We loved how walkable the location was. We could walk to the large supermarket Chedraui, to get everything. Tacos El Sinaloese near highway was good street tacos.

Exactly like Tina described it. Comfortable furnishings, excellent location close to restaurants, and shopping. Right on the beach! Incredible sunsets. And ... Felipe was very attentive.

Tina's place is amazing! You can't beat the location. It's literally right on the beach. And the beach is incredible in that spot. Also very close to all the best restaurants in the golden Zone. I can't recommend this place enough. It was our third time staying there and we definietly plan on coming back!

We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for families with plenty of beds and three comfortable bedrooms. The location is unbeatable. It’s right on a beautiful, quiet beach that's ideal for relaxing. The gated property and private pool added an extra level of comfort and security, especially with kids. Felipe was a wonderful host. He is very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and any concerns that came up. He truly made our stay even better. We highly recommend this beachfront gem and would absolutely come back again!

Casa Tina is a lovely spot, very close to sites and restaurants. The small gated group of buildings shares a lovely pool and only steps to the beach. You feel right at home!

Great location and very much as described and as shown in photos. Old Mexico styling, not a modern condo. Small complex so shared pool is still relaxing. Excellent Zona Dorada location, easy walking to great restaurants and easy to find/point out to taxistas when using cabs.

Had a lovely time with family at Tina's place. Great to have lots of beds and a nice kitchen. We were right in the beach and had easy walking to restaurants. Tina was super responsive when there were small start-up issues. It is very walkable for good walkers. Those with issues could take Uber or taxis since the sidewalks are broken up and the main road is up a steep hill. The area is quickly gentrifying. Its mostly condos and there's construction everywhere. Tina's is part of a small condo grouping - the serenity pool is shared. Also take note, you will get a strong recommendation on how much to tip the concierge and the housecleaner.

Tina’s place was amazing!! We stayed with friends and everyone had their own bed and space!! The view is amazing!! Quiet!!! The only exception to this is the awesome sound of the waves!!!!!!! The kids loved the pool and spent time in It everyday!! The beach is footsteps away and boogie boards were at the place to make catching the waves way more fun!! So nice to stay right by the beach and watch the all the things that are happening!! Great restaurants close by!! The house was clean and everything you need is there!! Simply a wonderful place to take the family and relax!! Can’t wait for the next visit!!

This place was fantastic and Tina and Felipe were both terrific and responsive. The location was amazing, the pool quiet and huge, even though shared, and the beach immediately outside your pool. Beautiful view from the veranda off the upstairs bedrooms! Our family of 5 ages 25-84 felt so relaxed and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better are some hammocks!

We have stayed at Casa Tina's in the past and are so pleased every time we do. She is an amazing host - keeps in touch well before the trip as well as throughout to make sure all is well. The property manager Felipe is also great. He is there if you need anything and has all the information you need for the area. I would not stay anywhere else honestly. So sad we had to leave :(

It's a nice house, better than what appears in the photos, they have everything you need there, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect, facing the sea. The only thing that could be improved is that the pool had warm water. Felipe is super friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tina's place is amazing. The location is perfect! Some listings say "steps" from the beach and then you find out it's a block or two from the ocean. This place is literally like 20 steps from the beach. You just have to walk past the pool! The golden zone is very walkable. Great restaurants. Tina is very responsive and accommodating. Felipe, the property manager, will take care of anything you need and his response times are super fast. They are a great team. We have stayed here twice and will be returning for sure.

We very much appreciated Tina’s quick communication and Felipe’s attention to details. Everything you would need for your stay as well as other beach items. We loved being back in Bucereas and it was nice to stay in a house on the beach. The location area has grown a lot with coffee shops and restaurants as well as a grocery store within walking distance. Loved it.

Bucerias is booming with construction these days, and Casa Tina is just far enough from the hustle and bustle while within walking distance to everything you need. Only the swimming pool stands between you and the beach, so we were serenaded to sleep by the sound of waves. Though a few blocks away, we heartily endorse Armando’s restaurant. And go whale watching if you’re there in season (Dec-March). You can sometimes even catch a glimpse of them (as well as dolphins) from pool area! Our group of five enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Tina’s. The location is walkable to everything. We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Felipe was so helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. The interior is a little dark and dated but it was a good value for the location and size. We would stay here again!

Wonderful place in a fun, less crowded area. Felipe and Tina were great hosts despite some difficult weather.

