An amazing place to stay! It is very comfortable, spacious, and has a view of the ocean and unreal sunsets. The common areas are very nice. There is a direct access to the beach, which feels like a private beach. In general, it is a very good location, away from the hustle and bustle, which is perfect if you want to enjoy both partying and tranquility. It has a restaurant that makes it very convenient to have breakfast there (separate cost), a gym, 2 infinity pool areas, and you can even request massages in your room (separate cost). The staff throughout the building is very attentive and friendly. If you want to walk to the restaurants, I recommend it because of the beach (although you do have to climb a bit). Otherwise, Uber is super cheap. Communication with the hosts was always flawless. I totally recommend staying here and enjoying the place 🫶🏻

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very nice, large, clean and comfortable. It is located within a quiet and safe, more family-friendly condominium. Communication with the host was always good and he was attentive to any need. I want to highlight the service of all the staff, since they were very friendly and helpful in all areas. I definitely highly recommend it and I would stay there again.

Excellent place, beautiful view and excellent facilities. The only thing was that they wouldn't let us take drinks or food to the pool area, so we had to eat at the restaurant.

Incredible Top Notch Unit and experience. Place is beautiful with stunning views from expansive deck. Amenities include roof top pool and bar and bottom level pool restaurant and bar. Walkable to a small private type beach as well as Muertos Beach and all Zona Romantica Bar and Restaurants. Uber is readily available which is very inexpensive and building staff is very friendly. Highly Recommend.

This condo unit and communicative host, Sayan Beach amenities, and 24/7 friendly staff were lovely. As a corner unit, the huge balcony was fantastic for sunset and uninterrupted views of the bay, Amapas beach, and town/the pier. The balcony furniture was comfortable, with ample options for lounging and outdoor dining. The location was perfect! A short 5-10 min walk on the beach to Zona Romantica and inexpensive Ubers were readily available. The condo was spacious (for our group of 2, ha!) but it was nice to have the extra room and well equipped kitchen with gas range and filtered water. The glass doors that slide open entirely allowed for comfortable indoor/outdoor living and no need for AC the entire duration of our 2 week stay. Great water pressure in showers, the open air gym with beautiful views, the rooftop and lower floor infinity pools with full bar and towel service, and the beach access were other positive features for us. Gorgeous view from the condo as well as the rest of the building. We loved watching the whales from the rooftop pool! Walking from the condo to Zona Romantica or the pier was relatively straightforward, but there is a section on the beach where you have to walk on steeply sloped sand.

You will not be disappointed . Our entire family agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever spent together….the Gonzalez family goes above expectations.

The Gonzales family's apartment was fantastic and suited us perfectly. The pool area and rooftop bar/restaurant exceeded our expectations, with a fantastic infinity pool and an incredibly beautiful view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. The food at the hotel was among the best we ate during the entire trip and also more affordable than many restaurants in town. All staff were very friendly, service-oriented and spoke English well. The beach below the hotel was perfectly fine, but waves and currents meant that you had to be a little careful. During the day, it was easy to walk along the beach into the city center, but after dark, a taxi or Uber is the safest option because neither the beach nor the main road is suitable for walking. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be happy to return.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with close proximity to the beach and to Zona Romantica. The condo was well laid out and spacious and offered a beautiful and large balcony to chill and watch sunsets. And you couldn't beat the pools - two options on roof and on lowest floor. Both beautiful settings with bar/restaurant service for both. Was hard to leave the condo and sightsee - could have stayed there the whole trip. And the Gonzales family was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend the Gonzales Sayan Beach condo.

We had an amazing time! Everything closed by, private beach was amazing hardly anyone. Enjoyed the home and the view!

We had never stayed in such a beautiful and complete accommodation, we got much more than we expected, we didn't even want to leave the apartment, it was very comfortable the accommodation in general, the pool and the staff service was exceptional As a suggestion, it would be a plus if they allowed you to bring your own food and drinks to the common areas

The apartment was excellent. The views are very nice and the space is spacious and comfortable. My family enjoyed the amenities, the pool and the beach. We hope to return soon.

