We stayed for just over 2 weeks in Marlou and John's apartment, it is an apartment in a very privileged area of Nuevo Vallarta, very safe and close to restaurants, beach, shops, etc. El Tigre, which is the subdivision where Taheima is located, has a beach club and sports club, which we signed up for. It's worth it since they are private and very clean areas. The Taheima building has 2 huge and very clean swimming pools, which are almost always with very few people. The apartment is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the apartment, very nice to have a quiet stay for those of us who enjoy tranquility, and to be able to rest physically and mentally, I would highly recommend Marlou and John's apartment. Mayra was always available for what we needed and was very helpful.

Well-located accommodation in Nuevo Vallarta, in a very safe and quiet private area (no night noise). Overall everything worked well in the apartment and Mayra provided excellent service with some minor maintenance details. We took a family trip and we were all very pleased, we hope to return soon.

Amazing location in a secure gated community. Walking distance from the beach, local supermarket, restaurants and a quick Uber ride to everything else. The penthouse is large enough to accomodate 2-3 families and had everything we needed to have an incredible vacation. Hosts are friendly and helpful and are available daily for any questions/guidance.

The penthouse is very comfortable and pleasant, it has everything you need, recommended.

The place is incredible, the photos correspond to reality, and is even much more spacious than what you see. It's really a penthouse, upstairs is the main room, with a quite spacious bathroom and tub, two Terrazas and the laundry room. Below are the other rooms with full bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and another terrace with a barbecue and view of the golf course. There are two terrific endless pools, and the jacuzzis. They are very accessible for children and adults. On the beach you have to go to public places as the club can only be accessed if they are 15 day stays. But it's very easy to access. Very nice and very happy in the stay.

Condo located in a nice environment, beautiful, quiet Walking distance 10-15 min to the sea and the beach, palapas, parasol available, catering service available at the beach. On the condo site 2 superb large swimming pools, parasols. The photos of the condo are realistic.

Beautiful pool and grounds. The condo was nice and spacious. Everything is a bit of a walk so it’s nice to have a car when you stay here. The host was very kind. It’s a calm and safe neighborhood, not much nightlife. Good for families and older people.

My experience in the accommodation of Marlou and John was very good, I highly recommend it, upon arrival we were received with all the attention, the building is very quiet and with all the security measures, it also has an elevator to reach the 3rd floor where it is, it is a very equipped condominium, the air conditioning is very good, it has no problems of pests even on the terrace it has mosquito nets, all its furniture is of quality and has a lot of cleanliness, also the distribution is excellent you feel as at home, if your purpose is to rest and have silence and privacy this place is excellent, all areas are very lonely, you can walk without meeting any person, and the pool is very beautiful and large, it is also very lonely, we only saw 2 families on sporadic occasions,so without problems we had the measures of healthy distance, there is no noise or disturbances that alter your tranquility in this rest, and the view is fabulous with so much beautiful vegetation, my family and I We really enjoyed it and it is worth mentioning that it has children of 4 years and older adults. And it was good for everyone… 🤩

In a very large and comfortable apartment, it is more beautiful and well cared for, more than in the photos, I highly recommend it, it is a little removed from the beach and you need a car to get to the nearest public access, the pool is beautiful or very large, practically alone for us and that is because it is a very quiet and exclusive place since it is inside a golf course and although you do not have access to use it unless you pay for your entrance, it is very nice to walk through the streets and common areas, it would return many times, it is a very nice and quiet place.

Very beautiful place. Great resort. Nice golf course. Close to different parts of town. The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed. When we come back we will try to book again with Marlou and John

The place is amazing with unbeatable views. The amenities work perfectly . I loved spending New Year's Eve at this home.

The apartment is very spacious and pleasant to be, and inside the condominium there is a lot of tranquility, we were for the Christmas dates and there were really not many people, the pools we found them practically empty, we rarely met someone in the corridors and elevators, it has many security measures and measures vs Covid, we wanted to take advantage of the memberships of the club but we could not pay them since we needed to be at least 14 days, John although we did not meet him in person he was always attentive to our stay, Mayra who was who was who was who received us, was always attentive to our needs and always gave us quick answers, I would recommend this place 100%. We look forward to returning soon!

We very much enjoyed the stay at Marlou and John's place. We were two couples and there was plenty of space for all four of us. The grounds are very well maintained with two huge swimming pools. Easy walk to the beach at Royale (you need to buy membership) and safe walks through the grounds. There is a shuttle that goes between Paradise Village and the golf club if walking is not preferred or if you have golf clubs. Highly recommend this place, we would stay again. Thank you Marlou an John for your hospitality and fast responses.

The place is very nice and spacious, it is located within a golf club, the services are very good, the places to eat or buy something are about 1200 meters or so and the beach is about 500 meters away.

