I rented the villa with 15 friends. The easiest way to find the Villa, is by searching search online for “Casa Santo Domingo.” We booked the villa and was put in touch with Orlando, the on-site host. Prior to the trip, he was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We opted for breakfast everyday and two cooked dinners at the villa. We had a security guard at the entrance 12 hours and a butler the other 12 hours, so we felt very safe. The butler would get groceries. The 4 on-site staff members cooked for us daily and they cleaned the linens, towels, and bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Some of the rooms had two beds and some had only one. The Villa is right in the heart of the walled city, which as a tourist, is where you want to stay. The rooms had air conditioning. The common areas did not. All of the guests had a great time.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 20 girls and we had plenty of space! Its a great place for a large group. Pros: - massive house with plenty of rooms and large common spaces to hang out - awesome staff, we felt safe, and highly recommend hiring them for breakfast and any other meal - other reviews mentioned bad communication, it was not my experience, the team was amazing and answered my many questions - the place was clean Cons: - some of the beds were rock hard Note that additional guest past 16 have a fee, and hiring the staff to cook is also additional (totally worth it)
