Excellent location and experience. It's definitely a place worth visiting. The amenities were in very good condition, and the service was excellent as well. Both Guadalupe and Azucena were available at all times and very helpful. We will definitely consider staying in this apartment again.

We enjoyed being back at this very spacious place. It looks just a wee bit worn out but we still enjoyed our stay.

We ( 2 families) stayed in this place and will definitely go back. The build facilities are great, our kids were able to enjoy the pool and the beach 100%. All the staff is very friendly. Great views and sunsets from balcony. The place has very minor wear and tear but nothing alarming at all. Kitchen was very well equipped. There is a (understandable) power consumption allowance per day which I found a bit limited but at the end of stay we covered the balance ($$) and was not execive at all. As I said, we definitely go back.

We spent a wonderful week in Guadalupe’s apartment, she was very responsive to all my inquiries and accommodated us when she could. The beach is particularly enjoyable in the area and that was the first time we spent more time at the beach than the pool. My family and I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for years but never at the Flamingo beach, we all loved it from the 18 months old baby to the 62 year old grandparents with a 2 a 4 and a 5 year old.

Amazing condo luxury unit situated on a fabulous stretch of beach. Beautiful views on a spacious balcony; whale sightings virtually everyday and private viewing of amazing sunsets. Probably the best infinity pool ever; 100m, great for laps; overlooks the beach, roomy, two adjoining warmer pools. Always had shaded chairs poolside and on beach. The 15 km beach; perfect sand, warm water; endless walking. And…whales! Beach restaurants with great menu and service to beach and pool. Bedrooms were spacious each with BR/shower except for the last room: single bunks only but had own BR/shower as well as one just across hall. Great gym, steam and sauna, and pickle ball and tennis courts; must book. Tips: We left sharper knives and basic kitchen needs . The overhead fan unit is low with sharp corner. Stairs have no railing!. Very private and away from markets so uber is needed. No usual written info for guests. Bring soap and shampoo. A fantastic time and super relaxing stay!

The grounds are beautifully kept. Security to the building is tight, but it did feel safe to have kids. The rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. I love this area in Nueva Vallarta!

Check in very easy. All condo staff are very helpful & friendly. 2 elevators to 9th floor never busy. Spacious, comfy condo. Beautiful views. Kitchen well equipped. Basic toiletries supplied. Water cooler holds 5 Gal jugs & refills brought to your room for 50 pesos plus tip. Beautiful big swimming pool. Very walkable beach in a quiet area. Ocean swims very nice on calm days. 2 restaurants on main level OK in a pinch but not great. We read a negative review regarding electricity up charges therefore had some concerns. The condo was cool enough with open doors in the AM because it faces NW so sun doesn't shine in until mid PM. The AC is excellent and recovers very quickly so we closed blinds and did not run AC and turned off all lights when we were away during the day. We only ran the bedroom AC during the night. No electricity up charges for us.

We had a great stay, one of ur best vacations ever. The place was perfect for our needs—cozy, exactly as pictured, and just wonderful. The amenities in the apartment as well as the condominuim were fantastic (pool, beach, restaurants, parking); and the view... the view itself is priceless. Communication with the host was excellent; Guadalupe was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We really appreciated how impeccably clean everything was upon our arrival. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions while feeling secure and peaceful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We liked the place a lot, we stayed almost a week and Guadalupe and her team made us feel at home, they also provided us with what we needed, the amenities and the beach were very comfortable and above all quiet, we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I went with a family plan and it is very comfortable because it is right on the beach and the beach is very quiet. The manager Azucena solved everything quickly and accurately, very kind. Excellent vacation and highly recommended.

This condominium complex is our favorite vacation spot. Guadalupe’s condo is a beautiful two story condo with amazing views! The host was responsive and we had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This place was a hidden gem! Such an easy spot on the beach, very quiet and private. Incredible views, the in-house restaurants had decent food. Not a lot of other food options within walking distance, but many just a quick Uber ride away. Beautiful pools, extremely clean common spaces, and great gym we used daily. Everyone was so friendly, and the unit was excellent! We would definitely return.

A place as described in the post peninsula Nuevo Vallarta is the best condominium again Nayarit we'll be back soon.

