We had an amazing stay at Patrick’s villa. It was perfect for our 2 families + grandparents as everyone had their own space. Worth nothing that the bunk room is separated from the villa, it was okay for us but it wasn’t suitable for our small kids as they often come looking for us in the night and they would have to go outside and across the patio if we put them in the bunk room. The layout for us felt more like 2 x 2 bed villas, and a studio with an ensuite. The Villa is a short walk from the beach and a few cute cafes and restaurants but the road is quite steep and rocky so we opted to take the quick drive. The beach was incredible and a highlight for us. The kids loved the surfboards and bodyboards, and the pool was wonderful. We also had a visit from a group of Howler Monkeys in the trees. La Luna nearby was great to watch the sunset but very pricey. We opted for a private chef for most of our evenings and that was perfect. Overall we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at Oasis Nosara. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchens were well equipped (just missing a microwave and a kettle) and the pool was a hit with our kids. It was very convenient to have a washer machine and a dryer at the place. A few things worth considering: schedule the pool cleaning for a late afternoon, have a cleaning crew come clean the houses every 2-3 days, and provide more bathroom and kitchen supplies at check in (e.g., toilet paper, tissues, paper towels). The linens and dish racks need to be upgraded. During our stay, we hired chef Jairo’s services. He prepared us wonderful Costa Rican meals and drinks for an affordable price. This property was perfect for our family of 14! It is exceptionally clean and well apportioned. The swimming pool in between the houses was a big hit for the kids, and also a place of respite for the adult who wanted to find a place to read a book and enjoy the lounge chairs and the shade. The beds are firm, but plenty comfortable. The fact that the houses open up to the breeze made them very comfortable inside during the day. If it was too warm, you could always retreat to the pool or a bedroom. The beaches are very accessible. It’s an easy walk to Playa Pelada and there’s others just a short drive away. We especially liked Playa Guiones. There’s also eating places you can walk to and a great little ice cream shop we enjoyed a couple of times. There is a guard at the gate in the evening which is nice for entry and just feeling secure. We initially arrived very late after the guard had left and had a little trouble getting in, but it was resolved. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful compound that is walkable to the beaches. We loved being closer to playa Pelada compared to playa Guiones (although only like a 15 min walk on the beach) because it felt less busy. Having the pool was clutch during the middle of the day. Host and his helpers were super easy to work with when we had questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully we will be back soon!

This property is even better in person! We were incredibly comfortable and the location could not have been better. Communication with the owner and property manager was fast, super helpful, and very accommodating. The pool is a gem! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again! Highly recommend this super special spot.

We had an incredible week at Patrick’s beautiful home. The space was perfect for our large family to all have their own space. The common area around the pool is where went spent many evenings it really felt like a paradise steps from the the beach. We loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat.

Our family of 13 from teens to grandparents spent a great week at Oasis Nosara. Plenty of room inside and out, lovely pool, well equipped kitchen and living areas, quiet retreat close to terrific beaches. Excellent restaurant choices within walking distance. We’d love to come again!

We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. So peaceful and comfortable and looks better than photos.

Overall we had a great stay, with five couples staying at the place over the span of a week. Tons of space, great pool and very comfortable. It's a bit tricky to find (we missed it a couple times at night!) but you can still walk easily to the local town for coffee / food, and it's only ~20-25 minute walk to the main beach. We rented ATVs/quads, which helped us get around more easily. Great place and I'd recommend it to people!

The home of exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect for 3 families as we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Great location. We would definitely book the home again.

Incredible location near the beaches (rent a golf cart). The homes were very comfortable with beautiful high ceilings. A/C in the bedrooms was very welcome. Rachel helped us with booking shuttles and golf carts. We were a family group with kids ages 1.5-10 and had a blast. Important to note that the bunkroom en suite is not connected to the other homes--you exit to the exterior and walk a breezeway to get to the main residence.

We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family vacation of 10 with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathrooms, plenty of space, walking distance to beaches, cafes, golfcarts took us anywhere else we wanted to go. The pool and amenities are amazing, pictures do not do it justice!
