My family had an amazing time at this location! Great views and vibes. The host was super helpful all throughout and was super easy to get in contact with. It is so close to everything. Very big and spacious!

we loved the place! it was a great stay for our girls trip. Will book again the location was amazing the view. i loved that we have a private parking with garage so my car felt safe! 2 parking spots included! Just one small thing that i think is nessasary was a little more supplies in kitchen but everything else was amazing! thank you so much !

This place was amazing. It is spotless and squeaky clean, I had a blast and really enjoyed the place. Out of all the places I have stayed in Rocky Point, I can say this place is #1 on my list. It is in a great location to walk around, and see great views of the Ocean it is just perfect.

I am truly amazed of how beautiful the place is but not only that our host Axel was very attentive and very kind which made our stay that much better! I will definitely without hesitation book again. Everything is walking distance as well. You wont be disappointed!

The host was wonderful and responsive. The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean and the night life. All the stores and restaurants are within walking distance and the private garage parking was great. We enjoyed our stay, however if noise bothers you this is not the place for you.

This was beautiful place! Host was amazing and Axel was very responsive! He answered any and all questions we had, was very flexible with check in and check out! 10/10 would recommend and come back to this beautiful place right at the Malecón :)

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved Marcus he was a sweetheart. We loved all 3 of our contacts as they where responsive right away.. We sure will be going back. The condo was beautiful have nothing bad to say at all. If you are a big family it’s a perfect place to stay.

This is right in the heart of the malecon, which is great to people watch, and walk to nearby restaurants, shipping and bars. The space is great with three bedrooms and four baths! The hosts are fantastic. It is, however, very loud until 2:30 am on weekend nights, which made it difficult to sleep. Nice living space, and balcony.

We had such a good time staying in this condo. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom sink and shower. It was like having three master bedrooms. All three couples enjoyed that. The condo is close and convenient to everything in the Malicon. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Best location to stay when visiting rocky point ! Avoid the chaotic parking when visiting the malecon since you’re staying right in front of it with your own reserved parking in the garage ! Will be returning forsure

Had a great stay! Perfect location right in front of the malecon don’t need to look for parking since you have your own spot in the parking garage. Amazing view from balcony and dining room of ocean. Axel was very fast in answering questions during our stay. Will stay here again for future vacations ! Definitely recommend

Very pretty condo, loved the host very helpful. The area was so nice so no need for taxi you could just walk to the malecón. 1000% would stay here again.

This is the perfect place if you want to be in the middle of the action of Peñasco with a gorgeous balcony view. The festive noise can be heard in the communal areas but we found the bedrooms to be quiet. The owners were very responsive via the app.

Axel is a great host! Beautiful condo with everything you need and a wonderful ocean view. Nightly entertainment on the Malecon was very noisy and continued very late. Not sure if this was due to it being Memorial weekend or if it’s a nightly occurrence.

Amazing place to stay. Right on the Malecón. Bars, restaurants, shops, clubs everything is close. Beach is a short drive but that doesn’t matter when you’re staying here. Massive space loved that each bed room had its own bath . Check in and out was super easy for us. Definitely stay here if you like the party vibe. That being said you better be like music because the malecón gets busy at night. I’d recommend staying in the middle room if you’re a light sleeper. Place was super clean, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Private parking is a plus, just know that it’s tight maneuvering but very doable ( I have an f150). Super secure place I Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Axel

Great location right in the heart of the action on the Malecón/boardwalk. Convenient and easily within walking distance to many of the restaurants, bars and shopping. One of favorite places to dine was at Pedro’s. Axel was easy to communicate with and is a well run Airbnb with his mother.

We were well looked after. The secure vehicle parking was excellent. Close proximity to restaurants. The only downside was it was a bit noisy on the Malecón but a small price to pay.