This was my fourth stay at this incredible condo, perfectly situated on a corner with breathtaking sunset views every evening. The building is rarely crowded—often so quiet that it feels like you have the place to yourself. Security is top-notch, with staff consistently monitoring the property and perimeter, creating a safe and welcoming environment. You have 24-hour access to the beach, and the team is always ready to help plan or book anything you need in the area. Their hospitality is unmatched—they even remember your name, which speaks volumes about their level of service. Honestly, I’m hesitant to even write such a glowing review because this has been my hidden gem for years. But credit is due—this property is exceptional, and I’ll continue to return as often as I can.

My experience with the reservation was exceptional. From the beginning, the process was quick and easy, with clear and detailed information on availability and conditions. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly prepared, meeting and exceeding my expectations. The staff's service was friendly and professional, making sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We had a wonderful time in this incredible condo! Added bonus is that the staff in the building are super helpful and friendly with anything that you need! The pools are beautiful, it’s an easy walk to the beach, and shopping / restaurants are only 4 min car ride or walk on the beach. Condo is super accessible and you are very close to Zona Romantica! 10/10 stay!

A group of friends and I spent 5 days here and had a wonderful time! The views are spectacular! I would recommend ordering grocery delivery from la Comer, by the way! That was very easy and saved time.

The pictures for this listing are beautiful but they really undersold this condo, my friends and I were blown away by our amazing views just from our balcony. The host is very responsive and helpful, and all of the condo personnel were incredibly kind. We were able to watch whales from our balcony, and we were far enough away from the city to have a private stay but also only a 10 minute walk from many bars and restaurants. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I come to PV!

My husband and I and our family of 6 had an amazing time in the Gonzales home. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff on site and the property itself was just perfect! Photos do not do this property justice! You have to experience it to understand. We look forward to returning someday soon!

Second time staying here. This is the most affordable unit in the Sayans that I know of, so there are some caveats like squeaky headboards. But it’s so worth it if you want to enjoy everything Sayan Beach has to offer.

This Airbnb was perfect for our group trip of 7. The space and views from the balcony and common areas were immaculate, the pics don't do it justice. The staff and the amenities of the building was great and so was the Gonzalez Family in making sure we had what we needed. It's basically a hotel, you get room service, 2 restaurants, a bar, a gym and 2 pools! Some things to note: I would bring extra towels since the pool area runs out sometimes. They don't allow you to bring outside drinks and food in the pool area which is fine since they had a bar. It's walking distance to town like 10-15min but you had to walk through the main highway which is fine, but probably not safe to walk at night which is fine since they can also call you a taxi. One of the bedrooms don't have a window to the outside but has a "window" to the common room so it still got some natural light. I would definitely return here again, great place to stay in PV!

This is a beautiful spot! Highly recommend. We came for Christmas with 7 people and loved sitting outside watching the waves and the whales. We spent lots of time on the rooftop in the pool. The onsite restaurant and bar is great.

This was our second time for our staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Perfect for a family no matter how young or old the kids are.

A true gem! Fantastic condo, great building and easy beach access

This Airbnb is actually more beautiful than the pictures. It has a great location and easily walkable to town. If you choose an Uber, the ride is only 3-4 minutes to the Zona Romantica. It has excellent access to the beach (with walkable paths to other beaches) and a lovely pool that was not crowded while we were there. Finally, the porch overlooking the ocean is stunning. The Gonzalez family is great at responding. I highly recommend this location.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Gonzalez family’s condo in Puerto Vallarta! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning oceanfront views. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony was an absolute dream. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and shops. We felt like we were in our own slice of paradise. The Gonzalez family were wonderful hosts, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. We will definitely be coming back – highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Excellent days of rest, it was a trip of friends and of course I would come back now with family, very comfortable, very clean the condominium, the administration very attentive in all your needs as well as recommendations it has its own restaurant, the delicious food the views, the sunsets a show, the pools and the access to the private beach simply WOW 💫✨

We charm the apartment, since we arrived we were fascinated, very large, with very comfortable spaces and an incredible view, it has access to the beach, it has good amenities and all the employees of the place were very friendly, we will definitely be back next year, the only thing is that we felt that there were very few towels for the number of people we were, everything seemed very good from that outside.

