One of the best places I've ever stayed at in Guanajuato!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was incredibly clean and beautiful and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to gto.

This place is a 10000/10! I highly recommend it for large groups. Everything is super clean and the hosts are always attentive.

My family and I stayed at this place and it was an extraordinary stay! The rooms are decorated very nicely and clean, in the same place there is a restaurant where it was super convenient for us because we went to my daughter's wedding and we were super busy that we did not have time to cook so right there we ate every time we could, the The food is fabulous, there wasn't a meal that I said I didn't like, everything was delicious, and apart from the cleaning staff and the guard who takes care of it, they were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay at this place again

The rooms were very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. We just thought it was a house, and it's more of a boutique hotel. The common area is a restaurant during the day so there is not much privacy. After 3pm, you have the place to yourself, which is when the restaurant closes. The staff in charge of the rooms are very friendly and helpful. But the restaurant staff is not very friendly.

Let me start by saying this is a great property everything is within walking distance and there was more than enough restaurants available nearby. Fernando was a great host, the night porter from the place we stayed at. He was very attentive and gave great recommendations. If you are a light sleeper this place may not be for you you have the noise from the cars passing by in the morning also there is a working restaurant on the premises and they start a little early and you will definitely hear them in the morning. Having said that the place is quite charming and is well maintained I would definitely stay here again for f the opportunity arose.

Great place to stay in a group would recommend to anyone that’s around guanajuato just 30min away walking 10min in a vehicle from down town really nice spot a lot of space.

Very comfortable, just like in the photos, friendly and the area is perfect for going out to get to know the city, clean and easy access following the instructions, 100% recommended!

There were 15 of us and we all felt very comfortable. Everyone with the privacy of their own room, very nice and clean rooms and an excellent location.

Staff very nice easy check in and about 15 min walk to downtown and the restaurant was very good!

Excellent hosts The clean spotless house, bathrooms, linens, towels all smelled delicious Thank you for making it possible for us to hold our event.

Honestly, the rooms are impeccable, really nice and cozy. Depending on the room, you can have a really nice bathroom or a terrace. The only downside was the internet, which was very slow, and the fact that it's next to a coffee shop, so when you leave the room, you might see customers eating. We didn't experience that because it was New Year's Eve, but otherwise, everything was great. The staff was very attentive. I would stay here again.

Traveling as a family (13 adults) we were very comfortable, only the apartment we feel isolated to others. Both Noemí and Tere and Fernando are very friendly and always accessible. They even helped us with the City Tour 1. Highly recommended. Very clean everything. Only the unstable wifi. And you can't book or gather tables at the restaurant, but enough for a quick breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!!

My family and I were very impressed with Piso’s Local House! It is perfect for a large group. This place was clean, secluded, yet close enough to the city so that one can walk. One of our favorite things was the breakfast restaurant that is on site. Everybody got up and ate at the time that they wanted and that relieved a big stress of getting a big party ready and out the door at a specific time everyday. Additionally, everything was new and clean-something I am particular about. I would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms

Highly recommended. Tere and Noemí are super helpful. And Mr. Fernando doesn't say he's the one who takes care of it at night. Apart from that, he helped us rebook two more nights right there since our flight was canceled and they didn't give us a flight until 2 days later. Many thanks to the Local flooring team. And finally Macanela, the restaurant that has this very tasty, highly recommended. The center is a 15 minute walk away and there is an Oxxo nearby. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay for big groups! They have a restaurant onsite and it’s like a 20 min walk to downtown. Loved it!!

The place is super nice and clean. It was perfect for us, as we brought a baby, and they provided us with a playpen. It's perfect if you're traveling as a family. The restaurant that goes with it is great, so we didn't have to wake up early to go to breakfast with the kids. Everything is made easy. The host was always attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back.

A bit out of town but everything else was excellent Host was very responsive. I had an issue with a door handle but other than that really liked the property.

The place is excellent, very clean and well maintained. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and were always attentive to us, asking if we needed anything. It's in a very good area; we felt safe the entire time we were there, and the food at the restaurant there is very tasty. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Piso house is great for large families. We had a blast being here. Our family of 11 fit great. It was easy to check in. It is located in a busy street, so it’s pretty noisy. Piso also has a public cafe, which was great to get Morning coffee. We did a 25min walk to center of GTO. We did use the apartment kitchen, but bring your own supplies, there wasn’t many kitchen tools. The water for the showers was hard to navigate, it’s either boiling hot or glacier cold no in between. We also had to ask the cleaning ladies to clean our rooms. Initially, they were not. Overall, we had a good time.

This Airbnb was truly lovely. There was free parking so that was always a plus. Mr.Fernando & Ms. Teresa were very nice. All the rooms were clean and my family and I felt safe. I would highly recommend!

The best Airbnb in Guanajuato. It’s clean, friendly, and glamorous. We loved waking up to the cutest and friendliest cafe in the city and really appreciated Fernando, the night security. Location and amenities are excellent. Loved every minute of the stay.

Rooms are as described and more! Beautiful place and accommodations very clean. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Fresh towels as needed. Fernando, night security, always made sure to open our security gate door when we arrived (although we had keypad access.) Location is close to city center. Restaurant on site has a really good chicken sandwich. Street is busy but okay if you don’t mind the noise. Very close to local convenience stores, fresh fruit, and homemade little restaurants.

You have to stay here. Best place in Guanajuato

This is the perfect place to stay if you visit Guanajuato. The main tourist areas are within walking distance. We rented the entire house since we were a large group. We loved every singe detail of the entire house. The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The house decor was picked with the guest in mind. It makes you not want to leave.

Good service

We spent a few days with a group of friends, the place is beautiful, everything is very clean and the rooms are very cozy and very nice decor. If I would like to comment that it gives you the feeling of being in a hotel, you do not feel in a house because the place has integrated a restaurant and a refrigerator, and early the movement of people and noise begins, we were going with the idea of preparing our meals and the kitchen is very small saying that there were 16 people and only has services for 4 people... If you plan to spend the whole day visiting Guanajuato, this is great!! Because of the COVID situation, our plan was to go out as little as possible, and the common areas are the restaurant and the snow parks, so we didn't feel restricted.

The place is beautiful, super clean and the details in the rooms are perfect. We will definitely be back here!
