Great house. No neighbors so privacy was great. Pool was great. Plenty of cooking utensils for longer stays. Bathroom were clean and evrything worked when i went except some fans in the patio but we didnt need them. I would stay there again

I planned a surprise 45th birthday party for my wife and all our adult kids. I found Elena's house, and it had EVERYTHING I was looking for. A private pool, extremely close to the beach, 5 bedrooms, and the best part for adults is individual beds in each room instead of bunk beds (RARE). The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, new furniture, comfortable beds, walk in showers, walk around the whole house balcony. The outside is perfect for entertaining, relaxing in the pool or on the patio furniture. There was a new outside grill with utensils. Outside bathroom and shower. Just AMAZING! Pool got a little cloudy from all of us in there all day and night with sunscreen, messaged Elena in the morning and within 15 minutes she had someone there cleaning and shocking it so it was ready when we got back from the beach. The house is minutes from the new Walmart if needed. Elena was a great host with super fast response time. GORGEOUS house and location, definitely staying again, 💯 recommend 👌

very beautiful home. looked just like the pictures! I will love to rent this house for my next vacation. I will be more prepared next vacation! laundry soap and bring my own linens blankets and pillows. bedding on beds was not clean. other then that house was Amazing very beautiful. the host was very nice fast response.

A group of friends and I first stayed at this property a year ago. I loved the house so much that I booked it for a second time with a smaller group of friends. The house is stunning, lots of photo opportunities, and the beach is only a short walk from the house. Elena was friendly and always responded quickly. I spent my days in the pool, at the beach, and in town. I enjoyed the serene home away from home feeling. I will definitely book this property again!

The house was very big a spacious! The style of the house is very modern. The 2 car parking garage was very big and the house was a short walk from the beach. It was nice that it was so close to a mini mart.

Super clean house, very spacious in every single area of the house inside and out. Secured area (security driving by very often) walking distance to the beach. Backyard had little rocks instead of sand wich was good so we didn't get sand in everything we had. Shower and restroom outside next to the pool. The house had very good ilumination and AC worked great as well. Elena was great at communicating with us and answering all our questions. Definitely recomend this house. Our family had a great time and we're planning our next stay here. P.D. the plus we got when we checked in was the drinking water 5 gallons water and the kitchen was stocked with everything and anything we needed to cook and drink including wine glasses and plenty cutting boards. So far BEST HOUSE we've rented!!!

Elena's house was great. Location is good, the pool is amazing, its about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, beds where comfortable. Only issue we had during our stay was that the refrigerator didn't get cold enough so we had to put most of our groceries into ice chests. We would definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend

Awesome house, very modern. Its even more spacious than shown, the pics don’t do it justice! Would definitely stay again. The only con would be that there isn’t a dishwasher and supplies such as detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. No biggie though because there’s plenty of store’s nearby. Also If you are a light sleeper there is a noise that comes from the garage due to the water pressure I believe. But those were all minor things, I would still give it a 10/10! The beauty of the house outweighs the cons.

The perfect place to stay wether traveling with family , friends or as a couple. House is super clean, spacious, well furnished, located in very private area. Many areas around the house to relax and enjoy including different indoor seating areas, pool areas, bbq, garage, many balconies all around. Everything in the house was perfect. Elena was waiting for us at check-in and she was just a text away anytime we needed something. 5-star all around ! Thank you ELENA!

Really nice place and close to everything.

The home was very beautiful. Me and my friends spent 5 days in Elenas home for spring break and we had a lot of fun. It is about 10 min away from the resorts and every day me and my friends just called a taxi to pick us up and take us where we needed to go. Elena was very communicative when I had any questions and she was super friendly! We would stay here again if we visit Rocky Point again!

What a great stay! Elena was so great and communication was amazing. She was understanding and accommodating. Our family had a great Christmas, we made tons of great memories. The house is so beautiful and the sunset views from the upper floor were breathtaking. Location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach and 13 mins away from El Malecón. We all had so much fun! Great modern home with everything you need ! Location is walking distance from the beach and a 5 minute drive to nearest convenience store. Glass balconies wrap around the home and give you an amazing 270 degree view of your surroundings ! Elena has maintained a beautiful and clean home, you can’t get better for value for your money !

Elena was such a great host!you definitely did not expect the house to be as big as it was.Pictures simply do not do justice.She went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend in puerto penasco a memorable one. The view was outstanding!Security in Las Conchas was definitely on point they constantly drove through the neighborhood to make sure everything was ok.Thank you Elena for your beautiful rental this was one for the books. I give this a 10/10 recommendation especially for the cleanliness of the house.Gracias Elena!

5 star stay in 👌🏻House was amazing.

Contemporary villa with stylish furniture. One bedroom on the ground floor, the others upstairs. At least three separate areas with sofas to chill out (one upstairs). Ample bathrooms, all with showers. Fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, several different types of glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc), gas+charcoal bbq in the lovely and private backyard. Big and new washer and drier. Overall extremely clean and 300 feet from the beach access. In section 8 of las conchas it takes 10 minutes driving to the big grocery store near downtown and even less for the malecon and sandy beach.

the house was much bigger than expected and on top of that the house was beautiful inside, all for a good price. would definitely recommend when visiting Peñasco again!