The 24 hour staffing was so valuable. Every person in the office was friendly, helpful, responsive, eager to please or to inform. We loved our ocean view and the spacious accommodations that the rooms provided. We also enjoyed cooking, so we really appreciated having the kitchen supplies including the molcajete and the Ninja blender.

Nothing can beat the faces of those you love in amazement as they enter the condo for the first time and see the view from the living room. The balcony which could be the size of a home itself. We were impressed, not only with the condo itself, but the lovely staff who made sure we felt at home, from the food to the drinks, to the assistance needed with the luggage, they were very attentive. The host communicated well. The morning of the stay the host messaged me if I was ready for the best views in Puerto Vallarta, and he did not let us down. We will be coming back again soon!

My recent vacation at the Gonzales family property by the beach was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight of my trip was the breathtaking open view of the ocean, which gave us a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from my unit was truly magical. The concierge service was exceptional, they provide personalized assistance! One of the standout was the grocery delivery service, which was incredibly convenient. Having fresh groceries delivered directly to my unit allowed me to focus to spare extra time for more fun and relaxation. Dining at the poolside restaurant was another memorable experience. The menu was diverse and delicious, but my favorites were the eggs and fruits, which were always fresh and perfectly prepared. The green juice my favourite, so refreshing and packed with vibrant flavors! I can’t highlight enough about the property, location and the family of this condo! Can’t wait to come back :)

Apartment with beautiful views and nice amenities, a nice middle ground between a hotel and a private house with full restaurant and drinks available all day. Beach access is easy and beautiful from the pool area. The beach is public and has a nice secluded and relaxed feeling as its a bit separated from the main beach of Zona Romantica by a rock formation with a set of steps up and over it. Easy walk to town, and staff is super friendly and accomadating. Gym is nice too!

Absolutely stunning views, location and amenities. Loved the service provided by the complex (security, ordering groceries, room service, etc). A little bummed the room top pools were closed for construction when we went but the lower level pools were still lovely. Beds were not comfortable however, which was fine for our group but something to consider is bringing your own pillows! Would stay again!

We felt extremely welcome here. The photos did not do this place justice! The views were breathtaking. The staff was extremely accommodating and attentive. It was quiet and serene. Would absolutely stay here again. The only issue we ran into was trying to work the tv, but it was better being outside watching the sunset anyway!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! All the rooms were very spacious and tasteful. Unbelievable wrap-around balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean. High quality floor and furnishings. Eight of us stayed at the condo and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. The Sayan Beach Condominium is a dream with pools, hot tubs, a restaurant, and a bar on both the ground floor and roof. Incredible views on the roof and access to the beach from the ground floor. The prices are reasonable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to the Zona Romántica - only takes about 5 min via the beach or get an Uber which is very cheap. If you want a luxurious vacation in a gorgeous spot with a family or large group, this is the place!

The building, pools, and grounds are top-notch. And the staff? They're incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it's giving directions, arranging transportation, or recommending restaurants. The pools are fantastic, and the food and drinks are surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Plus, it's just a short stroll into town. I 100% recommend staying here!

Amazing spacious condo overlooking the beach and ocean. We also spotted whales and dolphins most days which was a bonus. Opening the patio doors completely really opened up the space. On another positive note, the amenities in the building such as the pools, workout room were very beautiful. The restaurant and bar were also well done with very good service.

