We had a good stay. When we arrived at the house we had a problem with the electricity that took a while to resolve, but the truth is that Cessna was doing a lot to solve it and in the end it was achieved. We appreciate that. The apartment is just like the photos. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen along with the living room and the dining room make the common areas very cozy. The bathrooms were good and access to the apartment was quick. They let us in before and that is also appreciated. In general, I recommend the place. The condo is quiet but the pool area is comfortable and the food at the restaurant was very good

Cessna's apartment is located in a great place. The common area facilities are very nice, accessible and in perfect condition. The property staff is very friendly.

from booking to checkout, Cessna was helpful and responsive with messaging. the condo was in great shape, had a well stocked kitchen, had clean linens and comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed, was in a prime location for accessing the beach, a few grocery shops, and quick cab rides to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta. the condo grounds were clean, well maintained and lush. the grounds keepers were constantly watering and pruning, making the landscaping feel very luxurious. overall, we absolutely loved our first trip to Mexico and will return again for sure!

Very clean and nice. Well-equipped, you just need a microwave oven, but other than that, everything was very good!

Cessna and Dan were excellent hosts, he gave me very clear instructions, he was always attentive to my comments and to clarify my doubts, and a lot of willingness to support us to be comfortable and to see how he could support us. The apartment is very nice, we felt right at home. The apartment is very clean and in good condition and has additional amenities such as board games, or pool accessories, etc. Highly recommended. We loved our stay at Cessna’s. It was fantastic with two kiddos — access to gentle surf, lots of wildlife (rays, whales, eels), walking distance to town, and shallow swimming pool areas.

The apartment is very nice and the host provides excellent service, but the view of the parking lot is not entirely pleasant.

The apartment is wonderful, it has all the amenities, the bathrooms are impeccable, the kitchen has everything you need, the rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean and prepared, everything works wonderfully. Cessna's care is excellent, always attentive to messages, great host. It has definitely become one of our favorite destinations, the atmosphere is very familiar, the pools are spectacular, perfect temperature and impeccable, the children's pool that is right on the beach is perfect and very temperate, all areas are spotless, the green areas perfectly combine with the whole place, very well cared for. Arriving is very simple, from the beginning it is in perfect condition, when entering the section you feel the peace and tranquility.
