My friends and I stayed at Jean’s place for my bachelorette trip in Mexico, and we had the best experience! The home was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and perfect for a group. Jean was a great host, super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire stay. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend his Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent stay at Jean François' villa. Responsive and attentive team. The villa is as described and the neighborhood is very quiet despite the proximity of the commercial arteries. It is possible to move around easily on foot for amenities, restaurants, convenience stores etc. The pool is very good and clean. The small outer house (additional room) is welcoming and creates a unique experience in the heart of Tulum. Thanks again for hosting us, we enjoyed our stay