We absolutely loved our stay! The views are spectacular and the place is beautiful! Every staff member we met (security staff, servers in the restaurant, etc.) was incredibly helpful and friendly. The gym is nice and the restaurant food is okay. It's not too hard walking to town along the beach, but you need to be careful walking on the sidewalks. We were traveling with our teenage kids and my mother-in-law, and everyone had a great time. This condo was far enough from the craziness to be able to get some sleep at night, but close enough to take a quick cab or walk to/from the Zona Romantica. When we arrived, one of the toilets was broken. I emailed the owner and he got on it immediately. He was responsive to my every question and request. Two small suggestions - (1) there should be more dish towels available as we were only left one (and it was more of a napkin), and (2) it would be great if you had some games for guests to use (like cards, backgammon, chess, board games). Gracias!

This is a very nice building, grounds and condo and we would stay here again. The condo: The unit was nice with a contemporary style. The oversized balcony is why you come here. It gives you a great view of the ocean and the doors in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom open ALL THE WAY to make it one huge, awesome space. Nothing like sitting outside with a AM cup of coffee or an afternoon drink to enjoy the sounds and view of why you come to Mexico. The bedrooms are all very large. The facility: The building, pools and grounds are very nice. The staff was also excellent and very helpful. They helped with directions, Uber/cabs, restaurants, getting into town and having groceries delivered. The pools are amazing. Great drinks and food was surprisingly good and a great value. The pickleball court was fun. The gym has a lot of equipment with a great view but many pieces have seen better days. The location: We loved it. Short walk (12 min) to the Romantic Zone.

Our girls trip was so enjoyable at the Gonzalez Family condo. Spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful views of the ocean and town. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us! The choice of several swimming pools and plenty of seating at pool side was a plus. It was easy to get to town walking along the beach. The staff at the resort were very helpful and kind. The Gonzalez Family were quick to respond to all our inquires. We would definitely encourage anybody considering this property to not second guess. It is a gem! We will definitely stay here again when visiting PV.

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. A wonderful view. However, the beach on hand is dangerous because of the rocks. We had a couple of snacks that didn't happen to seniors, but if you have to be very careful

We visited as a family, and we had a great time. The view is breathtaking, and the beach is private and accessible. The building is very clean and quiet, the pools have warm water, and the hot tubs are hot. The food in the restaurants is very good, and the service from the building's security and management staff is very kind and friendly. The spacious rooms as well as the bathrooms, we traveled with my grandmother and her wheelchair fit perfectly. Unforgettable experience!

If you’re looking for views and luxury this is the spot. It’s close enough to zona romántica to walk from the beach but far away enough from the noise. It was easy to get around to different places with either taxi or Uber as well. It is very peaceful, the staff is amazing, and the restaurant serves good food too! The rooms are big, the showers were fantastic with high pressure water and 10ft shower heads. You will love the roof top and the balcony! You can control the AC temperature in each room. The living room glass doors open all the way to make the already huge balcony even bigger. My family and I had an amazing time, there’s actually no need to leave if you just want to stay in, felt like a resort. We will definitely come back!

Overall the condo is very nice and the views are spectacular. We had a group of 8 and felt it was spacious enough for all of us. The restaurant was super convenient and the food was delicious. Also the building staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an incredible time and I would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing that weren’t mentioned in the posting is the downstairs pool and restaurant area being closed due to construction. This caused a lot of noise during the week days to the point where you couldn’t enjoy being out in the terrace area.

I really enjoyed using the space! For a large amount of people it was a good space! However most of the remotes didn’t work and when asked about it we were told the batteries were wrong. I loved that each room has its own a/c. The master bedroom a/c makes this very annoying noise that’s hard to drown out. Thankfully the amount of tequila we drank helped us sleep. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction happening so it wasn’t very quiet but everyone was sooo nice and friendly made the whole adventure worth it!

José, hector, Mel, and more gave great recommendations and where to visit, activities to try, and places to eat. The rooftop pool was gorgeous as well. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it!