Very nice place to hang out with family

The apartment is in excellent condition and has everything is needed for a very pleasant stay. The Condominium pools are huge and we were able to take advantage of even the hot tubs that they have. There are lots of iguanas, birds, and turtles in the gardens and in the artificial lake around the pools so the children were fascinated by discovering all the animals. The Condominium is located inside a golf club and in the Club House has a restaurant with a good breakfast buffet at a good price. The Beach Club is quite close and has all the conditions to spend a good day at the beach, with clean bathrooms, pool, beach area, and a restaurant. It is definitely a place that I would recommend. There are only two aspects to consider. Being in a golf club the distances between the Condominium and the clubhouse or with the beach club can be a problem if you don't have a car to move around. Although there is a shuttle service, it only passes through the pick-up points at specific times and with the heat or rain, it can be an inconvenient. On the other hand, due to the security protocols of the golf club, it can be an inconvenience if Taxis or UBER are requested, or some other type of home delivery service, since they sometimes complicate their entry. If you have a car to move it around these things should not be a problem.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo, it is very spacious and has lots of room for at least 6 people. We enjoyed the snack bar “Thursday evening dinners” very much, delicious, extremely friendly people cooking and serving, and at times, live music..... The two swimming pools are a big plus, especially for someone like me, who loves to swim laps ....

We really enjoyed our time in the flat. It was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The weather was very hot, so it was so nice to have a luxurious place to come back to and relax. The kitchen was very useful and the bathrooms were all great. We loved the pool! We had access to purchase a pass to use other facilities with another pool and beach access. We purchased these, but only used the other pool and beach access. This was great but it involved a bit of a walk, as did accessing other amenities like shops, restaurants and spas. This is a gated community and quite upscale, so we would recommend renting a car or if you're active, rent bikes. The outer part of the complex has great bike paths and bike parking. Without either, you need to take cabs or plan to walk long distances. We often ate at the Palapa Cafe on-site, right by the pool. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic, very hospitable and they spoke English if you are not comfortable speaking Spanish. We took a cab further afield to get groceries to stock up, we would recommend Mega over WalMart, great deals and more local Mexican foods. There are Oxxo stores (kind of like 7-11 or any convenience store) at both gates to the community so you can get refreshments there, too. The location is secluded by the fact that it's a gated community, but it's easily accessible to the airport, Old Town PV or even getting to Sayulita. We were easily able to organize taxis to all with return fares. The seclusion of the location really allowed us to slow down and relax. It's quiet and serene, very beautiful!

This place is awesome, it has everything as described and more, it is a big and warm place to spend your vacations, I went with my family (6 members) and it was a great experience

This is the best place we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta. The penthouse is amazing we were 10 persons and 2 babies and there’s so much room. It was the perfect place for our stay! Thank you!!

Great place to stay! We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of space for us all. Three full bathrooms is a great touch and it helps in making sure everyone has privacy and is able to get ready in time. The home was very clean, nice cold air and just great overall. Thank you for everything and kudos to Mayra for making it all much easier.

Everything is exactly as you see it ! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It’s well maintained and clean. Very lovely property manager! It was a stress free experience!! Would love to return in the future!

We stayed at this condo for 12 days with our daughter, son -in-law and two children. The home is perfect for families. It was well equipped and comfortable. We did get the social membership which allowed us access to Playa Royal. Playa Royal had a pool area for young children and beach access. Marlou and John were very responsive with any of our questions and emailed on our arrival to make sure everything was alright. In fact, it was our 35 wedding anniversary and they provided a fruit basket upon our arrival. My only suggestion would be to provide two front gate pass cards. Because we had two couples, we would sometimes go out separately, and was inconvenient when we returned.

You will Not be disappointed with staying at John & Marlou's Penthouse condominium. The location was perfect, the layout was spacious and clean, it is located in an extremely safe and secure area and you are walking distance to absolutely anything you would require ... including restaurants, grocery, beach, outdoor market, hospital, sports complex and of course golf. The complex also offers a lobby phone allowing you to call for a cab that is always 'on its way' and only minutes before they arrive. The 2 over-sized pools provide ample space and seating for groups/families of all sizes. The staff throughout the complex are very courteous and accommodating. John and Marlou have a property manager that was only a text message away. They were responsive to all inquiries we had prior to and during our stay, as was their manager. We felt extremely fortunate and well taken care of, throughout the month we were there. Thanks again Marlou & John !

The apartment is very nice, very conveniently located, in a quiet area, with spectacular views. We've been twice... and we've been very comfortable.

The apartment is simply great, very spacious, clean, the decoration is very nice too. Marlou & Jonh's remote hospitality from Canada, makes you feel like you are at home. We are definitely going back next winter.

It's an ideal apartment for 5 or 6 adults. If you are traveling with children, it can definitely accommodate 2 more. We liked the spaciousness and the terraces both in the room and upstairs. Very bright, open and very comfortable. It is also advisable to rent a car. There is good parking, and it makes it easy to get around. The beach club is very good and the beach is big, as soon as they arrive, it is convenient to check in at the club facilities to have access to all the facilities. The staff are very attentive and always willing to help.

We had a fantastic stay. Marlou and Mayra were so accommodating. They responded quickly to any questions that I had. The condo itself is beautiful - huge - roomy. There are several balconies and it is wide and open. The condo had everything we needed. We had 3 smaller kids with us and we were very dependent on cabs. 2 fantastic restaurants that are only minutes away are Fajita Republic and Dynomito. They are on the river, which is close. We did not use the social membership, because we had family staying at Paradise Village Marina .. so we used the pool and beach there. All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely book with them again. :)

The place is very nice, everything is very clean, tidy and in operation; the beds were very comfortable and the service they provided to us was magnificent. The place is very close to the beach and the sports club and beach club have top-notch facilities, special spaces for children, pools , a very large and equipped gym, tennis courts, in short, we had an amazing time. The hosts Marlou and John were always attentive to our needs and checking that nothing was missing, very good people. Highly recommended!!!!
