I am very grateful to Oliver for his attention and kindness, he was always attentive from before our arrival and during our stay, I highly recommend the place, good location, very spacious, clean rooms and above all the quality of the host. Thank you so much Oliver for your warmth.

Oliver was very helpful and had a lot of patience and made sure he tried to accommodate our big party of 22 people loved the spot parking was tight but that’s just the small town of Sayulita. Everything was walking distance and would stay here again

Oliver and his team hosted us for 7 days and it was an awesome experience. He was super responsive and they made us breakfast each morning which so great. The home itself was kept clean and cleaners came almost daily, which was great considering we were a 16 person group who definitely tracked in dirt etc. They also cleaned the rooms and bathrooms when we requested! The location of the house is amazing! The home itself is nice and there's a really fun spot on the top floor to hang out and lounge. It can get somewhat loud at night but that's to be expected considering the close location to all the restaurants. Overall, Oliver and his team made the trip amazing and were always responsive to any thing we asked, super great stay!

Staying at Oliver’s place was better than I expected or could’ve imagined. Oliver and the staff are very friendly, proactive, responsive, attentive, and flexible. I cannot overstate how much I would recommend this stay. especially for large groups. Serving breakfast every morning is such a helpful and nice touch - and it was always delicious. The airbnb is so close to the downtown square and super close to the beach, it’s really perfect. If I ever come back with a bigger group I will be booking without hesitation.

The Tropical Hotel was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. The breakfasts every morning were amazing & helpful to not have to corral 14 women in the morning. That, and the location were the reasons we initially chose this spot. We loved Vicky, who came in to clean every day and was a joy. Our last night in Sayulita our entire group was up sick with traveler's illness and Oliver & Vicky were life savers. Oliver was flexible with our checkout while our group went to the medical clinic and Vicky made everyone tea for our stomachs. They seriously went above and beyond and I don't know what we would have done without them! Great people

The place was overall great! It was amazing how close we were to the town, nightlife and the beach. There are plenty of beds. The breakfast and coffee every morning was quite nice. The plumbing for the shower was struggling in the bunk bedroom. Also, because toilet paper is not allowed in the toilets it would be nice to see the bathroom waste bins to get emptied when needed. However, like I said above. The place was great and a good value. Thank you Oliver and your staff.

Excellent location, very spacious and everything you need

I booked Oliver’s place for my bachelorette trip with a group of 12 women! The building was spacious and comfortable and we all LOVED the breakfasts served every morning on the upstairs patio! The location was ideal for us as it was close to everything we wanted to do during our time visiting Sayulita while also being just off the main road which avoided some of the loud nightlife noises. We did notice some strange smells that would come and go within the building mostly contained to bathrooms and the kitchenette where there was plumbing. However we were only there for a short stay so it didnt bother us too much. Oliver was a great host. Responsive and friendly. Whenever we had an issue or question come up he was quick to answer and provide assistance! Would book again!

Oliver’s place was perfect for what we needed. The staff that worked in the building were all super friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy but everything worked as needed. There were 12 of us and we fit comfortably as most rooms have their own bathrooms. The included breakfast every morning was always great. The porch on the top floor was the perfect area to hang out in the evenings and reconvene with friends before heading out for the night. Loved it!

If you have a big group of people I definitely recommend Oliver’s place the location is great it’s easy to find and they even provided breakfast for our huge group they accommodated us and the house is very kid friendly! I was worried about the pool with kids but it is really hard for them to get in without an adult so that was great . The rooms were very comfortable and with their own bathrooms and AC. Oliver also responds fast and was very nice Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated to our dietary restrictions This was definitely a great experience for us hope we can come back in the near future

Good host, excellent value and service

Casa Trópico is a wonderful place in the heart of Sayulita. It’s at a perfect location—extremely close to all of the restaurants, bars, and clubs, but still tucked away and quiet. Every morning we were served delicious breakfasts (different meals every day!). Oksana and Oliver were super helpful if we needed anything.

I’ve never written a review before but felt obligated to for this one as it was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We had a group of 18 college students and everyone fit easily. The rooms were big and super super clean and the upstairs dinning/ bar area was perfect. Every morning we were served delicious breakfast such as omelets, waffles, bacon, sausage, pancakes and açaí bowls. The hosts were amazing and even helped us organize airport transportation and even a boat for one of the days. Best of all though was the location of this Airbnb, truly THE BEST location in all of sayulita. If you are with a big group I highly highly highly recommend this Airbnb as I truly think it’s the best one in all of Sayulita. Thank you Oliver and everyone else so so much!

Oliver is a formal and responsible person, he cares about the well-being of his tenants and keeps in constant communication to maintain a good atmosphere.

Oliver was very attentive and friendly, I give us an excellent service, the breakfasts were very rich and suitable portions were suitable, it is highly recommended to stay here.
