If you’re looking for a place that feels like an all inclusive resort this is it! From the cold towels and welcome drinks upon arrival to the amazing food and bartender throughout our stay made our vacation even more amazing. Jessica the concierge was an incredible communicator from before our trip to the end. Only downside is it’s not that easy to walk into town, but for us we enjoyed just staying at the house and relaxing so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Brock's property Casa Caleta. Jessica truly went above and beyond — welcoming us with margaritas and appetizers, which made us feel right at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Mari and Sergio were great as well. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, and I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing house - amazing staff - great experience from start to finish!

Too many amazing things to say to be able to fit it all in one review but I’ll share some highlights! The staff were above and beyond, incredibly helpful, incredibly welcoming and cheerful. The meals were so delicious and fresh and catered expertly to different dietary needs. The rooms were all outfitted with comfortable beds, soft towels, and great AC. The beach was right at our front door. The spa services and boat tour booked were top of the line. We’d all go back in an instant!

I took my wife and 2 daughters, 17 and 15 to this amazing get away. We were met with open arms from the most friendly staff ever. They went above and beyond the entire stay. Each and every one of them are great people who are just enjoyable to be around. The house is over the top beautiful. We spent the entire time in the pool and in the ocean. Job the bartender has perfect conversation, information and humor. The cook is a total master at his profession. We went to a super fancy restaurant one night, his food is better. Sergio the house man will take it apon himself to make sure you do nothing, the maid had the place perfectly clean every day. We have never had such a relaxing, fun, full of food time in our lives. Highly recommend this casa to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. There was not a single disappointment, only serveral happy, joyous and fun days. Thank you for sharing your space with us

What an amazing stay we had at Casa Caleta! The house was amazing and exceeded expectations. We were greeted by our full staff; housekeeper, bartender, houseman, chef and concierge. The concierge and I had been communicating for a few weeks before arriving (we had a few special requests). She had everything that I asked for and was great at anticipating our needs. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the outdoor area is everything you can ask for (pool, hot tub and the beach) and we felt like royalty the entire stay. I have to give a special shoutout to 2 notables.. Job, the bartender was fantastic. Attentive and very skilled. Alex, the chef, was amazing. He is truly a chef (not a cook) and could make everything we asked for. I don't know what more we would have wanted that Casa Caleta and the staff couldn't (or didn't) provide. Great stay and great value! We WILL be back! BTW, 1000 characters is not nearly enough

While the setting and home are incredibly beautiful, it's the service team that makes this stay 5 Stars. As soon as I booked it, Jess was proactively communicating and was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. We were warmly welcomed by the team (with cool towels and cocktails!) for introductions and tour of the property. Sergio and Mary ensured the property stayed pristine and took care of all our needs while Chef Alex and Mixologist Job created the finest cuisine and cocktails that rivaled anything we could possibly find in town (honestly, just stay onsite for all the meals and drinks!) Everybody in my party agreed they would book with Casa Caleta again. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Our stay at Casa Caleta was wonderful! The concierge, Jess, was responsive and helped arrange everything we needed before we got there. The staff at the villa, especially Alex and Job, took great care of us once we were there. The villa itself was in amazing condition and was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with my closest friends and family. We will be back!

Amazing stay! Extremely memorable trip for our entire group largely driven by our stay at this beautiful property, couldn't have asked for a nicer villa experience. 5-stars in all aspects, including the villa's staff who were all wonderful. We'd highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Casa Caleta. The villa is beautiful and pristine, and the staff was absolutely incredible. Chef Alex made the most delicious meals. We went out to a restaurant one night for dinner and regretted it, as his food was way better! The beach is just down the stairs from the villa. It was slightly rocky/seaweedy but just a minute or two walk down from there was a very nice beach. The pool in the villa was superb and we spent a lot of time there. We arranged several activities through the villa including tequila tasting which was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here for a truly luxurious vacation!

A Gem! We stayed at Casa Caleta with a total of 11 adults and everyone absolutely loved it. The location is perfect – you can walk or Uber to all the activity in the center of the city or choose to relax peacefully at the villa. Our friends loved the optionality and got to enjoy a little bit of everything. Jessica was wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. The villa staff of Alex, Maria, Job, and Sergio helped to make our stay even better. The villa was always spotless and the food and drinks delicious. We also had on-site massages which were a nice cherry on top! You won’t regret staying here ☺️

My friends and I decided to rent the house for the weekend for a 40th birthday celebration. The house was absolutely immaculate. The crew was absolutely amazing. Hope was a fabulous host, Alex was a great chef, Jess was super responsive and friendly, the entire crew of the house was 10 out of 10 experience. I don’t know how we’re gonna talk next year. Have every intention on coming back. Perfect experience.

Great location, great place and great staff!

Getting married at Casa Caleta is the best decision I've ever made. I'm at a loss for words to even describe how perfect our experience was. The property was a castle outfit with the most beautiful design, comfortable beds, and an enormous pool and hot tub. The location was unspeakably perfect. The location on Conchas Chinas beach was the best view I've ever seen. It was an honor to get married here. There aren't words to describe the staff. Alex cooked the most incredible meals, taking dietary restrictions into account. Sergio was warm, kind, and thought of everything to make our stay special. Anna keeps the house IMMACULATE and loved caring for the baby in our group. Job stood out. He is so attentive and kind and made the house a home. Jessica prepped our stay to be flawless in every way. We all cried leaving Casa Caleta. The only thing we'd change is that we'd never have to leave. I'm left speechless by this stay. Thank you for hosting my dream wedding. We will be back.

Absolutely stunning home and the staff are top notch. Our meals there were better than eating out! We had five couples in our group and everyone loved it. The bedrooms and en suites were spacious. Our every request was met with a smile. We can’t wait to come back!
