The house is very nice, and it has everything you need to have a very nice night. Just check the house rules very carefully, since the listing doesn't have all the information at first glance. The listing is misleading.

We would like to clarify that all relevant information about the accommodation: In this case, the reservation was initially made for 1 guest and was later changed to 13 guests, so the platform automatically adjusted the cost based on the actual number of guests staying. Excellent place to spend time as a family, the amenities are excellent, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable atmosphere, good architecture, the pool has a solar heater, good communication with the host, I would rent it again.

The place is very spacious and very nice; it has a very good spot to park the cars, which gives you a lot of peace of mind. We had rainy weather; however, we were able to enjoy the garden and the pool (although the water was cold). Melany's service and follow-up are excellent, as she always responds and does so very quickly. In short, it's a place you'll really enjoy.

It has plenty of cooking amenities; the house is spacious and cool. The facilities are comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. We definitely plan to come back.

Melany was attentive to our questions and upon our arrival; she was very friendly, as was the gentleman who welcomed us. Casa de las Flores is beautiful. We enjoyed its lovely garden and its grills. Despite it being winter, the pool water was warm. The only issue was that the pool water was not clean; there was a film of scum floating on it, and the next day, the scum had settled to the bottom of the pool, which prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. Everything would have been amazing if the pool had been cleaner. Everything else was great.

The house is super nice, well kept and clean, the truth is that we loved it. The pool is somewhat deep and has a heater, so even though it was a little cloudy, we used the pool. It's cold at night. I recommend you bring a jacket. There are two shops very close and very well stocked in case you need to buy something. For the arrival, Melany shared images with us because she does not allow the exact location pin to be placed on maps, but also on the street they placed some signs on the corners to locate the house, so it is not difficult to locate it. I highly recommend the accommodation, Melany and family were very friendly and helpful, I hope to be back soon! :)

In general, it exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a comfortable and large place to spend time with family or friends, this is the perfect place. The house is in perfect condition, I loved the backyard.

Excellent accommodation!! 💫 The place is just like the photos, the hosts were very friendly and the house is very beautiful, the pool has a heater. It has all the amenities for a great weekend. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend staying with Melany.

The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It's a shame that the host's lack of attention ruined the experience. The address provided in the App was incorrect. You arrive at a house that is not the right one and it caused a bad time with annoyed neighbors, indicating that this is not the first time this has happened due to the lack of communication from the host. Even though we told him the exact time we arrived and wrote to him that we were already there, he took a long time to respond (he even read the messages but did not respond). They give you the wrong address. Another situation, we had a power outage one night and the food was spoiled since it's very hot. I recommend bringing an extra cooler and a fan. We had people knocking on the door because something blew off the roof. He asked us not to open for any reason. Renting an Airbnb and having someone knocking insistently that you didn't expect was a sour moment. The host is very attentive to the cameras (but not to the messages). He asked us to fix a water leak.

I appreciate your comments and I want to clarify a few points for those who read this review: It is true that the address is not easy to find with maps, since the house is located within a gated community that is not yet well registered on the location platforms. Maybe we just needed to explain it more clearly from the beginning, and I'll make sure that doesn't happen again. Regarding the power outage, it was brief and occurred during the early hours of the morning. I understand that this may have made you uncomfortable, although it was something completely beyond our control and the service was quickly restored. You wrote to me at 4 a.m., and for obvious reasons it is not possible to provide immediate attention at that time, although I responded as soon as possible. The person who knocked on the door was a neighbor warning that something had been blown away by the wind. For your safety, I asked you not to open it, as a precaution for yourself. And as for the alleged water leak, it was only necessary to turn on a switch. You were never asked to make any repairs. I strive to provide a good experience for all my guests and I am always available within reason. I appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.

Good service from Melany. The house is very clean and comfortable. I really liked the pool, large, and comfortable. The lounge chairs make it much more comfortable. It's a house with a lot of privacy and space, I would definitely go there again.
