We have stayed at the Avalon before. We love this space the view in the location. Host was very responsive and communicated very well.

Fantastic property! Everything from the condo, the pools, and the views! We spent every morning on the beautiful patio drinking our coffee and looking for whales. Really is a million dollar view! Den was wonderful to deal with. Very fast in responding and offered suggestions on local dinner spots! Was very accommodating when we asked for a late check out due to a late flight out. Would love to stay here again. We walked down to for breakfast or lunch everything morning, really didn’t mind the walk. Would recommend a cab/uber for the way home after a big meal or a few margaritas. Would be difficult for small children or someone with physical limitations. 10/10 Airbnb!

I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a safe, luxurious and tranquil place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Denny’s place is stunning and absolutely lives up to the description/ photos in the listing. His communication leading up to and throughout the trip was outstanding. Mavy was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected, which was a nice way to start our vacation. I look forward to visiting PV again in the future and another incredible stay at Denny’s place!

Such a beautiful place! We came here with our kids to have a fun relaxing experience and that is exactly what we got. It had the most beautiful views and the host and property manager were great and always responsive. I didn’t necessarily like that we had to take a taxi down to town twice a day and then back up but I would say that the place and view definitely made up for it.

I wish all Airbnb’s were all run as well as this host runs theirs. Denny was very quick to respond if/when I had any questions or needs. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the views from the balcony far exceeded my expectations. Not only was the condo kept very clean but the all the shared amenities from the pool, gym and elevators were meticulously maintained and sanitized as well. You could walk down the the city within 30 minutes or drive within 5 and there are so many things to do including so many restaurants (and tacos stands of course) to the beach, and local excursions you can book through viator. My family and I had a wonderful stay and definitely would book again with Denny if we come back! Thanks for everything! :)

One word 2 describe Dennys place is incredible . From the views to his amazing place . My friends and I did the right choice of booking in paradise couldn’t be more satisfy with our stay . If I could give this place 10 stars I would . Best views in PV no doubt about that . From the moment we arrived, our hosts Denny and the amazing property manager Mavi made us feel right at home. The apartment was stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—tucked in a secure and peaceful condominium just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Whether we were walking along the Malecón, exploring local restaurants, or heading to the beach, we were always just a short ride or stroll away from everything the city has to offer. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. Denny and Mavi were incredibly responsive, warm, and knowledgeable about the area. They offered fantastic recommendations and local insights that helped us make the most of our trip.

Just wrapping up a 2 week trip at Dennys place and cannot say enough good things about our stay! My family and I have extensive experience staying with Airbnb and other travel platforms and Denny is by far one of the most fantastic hosts we’ve ever had. He is responsive, caring, proactive, and provided us with an amazing time at his condo. The condo itself is phenomenal. Fully stocked with all necessary consumables (soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc.) as well as comfortable + clean linens, towels and blankets. It is exactly as he explains it in the posting. The condo was very clean and organized and his property manager Mavy and cleaning lady Desy are tremendous additions to his local team. Both extremely responsive and detail oriented. We could not have asked for more from our stay. The condo is about a 10 minute walk from the Zona Romántica but even with the hill on the way up, it was easily walkable day or night and totally safe and secure. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Kenny's condo is absolutely luxurious. The photos don't even capture the true beauty of the apartment. The views of the Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the enormous balcony can't be beat and the furniture and art is well selected. Each room is climate controlled, the kitchen island is immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pools are huge and entertained our toddler for hours. Kenny was responsive to all of our needs and even suggested a wonderful private chef to cook for us on our last day. Note that it is a fairly steep hill to get to the apartment building, but the climb is absolutely worth the views. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

We were fortunate to discover Kenny's property during a sudden move, and we're so glad we did. From Kenny to his property manager and even the security team, everyone made us feel right at home with VIL service. The house itself was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed many of siestas to nightly fireworks to enjoying the stunning views. We highly, highly recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a really great stay. The unit is exactly as photographed and is exceptionally charming and cozy. Furniture and beds were all comfy and the kitchen was both well stocked and immaculate. The work space was great and perfectly positioned for then I needed to take a few calls or meetings without being disruptive (or losing the view!). Saw whales from the terrace every evening. Slight walk (or very short drive into town) for all things that you may need. Looking forward to staying again.

Great place with unbeatable views! Was perfect for our group of 5 for over a week. They provided refreshed cleaning services mid week which was nice and were responsive with any questions we had. East walk down the hill to the beach clubs, but we always took a cab back which was always under $5. Very clean with every amenity you could need! Would recommend!