The unit looked wonderful in the listing but was even more wonderful when you get there. The views were spectacular, the beach & sand were inviting. A morning walk on the beach to start the day set the tone for a relaxing day. Many good restaurants nearby by as well as on site. Sit back, relax and enjoy! This is what vacations are meant to be!!

Excellent place and very nice for the family. Excellent attention

Another relaxing and beautiful getaway to the Peninsula. Our kids had a blast at the pool and beach. And we enjoyed playing a lot of pickleball and using the fitness center. As always, Guadalupe was very helpful during our stay. We’ll be back again I’m sure. Thank you!

Great location, amazing views, the kitchen was well equipped, spacious bedrooms, helpful staff and to top it off the place is beautiful. We're looking forward to coming back as soon as we can!

This Double Altura PH is spectacular, my total recommendation, I have been to several places in Vallarta and really none better than this, plus the attention of Guadalupe and her working group was SPECTACULAR super recommended. We rate 5 Stars in our AirBnB Critics group.

Everything was excellent: the place, the host, everything for a family atmosphere

We loved staying in this apartment. We had a great time and really enjoyed the facilities. The apartment is super nice, well decorated, and has everything to make you feel at home. Azucena and Guadalupe were super attentive to our needs and provided support when necessary. The pool is heated and has a semi-roofed area, perfect for children to spend hours and hours without worrying about the sun. The beach is beautiful. The only thing is to be careful and check the bill for what you consume at the restaurant/bar. The 3 days we ate there, they were trying to charge us for things we didn't order.

In general everything was great and very attentive Guadalupe. I want to go back!!

Prefect place to relax, the beach and pool area was wonderful. Very quiet and respectful neighborhood. Very easy to get downtown and to surrounding restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time for a family

This is a beautiful 2-level residence in a well-maintained condo building. The unit came w/ plenty of items for cooking and cleaning & overall, it is comfortable to stay in. The bathrooms very nice as well. Great water pressure! There are many onsite activities for adults and kids alike, a big spacious pool, and easy access to the beach. There is a restaurant onsite w/ great seafood dishes and tasty cocktails. The hosts were very responsive to questions or issues and were flexible w/ check-in & out which was very helpful for our stay. Two issues came up - the pool area had lots of rules about music, coolers, & activities in and around the pool. The second issue is that while this is listed as sleeping 8, one of the rooms is very small w/ bunk beds - which we knew & were okay w/. The problem is that this room has no windows, fan, or AC unit, so it's very stuffy & hot. The kids ended up on the couches.

The condo was amazing. I do a yearly trip to Puerto Vallarta and by far my new favorite place to stay. Not only was it spacious enough to host my family but very comfortable as well. The kids loved the heated pool. The sunset views from the balcony were incredible and now looking forward to coming back next year.

Fantastic customer service!

The place was absolutely breathtaking and was even better than the photos. My family of 8 stayed here for a family vacation and it had everything we needed and more. The view alone was absolutely worth it. My kids loved how close we were to the beach. The condos have their own private pool? Bar, restaurant and entrance to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall great rental, place looked exactly like the pictures. Rental included everything you need for a great stay (towels, utensils, pots/pans). Grocery stores are near by and a taxi is easy to call via the front desk. Unbelievable view with a private beach access as well as a restaurant by the pool area. Quiet building/location which allows you to relax and enjoy you’re stay.

Very nice apartment, as shown in the photos; the perfect sunsets to enjoy, a spectacular view. Everything was as seen in the photos, very clean, tidy, comfortable. The spectacular pool, easy access to the beach, which we were able to enjoy. We would come back without thinking twice. The area is very beautiful and quiet. Azucena's service made us feel at home. She was always attentive to everything.

The stay and the service were great. The house was as shown in the photographs. Guadalupe was helpful and responsive at all times. There is an issue with the electricity. There is a certain amount of electricity use per day included, and the rest would have to be paid. We thought it was a good policy since it encourages efficient and responsible use of electricity. In our case, there were 9 of us. When leaving the house (to go eat, dine, to the beach or pool), we were always responsible for turning off the house's A/C. When checking out, we were informed that we had exceeded the electricity fee by approximately 300 pesos. More than €3,000 was paid for the stay, so I saw charging €15 for electricity as a detail that does not match the level of the home and the price paid for the accommodation. You have to keep in mind that in beach locations you have to have the AC on. I understand that excess electricity over €100 is charged, but €15... Otherwise, everything is OK and recommended.

