Our stay was exactly what we were looking for on this family vacation. Beautiful home, amazing views all around the property including the ocean and huge pool for our family and friends to enjoy after doing activities in town. Very relaxing hearing the ocean waves at night while enjoying the upstairs living area. The staff were also amazing and very helpful. Their response was always quick which is always great to have even if it’s just having a few questions. The location was in between the towns/activities we did. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great home for a group or family. The pool is huge and the beach is just across the road. Super safe within a gated/guarded community.

Everything was great! William Lupe and Juanita (the cook) Caleb, it was worth it. The beach is two steps away from the private and very quiet residential complex. You have more than enough at William's house.

Very relaxing house with easy access to the beach. The pool is amazing and we were able to fully relax during our stay. I will return here in the future. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing and spacious house, perfect home for vacationing! The host is very friendly and responsive. The house is in a private residential area, very safe, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home. The home is also well decorated and feels very comfortable in general. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation getaway in Pto. Escondido!

The house and the surrounding area are amazing! The beach is so beautiful and so secluded, the kids loved messing around in the waves. I wish we stayed for longer! The house has the perfect amount of space for 2 families. A cleaner also came everyday and she was amazing even put washes on for us and hung out the laundry! William was a great host and was always at the end of the phone with any questions we had. Anyone who is planning to stay here is lucky to, there's few properties like this one around!

The house is true to the pictures, the stay was really nice and with all the amenities, the staff who assist the house were very nice and respectful, we were very comfortable, the place is very safe and easily accessible

This house in the port is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. As the description says, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach in a very quiet residential development. The staff is very friendly and the house was very clean. Keep in mind that it is 20 minutes from Zicatela or Puerto Escondido, if you are interested in being in an area with more restaurants or bars. Although it's easy to get transportation to go to those areas.

We were very comfortable, it is a very nice house and the pool with the ideal temperature, we very much enjoyed our stay, it only has a few maintenance details, but nothing relevant, everything is super good, my 3 dogs and we all passed it luxury, very recommended.

The house is very nice, located in the middle of a lot of nature, somewhat far from the city center, very quiet to rest and disconnect. Cleanliness and impeccable bedding. The house has some signs of use that could bother obsessive eyes, nothing important. The pool is very cool and clean. Friendly service staff. The host was welcoming and very friendly. I think it's necessary to bring a car. If you use Google Maps to get to the house, you have to make sure to enter through the entrance with the sign "Costa Cumaná", a "street" before. It is completely full of sand and the car could get stuck. I would go back.

The Airbnb is very nice and impeccable and I have always been quick to answer any questions or issues.

William is a super friendly and very flexible person, he provided us with taxi phones for transfers and helped us quite a bit with a cook for the days of stay!! It's super quick, and it's aware of any needs that come up. Thank you William, you have every excellent 10 out of 10

The house is excellent, a few meters from a super quiet beach, the view is beautiful and William was attentive and open all the time.

Very pleasant villa by the sea in a quiet residential area,ideal for resting. You have to rent a car to be able to do activities,restaurants,surfing,diving that are at 10/15’ We had a lovely time,William,Lupe and the maid being all lovely,I recommend it!

The stay in the house was very good, the pool is super. We enjoyed it 100%. It was warm that the water was warm and that's very appreciated. The maintenance is daily, both to the house, pool and garden to the house, pool and garden. Mrs. Flora and Mr. Lupe who come to the very accessible maintenance and help you with questions about local places, communication with Will is also super attentive to what is needed. In the house and rooms there are wildlife in the area that is still not gone and it is important to keep in mind my family and I are aware of that and for us it was no problem. the view is super nice and the subdivision is quiet, we make pantry from the beginning and then we don't have to go out so much, this must also be considered since the buildings to buy are a little removed. our vacation at Will's house was full of tranquility 😌 thank you Will

The service was very good from the beginning of the trip, they helped us to get a reliable taxi to pick us up from the airport and there was always very good communication. The beach in front is quite nice and the house room has air conditioning

The house is very nice. The rooms were perfect, the pool is very large and it is perfect since you can swim agusto, the free air spaces are very good and the dining room and rest area are very August Highly recommended

A very spacious, very clean, and conveniently located house.

