We had an amazing time at casa redonda the housekeeping services made the place spotless when we would leave for breakfast. The guy that cleaned our pool was cleaned daily and cleaned the outdoor area . The response was quickly handled when we had a question . We loved the view to the ocean we loved everything travelled from Dallas TX and we recommend anybody staying at conchas chinas . The Barbosa’s loved it. 🙌🙌🙌🙌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described. Our family and friends had an amazing time and really enjoyed the property. We did have a couple of issues during our stay—the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly at first, and one of the refrigerators wasn’t getting cold. However, the host responded very quickly and took care of both problems right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and the excellent communication and prompt service made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!

Our group of 12 loved the house! Very cool place to stay and the outdoor space and pool is like no other! The house is spread out so a larger group like ours, everyone still had plenty of privacy.

What an absolute gem of a villa. Our party was so pleased and blown away by the beauty of this place. It was even more stunning in person. The staff was very nice. Casa Redonda was absolutely incredible. The space is so much more spectacular than what the photos show. A trip we will never forget. Mario and the team were extremely hospitable and were there if any issues occurred. (None did). Cannot wait to be back at Casa Redonda

Spectacular view, great location near beach (not walkable to town). The host was gracious, kind, responsive, flexible. What a breath of fresh air!! The house is fun, pretty secret garden and fountain. You can tell it's from the 70s and kind of out of date, some run down furniture, but it's otherwise amazing, with good AC. Good condiments in the kitchen. I would stay here again for sure. Yes, there is a sewer smell that comes and goes.

Great place to stay especially for a big group, lots of different rooms to spread out. We enjoyed the pools and using the patios for meals and to play games at night. We walked to town to eat and get to the beach- however no sidewalks and must be in look out for traffic. We had 2 dinners cooked by the chef and the meals were delicious.

Beautiful beautiful Airbnb definitely one of the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. It was very relaxing and very gorgeous. The only complaint is the location. I don’t feel like it’s very easily accessible to most places but other than that it’s really perfect. You just need to uber everywhere

The house is huge and very well equipped with everything you need. Exactly as described in the listing. We had an amazing time. It should be noted that it is not suitable for people with motor disabilities or for seniors, as there are too many stairs. The decor is very nice, and the rooms are well equipped with air conditioning, which is appreciated, especially on the beach. The sound of the waves in the penultimate room is truly wonderful; it makes you reconnect with nature. Watching the sunset by the pool is amazing. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few carefree days with an amazing view; plus, the staff at the house are very friendly.

Casa Jade is such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay! Whether you're with friends, family, or a partner, you'll definitely have a wonderful time. I loved the location, as it was private and had a spectacular view. The chef also stood out, as he provided amazingly delicious meals. My friends and I particularly loved his desserts. My friends and I visited Puerto Vallarta during the February 2026 cartel attacks, which would have been a scary experience if it wasn't for Thanh and Casa Jade's staff's support. Thanh immediately messaged us the news and urged us to stay indoors for our safety. He consistently kept us updated and reminded us to stay safe. Our checkout date ended up passing as the conflict went on, and Thanh and the staff went above and beyond by continuing to provide us shelter and food/water. Their kindness and generosity made a significant impact both before, during, and after. We would 1000% stay here again!

I cannot recommend this home and these hosts highly enough. While the property itself is an absolute paradise, with a stunning infinity pool & breathtaking views of the ocean. What truly sets this stay apart is the unparalleled hospitality we experienced. During our stay, Puerto Vallarta experienced a period of unexpected local unrest that shut down transportation and caused a lot of uncertainty. In a moment that could have been terrifying, our hosts were our absolute rock. They were: • Proactive and Informative: They kept us constantly updated with real-time information, calming our nerves before we even had a chance to worry. • Incredibly Generous: They immediately offered to extend our stay for multiple nights at no cost to ensure we had a safe "shelter in place" until the situation resolved. • Selfless: When all local transportation shut down, they personally coordinated and gave us rides to the airport to ensure we made it home safely. They truly went above and beyond to host us.

Our stay was just wonderful ✨ The house is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the ocean that leaves you speechless from the first moment. The beaches are beautiful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The views are amazing from every corner of the house. The beds are super comfortable, we slept wonderfully every night. In addition, the pools were impeccable and very well maintained. There is so much to do in Mismaloya, which made our experience even more special. We would definitely come back and totally recommend it. 🌊☀️💙

Our group of friends 11 stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it! The hosts we're super communicative up to the first day of our check-in date and Erika the house manager was equally communicative while we were there. We did not have any issues during our stay, everything either matched or exceeded our expectations. This house was a perfect home base for us and we thoroughly enjoyed eating, drinking and lounging by the pool together with the gorgeous views in the backdrop!

Great host, great location, and very spacious. This place was perfect for our group of 11 girls. The beach was an easy 10–15 minute walk, which was so convenient. The kitchen was a great size and worked perfectly for group meals and getting ready together. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

This was just phenomenal! The views were incredible, the villa was spacious and beautiful, and Luis' amazing cooking was truly the highlight of our stay. We had such an amazing vacation here that we will never forget!

