Great house, location is very central ( you need a car or similar) but the view and the overall hose are in a good conditions; we had some minor issues but Barto was very responsive and always ready to support us. Highly recommended!!!

An amazing week in Santa Teresa. This was our 3rd time to Santa Teresa and it once again did not disappoint. Casa Anna is set up perfectly for 2 couples. The deck area is large and welcoming with plenty of shade and areas to unwind. The view is amazing from everywhere you look. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Any question we had was answered with friendliness and promptness. Some parts of the property are a bit tired and could use an update. However, absolutely would book here again. Truly an amazing house in an amazing area. Pura Vida!

We had four nights in Casa Anna when we visited Santa Teresa during our trip to Costa Rica. It is a beautiful villa with spectacular views over playa Carmen, we could see the surfers in the sea and occasionally hear the howlers in the hillside behind. The villa is well equipped to cook meals and spend time at home enjoying all the outside space and the infinity pool. There is a sound system that we connected with to enjoy some music outside which was a nice touch. This is a great place but you really need a vehicle to access it with luggage. There is a very steep hill to the entrance, it is the top of several over homes which you only notice when you look down or on your way up the hill. There was a new solar electric system being installed when we were here, it didn’t really cause inconvenience but there was some waste and equipment left lying around to the side of the building. Overall it was a great place with a few dated fittings, Barto was extremely helpful with recommendations.
