Great house! Lots of room to spread out. House staff was very friendly. Location is ideal, but do be prepared to walk up a decent size hill from Centro. Or, take a US $3.50 uber ride. Walking downhill to Centro is 5 minutes.

The place is amazing, and we are delighted with our stay. The photos on the page don't do justice to how beautiful the house is physically. The style and every detail are incredible. It's also huge and has a lot of nature around it. It's totally worth the price you pay. It has a great location, just a few blocks from downtown, so you can get around on foot. I would definitely love to stay at this place again 😍

Fantastic! The house was really nice and spacious. It gives privacy to everyone as it’s got many different areas. Lots of stairs but beautiful and amazing gardens. Would totally recommend it!

This property is truly so special. As beautiful as the photos are, they can't capture the magic. One bedroom is reached by stepping stones across a fountain and up private stairs to an expansive roof terrace! The casita is its own little jungle paradise. The decor is beautiful and the gardens go on forever, with some unexpected fountain or feature every few steps, including an amphitheater and secret pavilion covered in vines. A creek ravine borders the property so you feel very secluded; the pool is an oasis; and birds and butterflies flit through the canopy of the jacarandas. Multiple wonderful terraces for relaxing, with views. The house manager Demetrio and house keeper Marisol were both lovely. We were an extended family visiting for my mother's 80th birthday and everything was perfect. (Keep in mind: the house is only a few blocks from the main square, but up a cobbled hill that's tricky for less mobile folks. Cheap taxis/ubers make this no problem though.) I hope to go back!

This property was absolutely incredible and the property manager, Demetrio, couldn’t have been better. The backyard is amazing and you can’t beat the views. Perfect location - right by the Rosewood and park. Easy walk or uber to city center. Will definitely be staying again!

A house with everything you need for large families, great location a few blocks from downtown San Miguel, ideal layout to have privacy within the same house, full amenities. It became our main choice for returning to San Miguel. Excellent in every aspect.

The house is definitely very large but comfortable. It has everything you need to rest and spend more time with the whole family, since the house lends itself to being used to the fullest.

San Miguel is such a magical place, and staying at Celestina made it even better. The place feels like a total sanctuary — full of character, colonial charm, and those gorgeous panoramic views over the town. Our favorite spot was hands down the terrace, where we’d hang out every morning with coffee, just taking in the view. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring. The house itself was spotless, well laid out, and comfortable — really felt like home. Every room had its own en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space, so even with a big group, everyone had their own privacy. Daily breakfast was such a nice touch too — made mornings easy and honestly pretty delicious. We also really enjoyed our chats with Demetrio, he was quick to respond, provided great recommendations and had a mission to make sure your stay was a pleasant one. Thank you again and hope to visit again soon.

The house is beautiful, spacious, bright and has the best view. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are spacious and spotless, and the beds and sheets are very comfortable. The cleanliness, service and breakfast are all top notch. We will return without hesitation. It is one of the best stays we have had.

The place is beautiful there is plenty of space for everyone, the pool is great, rooms/bathrooms clean, 4 different common spaces and excellent views. The additional services such as having breakfast made or a chef for dinner were well worth it and having a cleaning staff made it feel like the benefits of a hotel but with the privacy of an Air B&B. There are 2 things that if I had to nitpick (I had to really think) is that 1. The living room/kitchen need to breathe so you almost need to have the interior foyer and balcony doors open if you’re there when it’s warm (but plenty of bug spray is left for guests) rooms have A/C so no issue there. 2. Over estimate how much coffee you need if you want to use the Nespresso. We ran out the last morning. You can order more though. But they do have a drip coffee machine as a backup not as good. Would stay there again 10/10, staff is great and attention to detail and recommendations were quality. The car service they suggest is great use them.

We loved this place. The pictures are exactly as described, but better. There is so much included in this property that the pictures did not detail. The property itself is quite expansive in the layout with lots of unique features. The property is very clean and the staff is SO friendly and wants to help you have a great experience. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 8. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The patio/veranda was very spacious and had amazing views of the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Demetrio was extremely responsive to our questions - even weeks before we arrived at the house. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay at Heavenly Celestine again.

