The accommodation was very good. The house is a good size. There were 6 of us friends, and we were all very comfortable. The pool is amazing, with water at a good temperature. The host was very friendly and flexible. I don't think I've ever seen check-in and check-out so flexible and convenient for a stay. It is very close to downtown Tepoz. You can easily walk there. There is only one parking space, but for an extra fee you can add others, which is great.

Excellent location and a great stay. I hope to return soon.

Mrs. Ma Guadalupe was very kind to us throughout the stay. He supported us with directions to find shops and a nearby bakery to buy some things, which was a great help. In addition, on Sunday he was kind enough to extend our check-out time a bit, which we really appreciate. She was definitely an excellent host.

It's in a quiet area, not far from downtown, but perhaps not so recommended for people with a "walking problem" since the streets to get to it are a little sloping and cobbled. Parking is somewhat small but functional. Guadalupe was super friendly and helpful. He was always attentive and considerate to us. We would definitely return to his home some other time.

Centrally located, you can walk to the main avenue without a problem. The streets where the house is located are quiet, and it is possible to walk safely, even at night. There are stores very close by that have everything you need. Lupita is very accessible both on arrival and departure, always attentive to your stay and very kind. The space is spacious, clean and as shown in the photos. In addition, Lupita is very attentive to detail and leaves some useful supplies for guests to use in the house. The pool is spacious and has a bathroom in that area. The garden is very comfortable to enjoy an afternoon with the family. If you are looking for something close to the main avenues, this place is 100% recommended.

It is a beautiful, quiet, clean, large and very comfortable place, it is very close to downtown which makes it ideal to go and return on foot. The photos that are posted don't do justice to how beautiful and big the place is. Lupita is super nice, she makes you feel right at home, she gave us recommendations and everything was 10 out of 10, she is a super nice person, she was attentive to us at all times and was also very accessible upon our arrival. We really had a great time. I recommend 1000% staying in this beautiful house and Lupita's service, you won't regret it.

Lupita's accommodation is very good, 100% recommended, the pool is really good, the only thing is that the water was a little cold, but with the heat of Tepoz... it was nothing more than getting used to it... If you're looking for a stay in Tepoz, stay here (don't think about it). Lupita let us in before the hours and we also leave later, which does not happen on other airbnb. It is a cozy house, full of nature and stories. The house looks much better than the photos. Lupita supported us at all times and even from the day I paid she wrote to me and provided tips to get there. We celebrate my mom's birthday and even gave her a gift (thank you🤩). You can get to downtown super fast and walking. The area is extremely quiet and familiar unlike the center where there is always noise. It's a safe place with surrounding shops and traditional food. The pool was clean and with warm water, you can even be lucky to see magnificent birds approaching the greenery of the place. If you come from the city the truck leaves you in the central and from there it is only 45 pesos to get to the Casa Grande (only 10 min), so the arrival is very easy. thanks Lupita for all the help

Ma Guadalupe was very attentive. Everything was perfect. We couldn't use the pool because we went to a wedding. Great choice for families and groups of friends. The only recommendation would be to have a water bottle. Thank you for everything! I hope to return!

Fantastic place. Pictures don't do it justice. The living room and lower patio look out on the mountains and a little church. The backyard and pool are wonderful. The pool is heated using solar panels and we went swimming in the evening. Maria Guadalupe and her daughter were super attentive and friendly. We would totally go back!