We felt right at home. The apartment is well laid out. We loved the beds and the bedding. The terrace is very nice and has a great view of the bay. The condominium facilities are excellently maintained and the restaurant prices are quite affordable!!! Thanks for the stay. We really enjoyed it and we'd love to come back 😉

Our family group of 7 again enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula Condos. Having a 2 story place was unique. The stairs were challenging not having having a handrail. The views and sunsets were fabulous. We needed to buy both dishwashing and laundry detergent which we left for next visitors. Guadalupe responded to a couple of repair issues promptly including having the dishwasher secured to the wall and repairing roller shade in Master Bedroom. There was some noisy repair work being done in PH above us during the day. The last night the tenants moved back in and spent a few hours dragging furniture around creating a lot of noise above us. We loved the space and multiple bathrooms and large balcony space. We returned to Península because of the perfect combination of a large swimming pool with one side cool and other side warm and easy access to beautiful & clean beach. The on-site restaurant and personalized service especially by Alonso was great. We hope to return a 3rd time.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo! It’s large and spacious for two families with gorgeous sunset views! Has a full kitchen to cook in or a very good pool side restaurant with great service! We loved spending time around the pool area and were lucky to see whales everyday from the pool deck! Reception staff was helpful finding us cabs and bringing up water. Unit has beach chairs and a cooler but no boogie boards. Gym was very nice too. We would love to come back!

The place is amazing, very comfortable, and cozy. The facilities are great for spending a few days with the family. The place has a delicious restaurant.

A very good place to enjoy as a family

Our extended family just spent 10 days at this wonderful location. The apartment is very nicely appointed with stylish and comfortable furniture, multiple large screen TVs and very comfortable beds. The view to the southwest is stunning during the day or at sunset. The balcony is quite large and perfect for just chilling or outside meals. The grounds and common facilities are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is quite large running parallel to the beach and the two heated sections at either end are perfect for smaller children. The beach is clean and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pool area bars and restaurants are quite good, there are a few other restaurants within walking distance and many more a short and inexpensive cab ride away. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful with getting cabs, providing ice or replacement jugs of water or providing other useful information and recommendations. Overall, a great vacation spot !

Amazing view!! We love the peninsula!!

Amazingly beautiful is how Guadalupe describes this apartment, and it’s right on. The place is ample, the kitchen is well equipped, the ocean view is beautiful, the furniture is modern and it’s very nicely decorated. It has three really good sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The only negative would be the size of the fourth bedroom; it’s just a tad wider than 6ft. It’s more like a closet with bunk beds and a bathroom; has no windows. It’d be great for kids, but not for adults. The apartment also has a half bath, which is definitely an added bonus. We had a problem with the fridge during our stay and Guadalupe took care of it immediately. She was very responsive and gave us a call to follow up after the repair. The complex has a really nice, long pool, with both ends being heated. Security to enter the complex is high, so we felt safe. We loved Guadalupe’s apartment and definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

Very Spacious we were a family of 4 so plenty of room, Very Clean, & Awesome Sunset Views! Very Friendly staff and other onsite guests were very friendly. Both onsite restaurants had great menus lots of food choices, everything was very tasty and very affordable. Our favorite server Alfonso always made me special entrees according to my taste ;0) We had a very enjoyable stay We will definitely be back!!!

Everything was fine, I just didn't like that you have to give names of the people for the bracelets and have to pay extra electricity for the stay

Beautiful apartment. Regarding the electricity, the extra charge was not a problem. We were super comfortable with the temperature and only paid an extra 500 pesos for the 7 days. I would definitely stay here again

great apartment, very good location close to restaurants and shopping malls

The apartment is very nice, just as shown in the photos! And Guadalupe was always available for everything.

We had a blast staying at this condo. The condo is big, spacious, clean and has amazing views (the pictures don't do it justice...we saw dolphins and whales pretty much everyday we were there). There were two families of 4 staying here and we all felt that we had plenty of space. We used the kitchen everyday and it has all of the basics that you would need. The grounds themselves were also quite nice (it was our first time at Peninsula). The pool is enormous and the two end sections are heated (which is very nice for younger kids). There is a bar/snack bar at each end of the pool that has good food and drinks. The servers are awesome and treat you very well. The beach in front of the condo is great as well and you can walk miles in either direction. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this condo. We hope to someday be back.
