The house is just as it appears in the photos, very nice and comfortable. With plenty of space for family time, as was our case. There were a few minor issues, but Willy took care of them. We hope to be able to return.

We absolutely loved the Casa Xelha! It was simply stunning. We as a family used every bit of the house. The beach was perfect, the pool was great, the outdoor space was our favorite and inside was super cozy. Everything you need really is a close driving distance and the house feels extremely private. We wanted a quiet secluded feel and we found it with this home. The only thing that truly bummed us out was that it didn't have a basketball hoop like advertised in the pictures. Which I know is going to sound silly, but I must say is one of the main reasons we booked the house. It was the only house that came with a basketball hoop from all the houses we looked at on the beach. It sold us due to my son plays and really loved the fact that the house had a hoop. So we were disappointed to know that it wasn't there when we arrived. Our suggestion is to either add one like advertised or simply remove the photo advertising that the house comes with one. But other than that, this house was 💯!

Amazing home. Great for my entire party of 7. The pool was great and the ocean was the best and Private. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating.

The house was just as pictured - and the best part for us was the beach. We take vacations for the beach - and we travel to various locations in the Yucatan for 3 weeks every year - and have been for over 10 years (we now live in Playa del Carmen). The water is always beautiful in the Gulf - but some of the beaches are eroded, others are hampered by man made sand filled barriers to prevent erosion. The beaches here were wide - and access was simple. Also the beach extended up to the house including an area with chairs and hammocks where we all sat at night. We were a group of 10 - so having 5 bedrooms was key - and the three upstairs are gorgeous - the one downstairs is small and the fifth that is accessed from outside is large with its own sink. All in all it was a great trip and we plan to stay here again next year!

Patricia and William were very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful, grounds well taken care of and everything was very clean. Large home easily accomodated the 7 of us; there were many different outdoor seating areas and the views of the Gulf were gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and we had enough towels for everyone. Both master bedrooms have a big balcony facing the water and everything was as described as in the Airbnb listing. Kitchen is large, well equipped for basic cooking and we also had a water cooler, large second fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, but no dryer so your clothes will have a nice beach smell to them when you hang them outside! We had requested propane for our BBQ and a pool cleaning, and it was quickly and well done by Alberto and Lis the same day. Overall a great experience, and we would definetely come to Xel Ha again!

Our stay here was everything we hoped. It was a beautiful house right on the beach. Very private and large. Had everything we needed for cooking and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again!

We are very happy that we chose Patricia’s place. As said in the comments, villa is even more beautiful in real than in the pictures. Great deal. Stayed there for 2 weeks (8 people) and loved it! A must is to have rental cars as we did cause everything is really far away. Overall we do recommend Patricia’s place!

It is a beautiful house, super equipped with everything you need, and even more! Everything there is is super quality and good taste. We were short of time to enjoy each of the outdoor areas of the house. My family was very happy, and we hope to return soon!

Place looks super nice in peeero photos. The reality exceeds the expectation!!! We were 5 days and 16 people in the house. We enjoyed every area of the place, it has different spaces to relax and see the beach!! We loved the camastro that is located by the sea !! We will definitely come back and recommend!

Wow, what an amazing property! We loved the inside of the house: quiet, private, comfortable, spacious, modern. We really loved the outside spaces: plenty of seating, dining area under a palapa, hammocks, dipping pool. And we simply adored the sandy area near to the patio (more private seating) and the beach itself. The Gulf waters were warm & calm, and shallow enough to stand out to >100 meters from shore. We saw birds & sea life & almost no humans, on what felt like a private beach. So relaxing & beautiful, we barely left the premises. The 3 bedroom suites upstairs are incredibly comfortable, with comfy beds and lovely thick towels. The 4th bedroom is downstairs, very accessible to elderly guests. Modern kitchen, gorgeous views, etc. Patricia was an excellent host, and even dispatched a maintenance person to assist with a minor plumbing issue. Highly recommended property! We can't wait to go back someday!

The house is nicer than it appears in photos... a paradise place, cleanliness, security and luxury host.

We were seven women just looking to hang out relax and enjoy life. This is exactly what we did in Patricia's lovely home. Communication was easy questions were answered promptly. Our stay was a total pleasure. We highly recommend this lovely to large groups. A perfect fit. Thank you Patricia for everything.

The house was lovely and clean inside. The outside patio was perfect with so much space and different seating areas. We rent houses on this stretch of beach often, and this is our favorite house so far - we will be back!