We found the unit to be extremely comfortable and inviting, well-furnished, tidy and clean. The accommodations seem larger in person than pictured if you can believe it, ample space with various lounge options inside and out. Of course the views are stunning from both the unit and the property’s pool decks, which were never crowded. A fantastic choice for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway with a bit more privacy and calm from the bustling ZR below.

We stayed at Kenny’s place for 10 days during Thanksgiving week. The condo is spacious, well decorated and equipped with modern kitchen appliances. The views are amazing and the building’s amenities (2 large pools and a nice gym) are great. Kenny is a great host and very responsive. Would stay there again!

After a previous Airbnb cancelled on us last minute, Kenny was super helpful and flexible with our schedule and getting us in last second. His place is incredible. The view is better than the pictures. The space itself is top-tier luxury. It's very big and was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 baby. This was our first international trip with our 5 month old and we didn't mind spending a ton of time at Kenny's place at all. Being there is a vacation in itself. As far as the hill it's on, it's definitely a walk, but we did it up and down multiple times; including my 70 year old mother-in-law and her sister. It's very doable. Overall, great experience at Kenny's luxury condo!

Where to start… the pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice, this is luxury living in every sense of the word. Communication, second to none. From amenities to cleanliness Kenny’s place is off the chart. The gym, the pool is awesome. Kenny is a fantastic host and her place has the best view in all Puerto Vallarta.

We have been to many Air BnB’s, and Kenny’s place was the only one that was EXACTLY the way he presents it online! The view from his balcony is even BETTER than the photos he has on the listing. All of the amenities are upgraded in his apartment, and he and the property manager are the BEST responsive hosts we have ever had! We have two teenagers and a toddler, and this place accommodated all the age groups in our family. There is a beautiful infinity pool right below the balcony that is great to be in at sunset, and the green pool has incredible views of the city. We also enjoyed using the gym that has every circuit machine, cardio and free weights imaginable. The front desk is very hospitable and will order taxis for you as well as deliver food if you order from Uber Eats. We would recommend this place to ANYONE wanting to visit Puerto Vallarta - couples, families or even a solo trip. You won’t regret it!

Kenny’s place was EXACTLY what we needed for a perfect, wonderful, relaxing week in beautiful PV. The apt was exceptional… by far the most beautiful and luxurious AirBnbs I have stayed in. Massive bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen, and incredible balcony views. Two pools on the premises were both unique and tranquil. The security was exceptional at the Avalon. Definitely Uber to and from town for $2-3, as the hike up to the apt is steep. I am counting down the moments until I can come back.

Kenny's place is no ordinary Airbnb. It's a ultra-luxury condo on the Amapas Hills with stunning 180 degree views of Puerto Vallarta and the entire bay. The property pix don't do it enough justice. You really have to experience it for yourself to believe. We rented it for a week along with 4 friends from San Francisco and we had such a blast that we didn't want to leave. Whether sipping wine on the oversize balcony viewing the spectacular sunset, watching a movie in the spacious living room or luxuriating under the ceiling shower head or soaking in the standalone bathtub big enough for 2 people, we thoroughly loved staying there. Our only lament was that there wasn't enough hours in the day to enjoy everything fully. There are two infinity pools in the complex, one looking like straight out of Santorini with white tiles against blue sky/water (+ hot tub) and another emerald pool surrounded by lush tropical plants with chirping birds. Truly dreamy stay for a 50th birthday celebration!

I recently stayed at a beautiful Airbnb property and was absolutely blown away by its upscale design and phenomenal views. The property was exactly as described, and the amenities were top-notch, making for a truly luxurious experience. It is worth noting that the property is a bit removed from the main area of restaurants and activities, and the walk to the property was up a steep hill. While this didn't detract from the overall experience for me personally, especially with Ubers being very inexpensive in Puerto Vallarta, it may be something to keep in mind for those who have mobility issues or prefer to be closer to the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite this, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with stunning views and luxurious amenities. Thank you to the host for an unforgettable stay!

