Ximena and Erlyn Andres are great hosts. My first night there was an issue with the front door. I was out getting some things and upon my return the door got jammed and I was locked out. I messaged Ximena and Erlyn Andres about the issue and they arrived in under 10 minutes to fix it. You can have full confidence that if you need anything they will be there to assist you in a timely manner. There is a lot of space in the apartment if you are a larger group. Also the apartment is in a great location with many amenities in walking distance. Thank you for an incredible stay!

I stayed with my family, it is a very comfortable and spacious place, perfect for large groups or large families, very well located and in terms of cleanliness excellent, good communication with the host although that aspect could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay, quiet and safe location .. rooms were efficient.. though no internal windows to ventilate or circulate air inside . Suggest that you leave the doors open to circulate and refresh the internal .

We had an excellent stay. The place matches the photos and is very good for large groups, there were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. The host responds very quickly, we dropped some glasses behind the jacuzzi and they immediately helped us with the issue despite how complicated it was to get them out of there😅. As an area of opportunity: the shower in the social bathroom was a little clogged, which was resolved when we reported it; it would also be good if they left more towels available. Very good location, safe and very close to river parks and tourist sites.

Excellent apartment for a large work team or a large family.

Everything seemed incredible to me, very accurate, very comfortable place, beautiful, easy transportation, many places to eat, at night it is quiet, the jacuzzi takes several hours to fill and an extra hour to heat up was the only drawback, the first night it could not be used. But the rest of the stay was quiet.

Pros - great location - 5 rooms - 3 rooms with AC (weather is generally fair weather so that’s okay) - felt safe with entering and leaving area - felt safe with 2 doors to enter apartment - large living room to relax and dine in Cons - could have used more towels - door was broken in one room and made a lot of sound when opening or closing (was fixed in the middle of our stay so thank you for that)

Great location, 10 min walk away from the Main Street. The villa itself very clean, and jacuzzi was bigger than anticipated. We would come back again.

The accommodation has plenty of space and the location is fine, the lock to enter confused me a bit, other than that everything was fine

Beautiful area, beautiful Airbnb. The jacuzzi area is gorgeous. there is only AC in some bedrooms. It wasn’t really an issue if we kept some bedroom doors open with the AC on. Ximena was attentive and sweet. Would stay again