Tina was a great host and concierge Felipe was very helpful. Great location, big pool ad beach is right outside the pool which makes it amazing. Lots to do with great restaurants walking distance. House has lots of beds which makes it good for families and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Looking to go back already!!!

Everything was perfect. Tina and Felipe's service was very good and they helped us with everything. The location of the house is the best part, the sea is in front and there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The three bedroom and 3 bathroom home was perfect for our large family. We went in the off season so we knew some businesses would be closed. But on the plus side we had the pool to ourselves. The beach is steps away. Every room has its own A.C unit and the house/ kitchen has anything and everything you could need. Felipe the concierge was very responsive and helpful. Any issues and there was only one minor one, was fixed right away. During our stay a construction crew knocked down a line and we didn’t have wifi for the last two days but that wasn’t Tina’s fault. Keep in mind the pool has a ton of sloping sides around the planters which was a surprise for me and I slipped when I first got in. Book excursions with Felipe through Vallarta adventures, you’ll be pleased. Walk to the grocery store and take a taxi back, they are always waiting outside the store. Our favorite restaurants were Linda’s tacos, la negra, and meat meet. Karen’s was good as well. I’d avoid Kensho. Book casa Tina!

Great location, easy to walk to all of the local restaurants in Bucerias. The property was very secure and has gated access to the beach from the pool which is watched each evening. We had plenty of rooms and bedding options for our family of 5.

Had a super great stay at Casa Tina. House met the needs of our five guests. Great location and good price. Our concierge Felipe was outstanding! Highly recommend a stay at Casa Tina and may very well return in the future.

We loved our stay at Tina's place. The location is excellent: right on the beach and in the golden zone of Bucerias where there are tons of great restaurants. The place is very charming and spacious. Tina supplied all the beach accessories you would need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). The pool is beautiful and the grounds are landscaped nicely. You will love hearing/seeing the wide variety of tropical birds. Tina's house manager Felipe is great. He was very helpful at check in and check out. He was also very responsive whenever we had a question about something. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again next year if available.

This was exactly what we needed. When you walk out the back door you can walk right into the pool, or just a few more steps and you are on the beautiful beach. We were also surprised by how big it was. We had a few unexpected guests drop by for drinks and there was plenty of room. They too were surprised by the amount of room. Tina and Felipe provided a lot of activity and restaurant suggestions or options that a local would know, saving us a lot of guess work. On their great advice we did not rent a car as we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. This was our first visit to Mexico. We really enjoyed our visit and wished we had booked a longer stay.

Tina's is a great mix of close to town (and right on the beach) while being a lovely little private oasis. Perfect place for a family; this pool is as amazing as it looks. Tina (and Felipe) were lovely hosts and we felt well looked after.

Such a beautiful place!

Tina’s place was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was in walking distance and it was incredible having a pool and beach virtually to ourselves . Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family and the kitchen was outfitted with everything that we needed . Also there was air conditioning available in every room so we could keep the place cool to our individual needs. We would definitely stay there again .

Great place and location if you are wanting out of hustle n bustle and the crowds! The views and the house are exceptional! Tina and Felipe were great to work with and communication was quick and efficient.

Me and my BFF spent 4 nights at this beautiful villa while celebrating her 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and beach right outside back door. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. House is located within walking distance of most conveniences, with a cozy restaurant right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and the village is quaint. We went during off season so the area was not as populated and a few of the unique shops within a block of the house were closed. This was not a big deal as most things were a short walk or taxi ride away. We plan to go back soon and hope to stay at Casa Tina again!

Beautiful location with your feet in the water. Very nice house and perfect hosting. But don't leave anything outside in the evening, or you won't find it when you wake up.

The location was wonderful for our family. Very safe. We have 3 young children. The beach had great sand, waves were calm and the beach was great for morning walks. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. You can walk down the beach and get a $20 massage. Great location if you rent a car as well to explore further north and still close enough to Puerto Vallarta. I would highly recommend Tina’s casa.

Tina's house is perfect for enjoying a family vacation in a quiet way, the location is perfect,, We had a setback with the number of guests and Felipe and Tina helped us and resolved in a few minutes, Extra point for Felipe, knows how to serve the guests very well!, I'm sure we'll be back!

Tina's house is a great place to stay. If you want to enjoy the beach and pool without taking a car or walking long distances, this is the place! It has very nice paintings on the walls!