Amazing place, breathtaking views. Very roomy, the unit was clean and had everything you need. Kenny is extremely responsive. We had an issue that was out of his control and he dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. Friendly and accommodating staff at the building. Pool area is great and very peaceful. Overall first class apartment and a great host. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Kenny’s representative. He was super friends and very knowledgeable. He gave us a tour of the residence and of the grounds. The residence was very clean and offered so many perks. Kenny made us feel so welcomed and was available to answer any questions regarding the residence. Any issues we had they immediately took initiative and addressed for us. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and my experience will be one to remember for a life time! Stunning views from an incredibly well designed apartment in the hills above Zona Romantica - nicer than our suite at Zadun, Ritz Carlton Reserve in Cabo San Lucas. We loved relaxing with with the doors open, breakfast on the balcony, and swimming in the gorgeous pools. The location is great - exactly as described, near the action but far enough away not to hear the noise all night. It is a challenging walk to/from the beach/restaurants and if you have a toddler like we do, you’ll want to skip the stroller (all cobblestone, stairs). We planned to use the gym but doing the hill twice a day was our workout instead :). Kenny was fantastic to interact with and Mavy, the property manager, was so helpful and even helped us book massages. We would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint about Kenny's property was that it was too short. Honestly, I could just crib from the listing's description. Everything it says is all there. Start with fiery sunsets from the large balcony, go to the all the amenities it offers, and finish with it's tasteful and comfortable design. It's an awesome place to escape the madness of Zona Romantica below, but also close enough that you can access the fun down below within minutes when you want it. Kenny and the property manager Mavy were communicative, accessible and super helpful before and throughout our stay. I can see this being a repeat for us. I'd love to come back!

The views on this home are absolutely breathtaking! Kenny was amazing and responded within minute every time I reached out to him. The home is the perfect location. Can rides to every attraction was only 70-80 pesos and the airport was only 20 minutes away. The two pools are picturesque and great for swimming. Book this place, you will not regret it!

We enjoyed our stay. Air conditioning was amazing! The showers always had hot water. The view we had was absolutely gorgeous. Morning coffee on the patio was great. The pools were nice. Short walk downhill to town or you can easily get an Uber. Family of 5 and we would recommend this place! Any questions were answered quickly. Thank you!!!

Really can’t brag enough about location, views, and the unit. Talking with Kenny he is doing a total Reno on this place and I’m still trying to figure out why. Big, bright, super modern and clean in a beautiful well-kept building. The host is very responsive. Quick, efficient check-in. Note- the building is built on a hill; which results in some breathtaking views. That being said, walking up from town is a bit of a work-out but the cabs are plentiful and the front desk can arrange one for you in less than 10 minutes. Been thinking of that view ever since I left and trying to figure out when my next trip will be!

The condo is amazing. Very clean, tons of amenities. The pools are truly remarkable, huge and kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the wifi never had the slightest issue. Kenny, Mavy, and Desi were splendid hosts, and we hope to return soon.

This was our first visit to PV and choosing this space was the best decision we could have made. Kenny was very accommodating and made the process very easy and convenient for us. The space is well-appointed and the view cannot be beat. The property management is also very helpful and friendly. At night, the space was super quiet - allowing for some very restful nights in the exceptionally comfortable bed. During our stay, the weather was spectacular and the constant breeze - with the doors open to the expansive terrace - allowed us to keep the AC off the entire week we were there. The location, despite being up a winding hill, was actually easy to navigate up and down, if you choose to walk ,and is close to anything you would want to do in Zona Romantica. And taxi or Uber travel is inexpensive for those times when exercise isn't welcome. Also, the pools were lightly utilized during our stay so it often feels like you have them all to yourself. If we return to PV, we would definitely seek out this space again.

We just spent two glorious weeks in PV at this condo. Check in was effortless- Mavy met us in the lobby and helped us get settled in the condo. The views are absolutely breathtaking - day and night! The condo has a great layout to take advantage of the view and ocean and the kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and utensils for cooking. Each day we walked into PV and walked the Malecon. Great restaurants are within walking distance and cabs available for the short ride home after dinner. The pool is very large and has a great view of the ocean. We had not been back to PV for several years. We were very surprised at the developments - great town and great restaurants. We had originally found a condo in the Hotel Zone but it fell through and we then saw this listing. We were so glad things turned out as they did as we now cannot imagine being anywhere other than within walking distance to town - both Zona Romantica and El Centro. WOW! This is a magnificent property - one of the nicest we've stayed in, on any trip, ever. And we travel a lot! The view is even better in person than in the photos and will take your breath away. We took full advantage daily. Sitting on the patio with a cup of tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening gazing out over the expanse of Banderas Bay brings a profound sense of tranquility. Those with keen eyes can spot whales from here. The floor-through unit is spacious, optimized for views from every corner (I especially love the window in the kitchen that overlooks the beautiful green mountainside), and well equipped with everything you need. We kept the AC off during the day as it was definitely not needed and far nicer to have all the windows open. Grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, two infinity pools are breathtaking, super friendly and professional staff, well equipped gym that I used most days. We were super happy about the location - easy walk down the mountain and cheap rideshare back up, and not in the midst of all commotion of the beach clubs and bars. Kenny and the property manager Mavy are super responsive and will take care of any issues if they arise, and helped make the check-in process very easy.