Beautiful place - very private and serene. View and pool are incredible, lots of space to stretch out and relax. Accessibility to a couple of good small beaches that are not too busy. A bit of a walk into town but easy to find your way. Chef and staff were very nice. The place is a bit older so some elements were a bit tired, doors and windows aren’t always sealed so some bugs make it in. Not a major issue but just be aware if you’re squeamish. Tricky to figure out the pool and hot tub heating but instructions are clear. It’s on a very steep driveway so walking and driving to the place can be tricky. My legs definitely got a work out. They were doing sewage work nearby when we stayed so occasional odor was noticed. Host was very responsive and polite during our stay.

We visited Puerto Vallarta for a bachelorette party and were very happy with our stay here! The house is even better than the pictures suggest, and Mario a very responsive, thoughtful, and kind host. We had an issue during our stay that he immediately rectified as soon as he was informed. Definitely recommend!

The photos don't do this place justice, it's an incredible home! We had 10 people staying here and there was plenty of room. The photos barely even show the gardens you can walk around which are almost as big as the house! The infinity pool and huge hot tub are directly next to the ocean, and the sunsets there are breathtaking. We had their chef cook breakfast every morning, and housekeeping always kept our rooms nice. And they were kind enough to pick up groceries and stock our house for the week. The walk to Zona Romantica is not bad at all, as long as you feel safe. Was maybe 15 minutes along the beach. Will definitely be coming back here to stay.

WE MADE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING ONE NIGHT!!! When we had to book for more than one day 😥 it is an excellent house with many things to do, it has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi, spacious, excellent for large family stays, I loved the beds, they are really comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, the view is incredible, to see the sunset, it has beaches very close, when you look for the house look for it as Casa Jade on waze or google maps, it will make everything easier! The pictures are very accurate. I didn’t actually understand how all the rooms were together until I got there, but we all thought that the bar area in the living room blended so well with the outdoor outdoors. It was like 10 people could be in different spaces and altogether at the same time.We absolutely loved it. We were fortunate enough to pay a bartender to serve drinks one night and the bar was an indoor and outdoor and in the absolute best location. If I come back to Puerto Vallarta, I want to stay here again.

This Villa was more beautiful than I imagined. Picturesque, spacious, convenient and with all the amenities and charm you need. It was the perfect place to spend our time in PV. Chef Luis was an absolute pleasure, extremely talented, and very accommodating to some of our guest dietary needs. Tran and Mario were extremely supportive and answered any questions we had right away. The location wasn’t very walk friendly, but a quick uber got you to anywhere you wanted to go. And it was never long of a wait for one. Will definitely come back to Puerto Vallarta, just to stay at this Villa again.

This place was so unique and fun - it was a perfect getaway with girlfriends, tons of space and the area was really cool. Beach doesn’t really exist, you have to walk a ways to get to a beach that you can use, but the view of and proximity to the ocean was enough for us. Would stay again!

Loved our stay here! We came for my best friend's bachelorette party weekend. Mario was incredibly communicative throughout our four day stay. The location is very convenient (ubers are so easy to get - even in the pouring rain!) and the home is beautiful. The private meals make it very convenient, but if you are looking to upgrade your culinary experience, the airbnb is just minutes by car from the town where there are amazing restaurants and stalls to sample.

I went for my bachelorette and it was the best experience I have ever had through Airbnb. Before we even arrived, the hosts were extremely helpful answering all my questions. He answered all of my questions very quickly and I used their recommendations, such as transportation and the chef. Travel day we had some delays getting there and the hosts were extremely responsive. The house was absolutely beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking when you first walk in. There were plenty of rooms for the group and very clean when we arrived. It was warm and muggy, but don’t worry there’s air conditioning! When we arrived chef had food ready for us and all of our groceries ready to go. The chef was amazing! The meals were so delicious and he was very flexible with our big group. He was very kind and one of the highlights of the trip. The location is perfect and very close to everything. Very easy to get Ubers at the house. The beach is also a quick walk down the hill. I highly recommend booking!

It’s exactly as described and worth every cent! I will certainly be reaching out to Tran to stay again because I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The view of the sunset from the pool and terrace was amazing! Plenty of room and space in the house for every guest to feel comfortable. They were always available for doubts on the house, and very quickly to respond.

Most unique place that I have ever stayed

This place was worth the little extra distance to Zona Romantica. It had everything we needed and more. We used it for a friend vacation and having views and space made it the perfect place. I can’t wait to book again.

The place was great and location was perfect. Communication from the team was effective and prompt. Only feedback would be to maintain the Sauna/Steam Room as for right now it is currently not cleaned enough to use. Would absolutely stay here again!