This home is absolutely stunning. The pictures seriously do not capture the amazing views of this home and town. The host was very helpful and they provided wonderful services, especially the daily breakfast. From sitting on the patio in the mornings drinking coffee to exploring the town, we had a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend Chia! Five stars all around.

Such a beautiful place! We all loved the how cozy and green everything was. Definitely recommend! The host Demetrio was very attentive and responsive. Marisol and her helper did an amazing job with the breakfast and keeping the place tidy.

Let me start by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. This home is very large and beautiful. It consists of two homes with a courtyard in between and very large and private backyard. I felt like I was staying in someone’s well kept and thoughtful palace. The linens were high quality, the furniture and decor fit the space so well. Great space for large adult groups. Each room is nice, has AC, and its own bathroom. If you stay here I highly recommend requesting a private dinner from Luvia. Her and her team were incredible and cooked delicious, fresh food. Highly recommend her mole negro! It surpassed the highly rated mole we had at Pujol just a few days prior. Excellent service, plus such a wonderful experience getting to have a private group dinner in this home. Breakfast, which is included consists of beans, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, tortillas. It was a great way to start each day. My only negative was the mosquitoes, though they include bug spray in each room.

Beautiful home; expansive estate with amazing views. Very peaceful. Rooms allow for distance and ideal for large groups. Neighborhood is very walkable and near everything. Historic character and well kept. Would stay there again many times over. Side note, 2 of the rooms are detached and across the property. 1 room is upstairs but you must walk outside and up a narrow staircase to get there so just an FYI in planning.

This house is amazing. We were a group of 10. We all had plenty of space. The bedrooms are a great size and all have their own bathroom. Lots of communal space to hangout. Quiet and quick walk into the centre.

From the start everything was wonderful! House Manager Demetrio was an absolute joy to work with, including restaurant recommendations we loved, and arranged menus for catered meals at home that were also terrific. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and was perfect for our entire group. Each bedroom had a queen or king sized bed and private bath and access to outdoor space, with daily cleaning. Breakfast was included, and plentiful. We made a point of enjoying the outdoor whirlpool each afternoon. The location of the home makes for a short walk to the central square. A glass of wine on the terrace at sunset quickly became part of our routine. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for an outstanding experience in San Miguel de Allende!

This beautiful home, located 10 minutes from the main square, has been restored beautifully. The bedrooms are cozy, the bathrooms spacious, the trees from the balcony buzz with hummingbirds, the kitchen is lovely, the cleaning crew - friendly. Loved the location, the tips that Demetrius shared happily, and the nooks where we could have chai.

Super nice house and they were always attentive

Demetrio was absolutely wonderful and accommodating as a host, he worked with me months beforehand to plan restaurant reservations and the accommodations so that i could assign rooms for my guests. He was also a great local guide and gave me suggestions for transportation and orienting ourselves to the city. The Casa is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever been in, and was very relaxing and peaceful for a weekday. I had about nine guests and two children and accommodated all of us very well. Our Housekeeper Marisol took care of us with coffee every morning, kept us furnished with fresh sheets and even cooked us breakfast on the last day. This team is the best of Airbnb. Thank you for making my 40th birthday unforgettable.

The hacienda was stunning beyond words. We were actually speechless when we arrived - the view from the entrance, the pool, the space and design, everything. The house was sumptuous, modern yet timeless, and the nicest we have ever stayed. We felt that the cost was very fair as well.

Our stay for a family wedding in San Miguel was over the top!!! The home is immaculate , comfortable, beautifully appointed and has a killer view of this magical city. We had a wonderful time at Casa Wolf. The home and grounds are absolutely incredible. You could quite literally get lost in the lush gardens and walkways! Probably the most unique home we’ve stayed in on Airbnb. Demetrio, the house manager, was extremely responsive and quick when any issues arose. One thing to note—which we couldn’t easily tell from the description—is the layout. Two bedrooms are in a separate casita across the grounds and only one bedroom does not require flight(s) of stairs to access - the other 5 do. In case you have anyone with poor mobility, there’s really only one bedroom they can stay in comfortably. Overall, we would recommend for families or large groups to stay here!

