Great house! It’s even better than the pictures. The pool was so warm and enjoyable, and the people who take care of the house were amazing and very helpful. The only issue we had was that the internet was down during our stay, but it was a city outage and completely out of the host’s control. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We went as a family and had a great time. The house is very nicely cared for and clean. We really enjoyed the pool area, garden and fire pit. We will definitely be back! Thanks again

Excellent house for a vacation, super comfortable beds and the pool has an excellent temperature. The service from everyone is excellent, and the location is super easy to get to. The only bad thing is the excessive number of mosquitoes. It's good to bring repellent. Other than that, everything is perfect.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Ajijic, and it turned out to be a destination all on its own. The property is beautiful, spacious, private, and incredibly relaxing. One of our favorite features was the large green space, which was perfect for walking, letting the kids run around, and even playing a little soccer. The property also has a large covered pavilion that comfortably accommodated all of us, complete with gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking and gathering. The expansive porch connects to all of the bedrooms and offers a wonderful view of the pool and surrounding grounds. It quickly became our favorite place to sit, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We originally planned to spend most of our time exploring Ajijic and the Lake Chapala area, but we enjoyed the property so much that we often chose to stay in and simply enjoy everything it had to offer. We would gladly stay here again. A comfortable, private, and memorable place to stay near Ajijic.

We had a great weekend at the property. There were three families, and the truth is that we were all very happy with the experience. The house is very well designed, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to enjoy and rest without worrying about anything. Everything in the listing corresponds to what you find when you arrive. Something that really caught our attention was the excellent condition of the property. You can tell that they do a lot of maintenance and the cleanliness is impeccable in all areas. In addition, the place is perfect for resting, disconnecting from the routine and spending quality time with family and friends. Manuel and the house staff were always very friendly and helpful, attentive to anything we might need during our stay. It was definitely a very good experience, and it's a place we'll surely go back to. Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend and the place is truly amazing, looks better in person than the pictures. Everything was super clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home. The pool was very warm and the privacy there is amazing. 100% recommend.

We spent New Year's Eve with the family and had an amazing time. There was room for activities for children and adults. The house is very well equipped in every aspect. If in doubt we will be back!

Simply amazing!!!!

We had an incredible stay. The house is better than pictured, if that’s possible. Very well stocked. We had all the things we needed for dinner when we had a chef come to the house. Loved dining outside on the pavilion. Our host was very friendly and helpful. One thing to note, not every room has AC. Totally fine for us but something to be mindful of if you are temp sensitive. Can’t wait to return!

The house is spectacular, the photos don't do it justice with how beautiful, large and clean it is, all the amenities are excellent, the large pool and hot water all the time, the green gardens, the barbecue area equipped with grills and tables, the spacious rooms with air and super comfortable each with its full bathroom. I thought the location was great, no more than 5-10 min to downtown Ajijic, a quiet and peaceful area. Manuel clarified my doubts all the time before the reservation and I thank him for the trust, very kind all the time. We hope to return soon.

Pictures do not do the place justice! The home was beautiful and even though there was a miscommunication at check-in and during our stay, things were cleared up. Irene and Nicolas do stay on the property but in their own home. They were both helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. I even had been gifted a painting that didn’t fit in my luggage and Nicolas helped me break apart the frame so I could bring it home! We appreciate the responsiveness of our host Manuel and the hospitality of Irene and Nicolas.

Highly recommend anyone looking to book this home. Manuel was great, the house is amazing, just like the photos.

Everything was great!!!

The house is a million times more beautiful than the photos. It is well built and does not look like the typical houses you find in Mexico. We planned a lot of outings, but in the future will plan a trip to spend more time at this gorgeous house. It is serene and you feel like you are in a little paradise.

What a magnificent place! We felt like royalty. Everything is better than the pictures, quality furniture, luxury beds and linens, top notch kitchen. Nicolas and Irene were so responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!!

This place is a must stay! The house is amazing and the host were great. It was everything that was listed and more.

The house is very nice with beautiful decoration. There were eight of us, very comfortable. It has pleasant areas ideal for spending time together. Nicolás and Irene are very friendly, workers who live near the house were very discreet, thus maintaining our privacy, but at the same time attentive to any need we had. We regret not having enjoyed the house more since we were at a wedding all day, but we hope to return with more time.

The house is amazing

Wow. Gorgeous very luxurious home. Great layout as each bedroom walked out to the covered patio and pool. Very private. Not walkable to town but taxis were available to call. Loved the fire pit for evening fires with the family. Pool was perfect temp as the groundskeeper covered each night and uncovered each morning.

It is a very beautiful, clean and well-located house. The whole family had a great time. I recommend it.

It is a house that has everything you need for a great weekend. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful and warm, as shown in the photographs. The pool is PERFECT, and the temperature and weather we had on Christmas days were, wow, unbeatable. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are super comfortable. The master bedroom has a shared bathroom with another room with two double beds. It is ideal for a family with children. The room upstairs has the bathroom outside. It's good to know this for room assignment. If you forgot something, there's an Oxxo a minute away, and a mini supermarket with fresh food three minutes away. The staff that welcomes you is always available to answer any questions. Overall, it's a great house to relax with family or friends.

The place was amazing! Everyone truly enjoyed the experience and the space.

This was a gift for my family. A reunion of sorts celebrating the life of my grandmothers youngest son. The home is GORGEOUS! The space, the decor, the beds, the showers! Omg!!! The Pool! Some of us arrived a day earlier than my nephews due to school. Nicolas was quick to uncover the pool for them to swim! Irene and Nicolas’ attention to the tenants was top notch! If you are Mexican you have Tia’s. My Tia’s made sure all was left clean and neat as well all our food was shared with Nicolas and Irene. They are exceptional people so please treat them well as well! I hope to return to this home again and enjoy the beauty and comfort I had never experienced!!!! Gracias Manuel Alejandro, Nicolas e Irene! Muy agradecida! Dios me los bendiga!
