Excellent location, everything very close, clean, great beds, privacy in each room, you can enjoy the entire space. Thank you very much. We had a great time.
We had an amazing stay! Ivana and Karen were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. I didn't have much cell service in Tamarindo, so I had to wait until I connected to Wi-Fi to receive their messages, but they always got back to me quickly. The house is nothing like the photos... it's even BETTER! From the moment you walk in, it truly feels like home. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV, and A/C, giving everyone their own comfortable space. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the large dining table and island make it easy for everyone to gather together. Having a laundry room was a huge bonus, especially if you don't like traveling with dirty clothes. The pool and outdoor seating area were fantastic for relaxing after a day at the beach. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or with a group of friends, this home has plenty of space for everyone. If you're planning a trip to Tamarindo you'll want more time to enjoy this house!
Great location, close to the heart of Tamarindo and about a 8 minute walk to the beach. Very secure property and felt safe. Nice blackout curtains and AC in each bedroom. Could have used more bathroom towels as we only had 1 or 2 per bathroom, which was about one per person for us for the whole week. Overall would highly recommend.
This house was perfect for our group in Tamarindo. I chose it because it looked like we could walk to restaurants, shops, and activities, and that ended up being completely true. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. As first-time visitors to Costa Rica, we appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. We also booked airport shuttles, an ATV tour, and a private catamaran through the host, which made planning much easier. The only downside was the catamaran excursion. Unfortunately, we booked it on the only day of our trip with heavy rain and rough seas. Several people became sick, and we were not allowed to reschedule despite the conditions. We also experienced issues with a broken sail and received different food than what we had paid for in advance. I would skip this, or wait to book closer in advance. Overall, the house itself was excellent, and I would recommend it for large groups visiting Tamarindo

Overall, it was a very nice home, but had some drawbacks. Pros: House looked exactly like the pictures. The house was clean on arrival, spacious, and the host responded timely to questions. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool and outdoor space. Great for medium/ large group. Restaurants, market, bars close by. Cons: The house is up an unpaved dirt hill, which can get muddy during rainy season (definitely rent a car or golf cart). We had an insect infestation on our last night coming in from the pool area which affect the living area, dining area, and 1 bedroom. We notified the host, who said would notify maintenance, but we were checking out the next morning so nothing was done until after checkout. I assume this is not common, but did happen to us unfortunately.
Great hosts that responded quickly and accommodated a quick reservation! Easy to find house with easy entrance instructions in a good location. AC worked very well too!
Amazing location & an awesome place to stay at when in Tamarindo! The host was very responsive to anything that came up as well as helped booked excursions for us.
Really great place to rent. The owners were so helpful with everything all recommendations with rides from the airport you name it. She was on top of it beyond helpful. The place itself was amazing. There was seven of us. We all had the best time. The pool was great. Accommodations were great walkable to everywhere. Such a great location.
Our entire group had a great time at this property. It really felt like we were in the centre of town with everything nearby in walking distance. Plenty of place to relax and have fun at the house. The pool is a great feature.. Would recommend and definitely come back.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. There was more than enough room for a group of 8 people, and perfectly located within walking distance to the town and beach.

If you want a place in heart of tamarindo close to everything you can literally walk to everything in tamarindo from this house. Perfect location. Very secure and safe. Nice pool. Not a place for beautiful scenery and sunset but beautifully decorated nice patio and pool area. Right in heart of tamarindo. We loved it. Teenagers could go to beach older adults could stay at house we could all walk 5 min meet up later. Wonderful service and communication very resourceful. Pizza restaurant right next door was amazing and perfect for big family.
I suggest you consider extending check-out until 12:00 pm. Today it's 10:00 a.m., and we don't get to enjoy that last day; basically, paying for that last night is a waste.

Hello Jessica, The check-in and check-out conditions and times are clearly stated in our description so that everyone can see them before deciding to book our villa. However, we understand that sometimes guests need to stay a little longer to arrange their transportation or preferences, so we are flexible with late check-outs as long as we do not have other guests checking in. As we explained to you, on the day of your departure, we had other guests checking in, and although we politely asked you, you chose to ignore our request and decided not to respect our rule. Your check-out was 40 minutes later than the scheduled time. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, and we understand that you prefer hotels, but we are a private villa, and our rules are clearly stated. Regarding your rating of the pool, we are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, although we find it very strange that you did not mention anything to us during your stay so that we could fix it. Additionally, please note that our maintenance staff checks and cleans the pool and the area every day. This is also detailed in our rules. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, and we hope to meet your expectations in the future if you decide to choose us again. Pura Vida!
