Great place to go with family and enjoy, including grandparents. The place is designed to encourage and take advantage of coexistence. Its single-story design is ideal for visitors with mobility issues. Definitely highly recommended and we will surely return.

The property is as it appears in the ad. It is a very comfortable house. Four bedrooms, each with a bathroom. In addition to a pool bathroom. The garden is very well kept. The cleanliness is very good. We would definitely come back again.

The garden is large and well maintained, offers a good view, and the pets enjoy it very much. The layout of the spaces makes it easy to live together. We were very comfortable!

The place is very nice and recommended for a family vacation! The pool temperature is perfect for the weather! The area is very quiet, surrounded by nature... It is important to bring insecticide because of the local wildlife.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is nice, in good condition, and clean, and each bedroom has a full bathroom, which makes it comfortable for guests. The kitchen is spacious for storing things and preparing food. The pool area is very nice; the outdoor table and the grill area provide a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors. The pool was at the ideal temperature. The garden is spacious, and so is the parking area for cars. The house is located within the Ticumán residential complex, close to the store, which also makes the stay convenient. The complex is nice and large, perfect for going for walks. Highly recommended for a weekend away from the city!!

It's a super nice and pleasant house. The room is comfortable, and it has everything you need for a family weekend. The garden is super spacious, perfect for pets, and the cleanliness is excellent! Mariana was always responsive to messages upon our arrival, the pool is small but nice, the barbecue area is great, the bedrooms are well laid out, and the place is clean. There are a lot of ants in the kitchen, and we found 2 scorpions inside the house (which is normal in the area); it is important to bring insect repellent. Overall, the house and the stay were 10/10. I definitely recommend it.

The house has very spacious areas, each bedroom with its own full bathroom, the kitchen is very functional with the necessary utensils, the beds are a little hard but acceptable, the only thing that did not work very well was the hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is very accessible.

I loved it, the house is very nice and the garden is huge. We took our dogs, who were able to run around the garden. The pool water was amazing, even at night it felt warm The kitchen is very well equipped so we could prepare our food without having to go out. Mariana was flexible with the check-out and the issue of our pets, she sent us local recommendations and was always attentive. I would definitely wash it again

Excellent communication with Mariana. Toño is super friendly and showed us how everything works, they are flexible with the schedule. It was easy to get to and the subdivision feels safe. The house is very nice, super clean, enough kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the pool until late, with the boiler service it was at a very pleasant temperature. We highly recommend it.

The photos don't do the house justice. In addition to being beautiful, it has very large gardens, a super complete kitchen with appliances and kitchen items, its connected spaces are ideal for sharing with the family all the time, the luxury grill overlooking the pool, fantastic for roasted meat. The pool is at a perfect temperature regardless of the contrast of the cold/rainy/warm weather and the right size. Mariana with very complete information, she is attentive, helpful and patient with clear instructions, at all times, as well as Toño the manager, very kind, we had a situation with the car and they helped us out, super helpful. All my assistants loved the house and enjoyed it completely, with a full pantry and mosquito repellent, there's nothing to go out for. The subdivision is family-friendly, safe, and the hassle-free location is very accessible. A super experience and great taste from start to finish, without a doubt the best choice.

The house is nice and everything around it is very nice. The house is simple but has the basics to enjoy. The weather was very pleasant, so we enjoyed it. The showers don't have as much pressure because of the solar cell heater and it takes time to heat up.

An unbeatable experience. The place is perfect to disconnect from the pace of the city and enjoy as a family. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos, and the garden is incredibly spacious, ideal for everyone to live together. The pool is connected to the bar and dining room, which makes the interaction between everyone continuous and very comfortable. The area next to the pool, where the grill is located, is perfect for sharing a good meat. In the evening, we went out to see the fireflies and it was a magical experience that left us amazed. I would definitely rent it again. 100% recommended.

We had a very nice family stay the house is very comfortable, it has all the utensils in kitchen, whites, beds, chairs and several spaces for living together. The grill area, spacious enough for 12 people. Ideal to enjoy a few days of rest, sun and pool. Totally recommended!

We had an excellent stay at the house. It is in a very quiet private development, it has everything you need and we loved the pool-garden area. Communication with Mariana was always the best, we hope to return soon!

The place is super spacious, we could play soccer and be in the pool and roast marshmallows at night. Matiana also helped me contact Mrs. Vero, who helped us a lot with food and snacks for us to really relax. Everything was perfect