This house and experience was above and beyond my expectations. The house is gorgeous and has the most perfect pool. It’s a one minute walk to a very private beautiful beach. Walking to the beach for sunset was an experience I’ll never forget. We got the chef service one day and Gloria made us fish and shrimp tacos for lunch (with homemade tortillas) and grilled shrimp, fish, rice and vegetables for dinner. She was incredible! The house manager was super responsive anytime we needed anything. And a lovely woman came daily to thoroughly clean the entire house and make our beds??!! That really elevated the experience. It’s a 20 min drive from all the action in zicatela and la punta but there is a little town 3 min away if you need some groceries or supplies. This bnb was the perfect place to get away and have a peaceful time with my friends and family. Thank you William! I will recommend everyone to stay here!

Beautiful house with an amazing pool

The place is absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. You can see the ocean from the upstairs area. The staff in particular were absolutely lovely. It's just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked, which you don't often find in airbnbs. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have AC but we found the nights cool enough to not need it. The third bedroom downstairs doesn't have a bathroom, you have to walk upstairs but it's close enough. Very happy with our stay here!

The house is luxurious, they have staff on hand for any situation, 100% recommended Mayan house!!

The house is awesome! There is no better place to stay if you want a calm time with your friends or familie. William and his colleges are wonderful!

Excellent property on a beautiful beach

The house is very nice, spacious. Ideal for a group of 8 people. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place. Cleanliness, excellent. Highly recommended. My pet was more than happy at the place.

Super cool house with an awesome location. Secluded, beautiful and exactly as pictured. Lupe (the house keeper) was extremely helpful and even assisted us in hiring a private chef which we cannot recommend enough! Only thing would be that the internet was quite unstable at times so expect to use the time offline. We would love to come back!

This place was a great escape for up. The house is very open and organic. The costal views and breeze weere so comforting as we lounged in the hammock. William coordinated a cook and driver for our visit so we were able to eat well and get around with ease. I anticipate we will return in the future. T and Family

Great house in a private and a bit faraway space. The house is in a gated community 25 min away from the airport. However this was perfect as we were looking for a large house in a private area. Wifi was fast (35 mbps); Pool was great and the lady helping with the cleaning was kind. If you stay here don't miss going for breakfast at the resort next door

We had a wonderful 12 day stay in William’s villa and I can’t wait to go back. It is truly a beach house and I really really miss the constant sound of the ocean. It’s a 2 mins walk to the most amazing never ending beach on which you are most of the time the only people there. I could have stayed forever. The daily cleaning was a lovely bonus. You do need a car to get to Puerto Escondido town and amenities. It’s a very chilled and relaxed vibe everywhere whilst at the same time vibrant and we didn’t run out of things to do. Hope to go back soon.

The house is splendid and very pleasant to live in. Almost on a wild and huge beach, it's quiet and as beautiful as a postcard. There are spots that move a lot a few minutes away by car very nice and it's even more pleasant to enter this haven of peace. Honestly: Don't hesitate!

Everything was perfect, the house is extraordinary, a 2-minute walk from the beach. The pool was warm which is nice in December, you sleep to the sound of the waves... There is a restaurant 5 minutes walk away which is also very convenient. Thank you for this great stay, we will keep a wonderful memory of it!

Great view, beautiful great spacious home. It is 15 min away from pretty much everything I would suggest to reserve a cook from host so they can have everything for you or get everything beforehand. My family and I reached really loved the entire house, the beach, the pool, the big space and the people that were there to support us. Massage ladies were AMAZING!! We’re definitely coming back

We loved staying at Casa Maya Villa in the gated Costa Cumana community which is only 15 minutes south of Puerto Escondido. The architectural layout felt chic and offered a very calm and tranquil experience that accommodated 5 adults very comfortably. We could have stared at the large lap pool and partial ocean views all day long. We were also content on the fact that we felt a million miles away yet it was rather close to the fun hot spot beaches and restaurants in the city. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
