throughout. We didn’t even watch TV because we spent the whole time up on the rooftop with a lovely pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs for you to sit and get some sun. Amazing views of the city and the ocean. You will just want to spend all your time up there. There is also a BBQ and small fridge so you can grill and eat or take it down to the condo. There’s also a well-equipped gym with free weights, bikes, treadmills, a water cooler and amazing views of the mountains. All in all, this condo is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. You will love it.

Truly incredible! We did a 6 night stay and spent 50% of our time up at the rooftop pool. It is unbeatable. The 3 king size beds and 3 bathrooms were perfect for my 2 friends and I. It's a short walk (down/up hill) to the bars, beach, food, & shopping while still being tucked away from the noise/density. 5 lovely stars.

Robertos place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice - it’s incredibly well designed, the amenities are great, the views are beautiful, and the living space is very comfortable.

What I can say about this place. First the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pool was out favorite part of our stay. Nice and beautiful ocean view. Loved that we had a security guard at all times to make sure no unwanted guest came in. The host was very accommodating to our needs and even let my extended family stay while there rooms got ready. Differently recommended to anyone looking to stay at PVR and have a blast.

The stay at Roberto’s place was amazing. The unit and V Estrella condo were spectacular and more than I expected. The rooftop, the pool, the maintenance and impeccable amenities and areas were excellent. The rooftop views are out of this world. We fell in love with your apartment, decoration and all top notch items. Anything you may think of needing is provided. Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the heart of the Romantic Zone, but also away from the noise and crowd. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The common area was so spacious! The location was great we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to. They were really easy to communicate with.

AMAZING place. It is not only very well equipped for long stays, it has top of the line appliances and furniture. It was our safe haven to retire from the fun Vallarta nights to rest and recover. The staff was super responsive and welcoming.