This is hands down the most incredible place we have ever stayed. Our group of 11 had high expectations based on the photos and reviews, but we were still completely blown away. The property is stunning, and you really can't tell how BIG it is until you see it in person. Each bedroom was comfortable and clean & had it's own bathroom, so everyone had space and privacy. The house was always spotless thanks to the staff, and having them there to cook breakfast each morning was such an amazing (not to mention delicious!) touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to walk almost everywhere, but cabs and Ubers were also easy to get. As others have mentioned, SMA has lots of steep hills and cobblestone streets so bring comfortable shoes! Demetrio was the perfect host, friendly & easy to communicate with, and gave great recommendations. He also connected us with Sergio, who provided airport transfers and took us wine tasting! We would 1000% stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Chia’s house. The house was even more beautiful than the photos! The staff Demetrio, Marisol and Melanie were incredibly helpful and accommodating, my guests and I felt right at home. Wow. That’s what we all kept saying to each other after checking in. The house is even more beautiful in person and full of a rich history with the original owner, Sterling Dickinson. The furnishings were unbelievable and the bed linens are amazing. We had nine in our party and were extremely comfortable. We had the staff prepare breakfast on the first morning and it was delicious! The host was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The Centro is a short walk all downhill. 7 minutes into the city center. Walking back was all uphill. Some of our party would grab an uber, very inexpensive. The restaurants are all very close by. We hope to visit again soon! We fell in love with the city, people are extremely friendly.

Chia's place was amazing. We chose it because it conveyed a sense of place. The colonial building, the decor, the gardens, the fountains everything was old-time San Miguel. We had a small ceremony on site and throroughtly enjoyed the gardens, many paths, amphitheater and even the hidden coves. I cannot think of a more perfect place for our guests and our ceremony. If the house is amazing, the staff is even better. They were super warm, responsive and took great care of us. You have an amazing team! Be aware that the gardens have lots of stairs, but each step is completely worth it.

Our experience at Casa Wolf was simply unparalleled! We stayed with several friends and from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is amazing, super equipped, comfortable, clean and with spaces that allowed us to live together without losing privacy. Every corner, from the living room to the terraces, invited us to enjoy and relax. One of the most special moments was waking up with Marisol, who was already taking care of us at 8 am, cleaning the house and preparing a delicious breakfast. Her kitchen is spectacular and her kindness made our stay even more memorable. In addition, the labyrinth of courtyards of the house made us feel surrounded by nature... it was magical. Demetrio was also attentive at all times, always friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel really at home. Casa Wolf is not just a place to stay, it's an experience that fills your heart.

Chia’s home is breathtaking — the photos truly don’t do it justice. The space is massive, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful details throughout. From the architecture to the decor, it felt more like staying in a private gallery or modern retreat than a typical rental. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Chia was also responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a place that's both peaceful and inspiring, this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The house is absolutely spectacular and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and always available to help. Chia was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to adjust to changes in the size and configuration of our group. A few useful notes for other travelers: * The property is quite large and has many stairs. The bedrooms are spread across 2 houses: the main house has 3 rooms (plus 1 rooftop room accessible only from the outside), and the smaller house has 2 additional rooms. To move between the two houses, you’ll need to walk outside, down the stairs, and across the pool area. The rooms aren’t all adjacent (only 2 in the main house) —which offers great privacy but may be less convenient if you want to stay close to others in your group. * The nearest parking lots are in the city center & can be pricey (most charged ~ $1,500 pesos per night). The best value we found was Recreo #9 ($500).

Beautiful space, perfect for a large family to feel together yet not on top of each other. Demetrio was great, kind, responsive, and gave us the best recommendations for local stuff. We have already recommended the home to several of our friends and business colleagues. We hope to return next year!

