Good place and host

We were a family of 16 people and everything about the house was excellent. We stayed for a week. All the utensils were in perfect condition. Friendly service. Clean house. The pool was nice. We paid for the heater and it was very worth it, since my children were playing in it until the early hours of the morning and the temperature was very pleasant. We used the barbecue and had no problems, since there is another refrigerator where the barbecue is located. Hot water in all the showers. All the spaces didn't have air conditioning, but they had fans and the atmosphere in the house was very pleasant. The speaker in the pool area with karaoke was a plus, since we brought "Alexa" and everything synced very well. Upstairs there is a very comfortable TV area with a screen where the kids could connect their video game console. There were some little problems with the internet, but Mr. Moises solved them right away and everything was excellent. We promised to come back to celebrate a birthday. Thank you, Mr. Moises, for your constant attention.

There were 18 of us, and we all had a bed to sleep in. The house has everything you need, just as stated in the description. Mr. Moisés responded to my messages immediately. The check-in process is self-service. We brought a van, which couldn't fit through the entrance due to its height, but we parked it outside the house without any problem. I recommend this place; we really liked it.

The pool was good, warm, although we did have to ask for the boiler (which has an extra cost of $250 per hour) because we were with children, with 3 hours per day it was more than enough

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the house is. Since I booked, Moisés was super attentive. When I arrived at the house, it had many very nice details. The rooms and bathrooms were in perfect condition, clean and with the necessary accessories. Everything was super complete: TVs with Internet and Netflix, and the kitchen with everything you need. I loved that there was a refrigerator outside and inside the kitchen, and there was a microphone and speaker to set the mood outside. I thought the covered pool was amazing because that way the pool didn't fill up with trash and we didn't get burned by the sun. The pool was cold, and the weather was cloudy, but we paid for a four-hour service from Caldera and the warm water lasted until the next day. Although there were 16 of us and we were swimming at the same time, there was never a lack of hot water. It was one of the best services I've ever booked on Airbnb. I loved the place, I loved the service, and I loved the experience. For me, it was a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend it.

The house is truly beautiful. Much better than the pictures. At first, I got the impression that the pool wasn't that big. But when I saw it, wow, it was super nice, large, and had a good depth. Don't hesitate to stay here; it's truly worth it, and you'll have a really enjoyable time. If you are sensitive to the cold, consider that it would be a good idea to pay for the boiler (separate cost), especially in the evenings and at night. With the solar panel, it's warm. :) I will definitely be back. :)
