My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Anna for her birthday and our anniversary and it was incredible. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the awesome things Santa Teresa has to offer. The concierge - Barto - was excellent, and helped us arrange transportation, and ATV, and even a couples massage. The cleaning crew delivered fresh towels daily and we loved coming home from the beach to a spotless place for us to relax. We spent most of our time outside on the gorgeous back patio, either in the beautiful private pool or just looking out over the ocean and the town below, and at night we’d leave the big sliding glass doors open to listen to the waves crash and bustle of downtown Santa Teresa. We’d highly recommend Casa Anna to anyone visiting Santa Teresa. Thank you Amos & Barto for making our trip super special!

Perfect location accross Banana Beach Club, recommend to walk to town, a little steep incline on the way back but feels great! Beds are very comfortable, pool is perfect and the best thing is the view of the sunsets.

Spectacular view and location

The apartment is very nice and the view breathtaking. The photos describe the apartment very well. We felt very comfortable. Some items are getting on in years and should be repaired or replaced. Some of the ceiling fans, for example, could not be turned on because the remote control was missing. Here are a few suggestions for improvement. Otherwise, as I said, everything is great and beautiful.

My wife and I loved staying at Anna's place. The space is beautiful and super comfortable. Incredible pool with beautiful sunsets. The cleaning staff were very kind and polite. We will definitely stay again. Absolutely amazing. When I return to Santa Teresa, I already know where to stay. A 10.

The villa is absolutely exceptional! Just like the pictures. We spent 10 wonderful days at the villa. It is very well located, at the top of a hill facing the sea. We went in July, which is supposed to be during the rainy season, and there was almost no rain. The concierge, Barto, responded quickly when we had a question. Then the maids cleaned the villa from top to bottom every day unless we didn't need it. They were very nice, by the way. Be prepared to climb the slope to get to the villa, which is very steep! But at the same time, it's good for the legs! Once again, thank you for all the great memories we made at the Setai villa!

He expertly arranged our unforgettable Isla Tortuga Island tour, an exquisite private chef anniversary dinner, and an outstanding brunch, each creating memories we’ll cherish for years to come. We also want to recognize the exceptional housekeeping staff for keeping the villa spotless with remarkable attention to detail. The warmth, professionalism, and hospitality shown by Amos, Barto, and the entire team made this one of the finest vacations we’ve ever experienced. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning to paradise.