The experience was magical. The vibe was soothing and serene. With our group, convenience is key. We love the city and how it was walking distance (going down) the uphill is a doozy! We especially liked the view from this beautiful Airbnb. The staff were very kind and very helpful. Sergio was a wonderfully attentive host. He anticipated every question. This is the most gorgeous Airbnb we have stayed in and we have traveled widely in Europe, Canada and the US. We were in San Miguel for a family wedding and there were nine of us staying together. We called this place "our villa!" Expansive and luxurious house, beautiful interior design, mature landscaping, refreshing pool and large balcony/outdoor living room with spectacular view of San Miguel. The absolute highlight was the service provided by co-host Demetrio. He customized a welcome dinner with a gourmet level menu which entailed meeting the varied needs of 13 family members. He was very professional and a delight to work with. He also took care of any questions we had during our stay. I must also give a shout out to Sergio and his drivers who took us from and to the airport, and Rafael whose drivers took us all over town. Comfortable king size beds, plenty of hot water and walkable to just about everything in town. You will love this place.

We visited Casa Wolf for a girls trip and LOVED the house. Sergio, the house manager was so helpful and respsonive during our stay and even helped us plan surprise massages and order a custom cake for one of our friends getting married soon. We also loved Demetrio and his wife arranging meals—everything was so delicious! I strongly recommend hiring them for as many meals as possible! We loved having appetizers and fresh margaritas on the different balconies every afternoon before getting ready for dinner.

This is a magnificent property with extraordinary staff. The house is absolutely beautiful as is the view. If I could pick up this property and move it to the US I would purchase it in a heartbeat! The property managers Demietrio and Sergio went above and beyond for all our needs. We will definitely be back again!

The place doesn's match the description or pictures because it IS very BEAUTIFUL in person. The picture doesn't do justice. There were 8 of us (girls) and we all had great time in both the house and the city. There are 7 bedrooms (not 6 as listed). So, most of us got our own room. Sergio (the host) and Demetrio (the one that accommodate food/kitchen) were very helpful during the process. They were very responsive and provided great recommendations. Sergio let us drop our luggages earlier than 3 pm, which was very helpful since we could explore the city without worrying our luggage. Demetrio provided all the great places to eat. Breakfast in the casa was very good too. The ladies that came in the morning were very nice too. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely go back to Casa Wolf when we visit San Miguel again (and of course without kids under 12 yo). In fact, some of us have recommended this place to our friends.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are traveling in a big group. All the rooms have their own bathroom and every room provides privacy for each guest. The property managers are very friendly and willing to help with any request in order to accommodate you. The town center was only a 7mins walk away! Try fresh bread from any of the local bakeries and make sure to get a Garibaldi, thank me later!!

From the phenomenal service and amenities to the beautiful space and accessibility to the rest of San Miguel, we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the phenomenal staff, especially Sergio, Demetrio, and Leticia who made our stay so very special! We cannot wait to come back!

This is an unbelievably beautiful property. The house in itself is an attraction, but also located a very short walk to the city center. You can relax in the various terraces, lounge by the pool, or explore the winding garden paths. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The level of service is also unmatched. Chia and her staff make you feel like you are in your own home. 10/10 would recommend.

We just got back from a four night stay and we are already planning our next trip back! The home is even more beautiful in person! Sergio and staff were amazing! We had a total of eight adults staying in the house and everyone had their own peaceful retreat and space it was perfect! The location is great just a downhill walk to the square and you can either walk back or take a quick taxi ride uphill. It was super easy to get around town and the home is absolutely stunning!This house was a perfect space to celebrate a milestone birthday and I am so grateful that we were able to make great memories here with family and friends. If you are on the fence about booking here don't think twice the home is gorgeous and the staff is fantastic!❤️

The reviews are dead on - pictures cannot do this spot justice! What an idyllic escape for a milestone birthday and girlfriend’s trip!!!! The grounds, the patio, the bedrooms, the baths - all top notch! Every single one of us absolutely loved the place - we walked everywhere and felt so safe. Thank you to Chia for also being so responsive and flexible when we needed to make some changes - early check in and late check out since the timing work was also a gift! Welcoming us with a craft Mezcal bottle was a special touch. I want to come back for a couples trip! It’s the perfect spot. Demetrio was also an excellent host. Would give more stars if we could.

Great service team and great place, like a hidden gem, my guests had a great two nights here It's not cheap, but I think it's worth it.
