A really good place to stay. I’ts kind of rough for elderly people unless they use a taxi to move around San Miguel. Besides that it’s really good.

The accommodation is in a very comfortable area of San Miguel and with a small clubhouse but with good services. We had a great time!

Good location and very safe condo. Small apartment but with enough space. You can't make any noise at night because you can hear everything and the neighbors get upset.

Montse has a lovely place in San Miguel, i highly recommend this place when you are traveling with a large party (+6).

Very nice villa, lots of decoration, all the utensils you need, very comfortable beds. It's super close to downtown, it's just a bit steep to get there and there are few taxis. But everything was excellent and a very good response from Montse! 100pts

The apartment is very nice and just like the photos, the only downside is that it's a bit of a trek to walk to and from downtown.

This place is fantastic! Easy walk to downtown (15 - 20 minute walk). Want to come back and stay here! :)

Beautiful apartment, it has all the necessary utensils and Montse's response was very quick. The apartment is in perfect condition, very clean and very nice decor. It's close to downtown San Miguel, though we use the car if we use the car to go downtown. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much

A pleasant place with a homey atmosphere to spend a few quiet days in San Miguel. Montse was very helpful with everything.

My family and I booked this place for a week and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We could not have asked for anything more! Our host was awesome! Very quick to respond and to act with any questions or concerns. The kitchen is fully furnished so we cooked when we got tried of eating out. Also, the shuttle service is a big win as you can avoid driving in San Miguel. We will be back next year!

We are frequent travelers to San Miguel (for the last few decades) and regularly rent houses for our stays. We love San Miguel and all its charm and this place is really special. This new (and continuing) construction development is only a 10 minute walk to the Jardin. While not right in the centro, it has the quiet, security, and views you won't get in centro. Like any other gated community it can be tricky getting cabs/Uber to find the unit but we were mostly fine and as more people move in here I am sure this will get easier. We were 6 people and had plenty of room between the main unit and the extra (what we would call an 'in-law suite') room which had its own bathroom. It is down one flight of stairs and the community is hilly so keep in mind if you have any mobility impaired people in your group (as we did). The community has a heated (this is very unusual in San Miguel) pool, spa facilities with sauna, steam and whirlpools, lots of security, and a lovely garden area. But if you never leave the patio of this apartment you will be fine. It is a gorgeous view, missing most of the traffic (taxis, buses, garbage collection, etc.) of most of the ungated communities will have. We enjoyed the private laundry facilities in the unit as well as the dishwasher, walk-in closets and great lighting, again not entirely usual in San Miguel homes. We would definitely stay here again when we return!
