The space This beautiful and private retreat is situated on an expansive lot with TWO full homes (2bd/2ba + 3bd/3ba) separated by a large saltwater pool and lush gardens. The perfect location for a large family to spread out and mingle but also have plenty of privacy - or take your whole crew on vacation for a relaxing beach getaway! The open air homes have a large living space with plenty of areas to relax, work remotely, chill out in the air-conditioned bedrooms, lounge by the pool, or take a quick walk to the beach to chill or surf. Guest access While staying here you will have full access to both the homes, pool, gardens, and laundry room. The compound is fully enclosed for privacy and security, providing plenty of room for parking on site. Everything is ground level as well meaning kids can spread out and play on the grass lawn, and adults can relax and enjoy a private and secluded environment at OASIS NOSARA. Other things to note A safe is provided to lock up your valuables when you are not present. This property was perfect for our family of 14! It is exceptionally clean and well apportioned. The swimming pool in between the houses was a big hit for the kids, and also a place of respite for the adult who wanted to find a place to read a book and enjoy the lounge chairs and the shade. The beds are firm, but plenty comfortable. The fact that the houses open up to the breeze made them very comfortable inside during the day. If it was too warm, you could always retreat to the pool or a bedroom. The beaches are very accessible. It’s an easy walk to Playa Pelada and there’s others just a short drive away. We especially liked Playa Guiones. There’s also eating places you can walk to and a great little ice cream shop we enjoyed a couple of times. There is a guard at the gate in the evening which is nice for entry and just feeling secure. We initially arrived very late after the guard had left and had a little trouble getting in, but it was resolved. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful compound that is walkable to the beaches. We loved being closer to playa Pelada compared to playa Guiones (although only like a 15 min walk on the beach) because it felt less busy. Having the pool was clutch during the middle of the day. Host and his helpers were super easy to work with when we had questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Excellent house(s) and furnishings, prime location and walkable to 2 beaches. Restaurants and grocery stores were a short drive nearby. My family, 10 in all including 4 kids 5-11 yrs old, had lots of space. Fabulous sunsets. Unfortunately, while we were there, strong winds for 7 of the 10 days resulted in a lot of leaf and branch debris as well as 2 trees knocked down into the pool. Kudos to the caretakers, they were there very quickly to take care of the considerable mess. Jorge was excellent in quickly responding to any issues while we were there.

This property is even better in person! We were incredibly comfortable and the location could not have been better. Communication with the owner and property manager was fast, super helpful, and very accommodating. The pool is a gem! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again! Highly recommend this super special spot.

We had an incredible week at Patrick’s beautiful home. The space was perfect for our large family to all have their own space. The common area around the pool is where went spent many evenings it really felt like a paradise steps from the the beach. We loved every moment and would come back in a heartbeat.

Our family of 13 from teens to grandparents spent a great week at Oasis Nosara. Plenty of room inside and out, lovely pool, well equipped kitchen and living areas, quiet retreat close to terrific beaches. Excellent restaurant choices within walking distance. We’d love to come again!

Overall we had a great stay, with five couples staying at the place over the span of a week. Tons of space, great pool and very comfortable. It's a bit tricky to find (we missed it a couple times at night!) but you can still walk easily to the local town for coffee / food, and it's only ~20-25 minute walk to the main beach. We rented ATVs/quads, which helped us get around more easily. Great place and I'd recommend it to people!