If you’re looking for place that has breath taking views, this is it! Overlooking the ocean, it has beautiful sunsets. While we were there there was construction on the lower pools but overall the rooftop pool and bar were Great. We loved the front desk/security staff as well as the restaurant staff. Two things to note: We think the batteries in the remote blinds/shades was dead because we could not lower them this did cause it to get a little warmer in the unit at times. Wi-Fi works well in main living area but not so much in the bedrooms. We found a Wi-Fi extender in a drawer and it seemed to work better when plugged in by the bedrooms. Not sure why it wasn’t there to begin with. Overall I’d highly recommend! I can’t wait to return

The best value for a stay at a Sayan property. It’s not perfect and there are things to be improved upon, but this is the best price point I’ve seen for a unit and location this gorgeous! Pros: - Unbeatable view - Helpful 24/7 staff - Rooftop bar, infinity pools, on-property restaurant + amenities - Wonderful location! (I’ve stayed at Sayan Indah before but Sayan Beach was better because of the beach access and proximity to restaurants, etc.) Cons: - Bare minimum furnishing and design — less of a luxury experience and more of a mid-tier unit in a luxury location, if that makes sense - Slight pungent smell emanating from the master bathroom - Master AC is quite loud (bring ear plugs) - We only had one key to work with, but you can just drop it off at the lobby security Overall, this place really elevated our trip! The balcony is insane. If this unit were updated, the price point would go up for sure. So for now, I’m really happy we got a luxury experience for less cost.

They place without a doubt is amazing! Pros: -the view !!! -Location -Rooftop pool -Restaurant was convenient Cons: -tv remote was not working - showers could use some cleaning -Very strict condo -No outside beverages when entering the pool ( they treat it like a restaurant) -Absolutely no noise after a certain hour ( neighbors complained for us talking - yes, talking in our balcony w/ no music) Again, some things were out of the host control. So I do not blame them. I would recommend this place for sure!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view from the condo and the view from the roof were amazing especially for sunset. It is a close walk (10 min) to Mantamar Beach Club and a close walk (20 min) to the gay bars. We would def stay again!

It is an amazing airbnb. -Breathtaking view -perfectly located -condo well maintained - very clean -super spacious -the staff in the building are very responsive -great gym -great restaurant -towel is giving for free near the pool. -2 pool (one on the roof and one down) -walkable distance to zona romantica (between 15-20 mins walk) -host are flexible with checkin, take care of everything. I recommend for everyone that wanna visit PVR to take this airbnb with friends or family. The experience was all magical , smooth and everyone is super helpful. They outdid themselves.

SCENARIO: First time in Vallarta. Family trip. 5 pax in total. Two night stay. Quiet plan, no parties, rest, family. CONS: When booking I relied on the location of the app and it was maddening to try to find the place because there are 3 different "Sayan condominiums". I recommend that before booking, you contact the host and clarify all your questions. They may not be very clear by message, so I recommend calling. PROS: EVERYTHING about this place is beautiful. It's worth it 100%. The view is the most beautiful thing of all. It is apartment 8E, which is near the elevator, 4 bedrooms that can perfectly accommodate 8 people Max (as it is the capacity according to the publication). Super clean place, clean towels and sheets, all the spaces are very clean and the house in general smells very good. For me it was perfect because we spent the night on the spacious balcony with an amazing view. The workers were very friendly, they explained the dynamics of the condominium.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s through Mexico and the US and this is by far one of the best I have stayed at. Views were amazing. Pools were amazing. Space was perfect. Staff was great. I was not prepared for the beautiful view the main room would have. I was so blown away. All the glass doors wrap around to open completely and you get a wide open home directly to the balcony facing the ocean and the strip. At night you can see all the beautiful lights and hear the ocean from the main room. Stunning. Pools are open 24 hours a day (something I have never seen before). My daughters are little mermaids lol so having a heated pool where they can swim at night was wonderful.

Amazing view

The place has a great view, the apartment's ambient sound equipment creates a cozy atmosphere, the rooms are clean. The pools and the small beach make the place very pleasant. You can walk along the beach and get to downtown Vallarta. The staff is very attentive.
