Good location, the street was damaged by the rains, near downtown. I thought you would hear the roosters, as others had posted, but there was no noise. Excellent host.

We had only one special request, and it was taken care of without any problem. Good service. The space is as shown in the pictures. A comfortable stay.

The stay was great, the pool was clean and heated, which was great, as was the whole house. There was maybe some noise from a dog or rooster, but it was very isolated.

We had an amazing stay at this 5 bedroom home in Sayulita. The house was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet area while still being close to everything just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, local plaza, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants. The private pool and outdoor kitchen were definite highlights and made it easy to relax and enjoy the warm and humid weather. The host provided reliable, friendly service throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this picturesque and friendly beach town.

Good stay, very spacious and comfortable house

We had a great, absolutely perfect 8 night stay at Charlie's Coffee House as a group of 8 adults! The host arranged a cleaner twice during our stay and pool maintenance once. The host was so responsive when we would message. Some of the instructions/information provided was perhaps out of date (old wifi password, document at the Airbnb had mention of towel charges but we were provided towels for free!). Two large jugs of drinking water were provided for check-in and we bought water for the rest of the week. We had such a great time. We would absolutely re-book! The neighborhood has roosters and dogs that, depending on the day, can be a little noisy. Bringing earplugs for sleeping will keep your stay perfect! The neighborhood noises weren't a problem during the day. Clean, comfy, great location, great host! Would happily come back!

The host is always attentive, very friendly and answers any questions, in fact we were received by a person who was also attentive to us, with good recommendations. The house is very nice and quite spacious, my family is large and the fact that each room had its own bathroom is a plus. I'd stay there again :)

this house was absolutely beautiful i would definitely go back it was perfect for a big family group, we all had privacy and a great time, the pool was amazing!!!! the rooms comfortable, zero complains.

Beautiful stay! The villa is amazing! The pool is a big plus! The roosters and dogs in the neighborhood are noisy, but I think the whole city of Sayulita is lucky to hear them all night. I highly recommend the house! I'll be back on my next trip!

Excellent accommodation for my family of 10 people, we all had our space and it's great that each room has its own bathroom, the pool is certainly what we enjoyed the most, the house is located close to downtown and shops for what we needed, we will surely return on another occasion.

Great stay for our large group. The home and outdoor area, including the pool, were beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helped get the wifi reset promptly when we were having connectivity issues.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was great—conveniently close to everything, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions just minutes away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The space itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The place is very spacious and accommodating for a large group of people. Great pool area and courtyard. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The host responds quickly. Can't beat the price. Great place!

We had a lovely family vacation, the Airbnb was located near little shops and cafes within walking distance. The house is spacious and the pool makes for great daily entertaining. The beach is a good 10-15 minute walk from the home. Bring comfortable shoes to walk around town, many dirt road and cobblestone streets. The property has great parking if you are driving in, which is very limited in the town. Golf carts are the best way to get around and easy to park in front of the Airbnb. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Only 2 blocks from town. Walkable and near markets and restaurants. 15 minutes from the beach. The pool was the best feature. We spent a lot of time in it. They cleaned it several times during our visit. It wasn't the quietest neighbourhood due to the roosters, but that's common in Mexico just remember to bring earplugs. The communal area was large and great for families and visiting. We had a family of 11 of us and it worked well because there was space to do several things at one time and you could escape from everyone at the same time. They had locked gated parking and brought us bottled water for the kitchen. It does have all the dishes you need to cook. Host was great and we had a lovely time together.

Great place and even better host

For the economical price this stay is worth it. The home is two buildings with the pool and garage in the middle. The beds were comfy and each room has its own en suite bathroom which is great. The host was very responsive. It was a light on amenities like towels, toiletries and things in the kitchen. It does get a bit musty and humid because of the weather and bathroom/kitchens not having AC. The pool was fun and highly used but could have been cleaner. Water pressure isn’t very good in any of the showers. But at the same time I think the place is priced accordingly! On another note I highly highly recommend you rent golf carts if you stay in Sayulita. It was extremely hot and the golf carts made the hike to town worth it!

Excellent place.

This location was amazing, what we enjoy the most is the privacy of the residence. The pool was amazing and the location was nice spacious and clean.

The place was great! The pool lights up at night so that was really cool. The ACs work really well since it could get hot but once they’re hot it’s nice and cool and can sleep really well. Definitely recommend the place for other travelers

They are already 2 years in a row staying in this place, I would definitely do it a third time!

Wonder of place

We enjoyed Sayulita in a very good location! The private room is very clean! However, there were many ants in the living room, no amenities, and a little more towels. Overall, it was a very pleasant environment, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The place was great for our group of 12. The door to the main kitchen area was broken when we arrived and nobody ever came to fix it. But other than that everything was fine.

My friends and I had a great time. The pool was a real hit and they kept everything clean. Thanks for having us!

This place is excellent for larger groups looking to stay together. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which makes everything a breeze. Incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts and a short walk into town make this a must stay! Thank you again!

Extremely convenient. Close to a great grocery store, natural food store, pharmacy, and coffee shop. Despite being a little off the beaten path, it felt plenty safe for our group of guys. Gustavo was very responsive and great as a host.

Great place to stay with family especially if you have kids because the pool is a plus! I love the way the rooms are spaced out. You’re together but not too close to each other. There's also nothing better than having your bathroom! The walk to Sayulita Beach and the place was about 10 mins. Local stores and restaurants are extremely close. Also, Gustavo responded to my questions very efficiently. Would love to stay here again. My family and I enjoyed it very much.

Great place to stay when visiting Sayulita !

Great place to stay in Sayulita. Stayed for week and had a great time. Gustavo and Carlos are amazing hosts and communicated with me all throughout the week. All amenities worked and the heated pool was very nice. Highly recommend.

We loved our time at the Coffee house! Perfect spot for eight guys on their adventure bikes. Great parking. Loved layout. The soak pool was also wonderful. There were a lot of aggressive Roosters that love to crow. Ha ha. 

The house is very spacious, clean, the pool is enjoyed the maximum, you walk to downtown Sayulita and to the beach. Very quiet for peace and communication, always excellent hosts.

A place suitable for large groups, the pool is what you enjoy the most, it is close to the beach (about a 10 min walk), the heated rooms with private bathrooms. We were all very comfortable. The communication with the host was very smooth, we had some details on arrival, but they were quickly sorted out. Would definitely go back.

Great spot for a girls trip I hosted! Very spacious, great for entertaining & the private pool is the cherry on top! Each room is equipped with an AC unit making for a comfortable night’s sleep. We rented a 6 person golf cart near by so getting to downtown was a breeze! Otherwise, only a 10minute walk! Thank you to our wonderful hosts for allowing us to check out late and for helping with all of our needs. Much appreciated, we will be back!

The house is very spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It has more than you need to cook and have a great time. We would definitely come back.

My family and I loved the house. It was spacious and had all the necessary cooking utensils. (Water jugs, coffee to grind, charcoal, etc.) All rooms have A/C, and there is a very nice pool and Jacuzzi.

The whole house is perfect for large groups. The pool is very clean. The privacy 👌 and the location are very good. I will rent it again. Just a suggestion: the blinds don't give you much privacy, but I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the beds. For me, that's the most important thing. The house is very nice, and Carlos is very kind and always attentive 😍

Excellent weekend, very excellent location, nothing far from the beach, it is highly recommended to walk, the house is too spacious, a lot of privacy between rooms. The pool is a little cold, but too good for the heat.