Casa Redonda was the perfect house for us. Every room has its own bathroom and large closet. The views are amazing!! It was a short distance from the beach and town. The house and architecture itself was absolutely stunning. Everything about it was perfect and met all of our expectations. On top of that, the host was very easy to talk to and always responded very quickly. We had an issue with the pool heating system and he got a technician out to fix it within the hour. Everything was great and I will definitely book again!

We had a group of 14 individuals in our 30’s and came for our friend’s bachelor party. This was by far one of our absolute best Airbnb experiences. The place is so special and wonderful. We were able to easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The food was delicious and all dietary restrictions were accommodated. We tried the enchiladas, diablo shrimp, tuna ceviche, huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. Each meal came with a margarita with fresh juice (strawberry, passion fruit, mango). The honey mustard salad and crème brûlée were heaven. Mario was extremely responsive and even helped coordinate getting a lost item from an Uber driver and sent back to the US. It rained most of the time we were there and still everyone was thrilled with the trip because of the home. It has an indoor/outdoor living vibe so you’ll want to be aware of any bugs or other critters that may seek refuge inside the kitchen/living room during the rain. The bedrooms are all up stairs with locking doors, so no issue

Wow! This house is a perfect place to really unwind, spend time with family, & disconnect from all the chaos that can come with doing all the touristic things. The kitchen was fully equipped which was perfect because we enjoyed home cooked meals & the pools were the highlight of the whole house. The cousins enjoyed hoping from one pool to the next. Plenty of space and never felt crowded. Loved the multiple common areas. Gives you privacy, but also mingling quality time. Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The minor inconveniences were quickly taken care of as the host was quick to respond with solutions. Thanks, we’ll definitely be back!

Celebrated a 30th birthday with some friends and this house had everything we could have asked for. Mario, the host, was EXTREMELY responsive and friendly -- he was able to help coordinate groceries ready upon arrival, housekeeping days, chef made meals, and offered to help book additional services. Special shoutout to the chef as the meals exceeded our expectations. The home itself was even better (and bigger!) than the photos. It fit the 14 of us comfortably and was so nice to spend time at. The infinity pool itself has amazing views of the ocean and we could watch the fireworks at night from it (we went during Pride weekend). I HIGHLY recommend this listing and would stay again!

This property was stunning. It is rare that the photos listed are amazing but still don’t do the property justice. Aside from absolutely gorgeous, It was SO spacious, well appointed, towels galore, and super comfortable beds and sitting areas. The street it’s on is a very steep hill but Ubers were able to come to our door (most of the time). We would definitely stay here again. Our group of seven never struggled for room to spread out in the literally 8000 sq feet this home boasts. Also the private chef that was recommended was absolutely amazing!

Casa Jade was an absolutely amazing oasis getaway. The house is nested right on a cliff overlooking the ocean, with views of Los Arcos. There is not a bad room or view in the house, and there is plenty of space. It’s a bit of a drive from PV, but we found car services to be very friendly and easy to use. The location also felt very safe. We were greeted each morning by our own personal chef and housekeeping was around to help keep the place in pristine shape! The owners were the most responsive, and had plenty of recommendations for boats, food, etc. :)

We absolutely loved the villa! 8 of us were here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was the most perfect space. From the bedrooms to the pool to the palapa, we utilized it all! The chef meals were delicious as well. We even left an item at the airbnb and Sandra graciously delivered it to our next location which was above and beyond! Thank you for everything.

It's a super cute house, very comfortable, just missing cleanliness in the fountains by the falling nature, but the House is really worth a lot. Does it have super cute spaces? Comfortable? All rooms and areas inside with AC. They were super attentive in our doubts and it really is a house with a lot of technology for all services.

Very nice accommodations. There are 120 stairs from the large jacuzzi up to the primary suite, but there is a private 2-person jacuzzi in the room. Chef Luis was AMAZING!!! The flavors, variety, and presentations were flawless and incredibly tasty. Chef Luis made the stay worth every penny.

No words can describe "La Casa Redonda. House had more than enough bedrooms/beds for all our party of 11. The garden, palapa, pool, jacuzzi and the outdoor dining area, it was all great. 11 out of 10 stars, We WILL book again for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta, only this time it will be for a longer stay. One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed. We were a larger group (17, with plenty of kids) and casa jade was just perfect. Yes there is plenty of space, but beyond that, the location, the service, the views to the nature marine National reserve and the 2 pools (one on a 4th floor) makes this place really special. Communication with our hosts was amazing, and they went out of their way to get back to us some stuff we forgot. We took advantage of chef Luis service our first evening and was great. Overall, I 100% recommend this place especially for large groups. Only 20 minutes to town and a short drive to Mismaloya beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jade. The host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed help, Chef Luis’ food was SO tasty, and the housekeeping team was so sweet and kept the house pristine. We were a group of 18 staying there for a joint bachelorette party, and had the best trip of our lives! The sounds of the waves and the views of the whales were icing on the cake. All we could talk about was how excited we are to come back!
