Amazing get away with the family, everyone really loved it

We had a really nice stay. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative, always available to answer questions and respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great hosting experience. The information and guide prior to arrival were super clear, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. The house is spotless, with first-class facilities and a beautiful garden. The beds and showers are spectacular; they allowed us to really rest, even while traveling with a two-month-old baby. The hot tub works great and adds a lot of value to the stay. We would definitely come back, whether as a family, with friends, or for a creative getaway.

A wonderful house; it feels like a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. There were stores nearby to get whatever you needed. Stefano is always attentive and provides a prompt response.

Beautiful house! Just like in the pictures. If your looking for peace and quite it’s a great place to stay. Just across Monte Alto entrance, where you can hike for hours and very close to bicycle rentals (Living for Bikes), about 15 minutes by car to Avàndaro .

We really had a great time. The house is very nice, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos, which is always appreciated. Also, the atmosphere is very nice, and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service was very good; they were always attentive and responded quickly, which made everything much easier. Overall, it's a place that is well worth it. We had a very good experience, and we would certainly stay here again. We recommend it without a problem.

The accommodation is an extremely quiet and cozy place; the house is very beautiful and comfortable. In addition, its location is very convenient, as it allows you to easily get to Avándaro, downtown Valle de Bravo, and the lagoon. Stefano was always very attentive and helped us clear up all our questions.

The photos clearly show what you’ll find. Everything was great, except for the noise from the street. But the service from Stefano was extraordinary, and July was always very helpful. We had a great weekend! Thank you so much!

We loved Casa Itualli. We had a very nice time with the family. We were very comfortable and the children enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace and the garden. Stefano was always attentive and except for a few things that didn't work, EVERYTHING else was perfect 👌🏼 We would definitely consider returning to your home. The location was perfect for us because we were going to Valle and Avandaro at the same time, and being close to Monte Alto allowed us to take nice walks in the woods. Both adults and children were very happy. The house is super spacious and has everything you need to just settle in and enjoy!!

Spectacular house!

The house and its amenities are excellent

It's a beautiful house, it has divine architecture, as well as the interior decoration. The jacuzzi is quite large and at an excellent temperature. It has amazing views in every room. Very comfortable to go with several people, it's like a boutique hotel. Ale is super nice and cooks super well, they help you with shopping and that makes everything easier. Recommendations: Use Rappi if you want to buy things, it's easier than any other method. Suggestions for the house: have a full body mirror and a light plant. Sometimes the electricity goes out because of the rain.

Stefano was very attentive from the time of booking and during our stay. The place is very nice, with relaxing spaces and very clean.

Great stay, very nice place

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Itualli. The house is beautifully designed, with a very practical layout that favors family life without sacrificing privacy: each room is spacious and comfortable. The garden is a big plus. Although there are no games specifically for children, ours (5 years old) had a great time running and exploring the space. The bathrooms are excellent: spacious, with hot water and a very good shower pressure. The location is very convenient: just 15 minutes from Avándaro and the lake, and with grocery stores less than a 5-minute walk away. Upon our arrival, Stefano welcomed us with a tour where he explained the house's project, which made us feel even more connected to the place. Alejandra and Esther cooked delicious food for us. Alejandra, as part of the staff, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the stay. In addition, Pilar offered us a massage service, which was great.

It's a super experience! The house is very nice, the spaces are very nice, Ale, who cooked for us, and her mom are super nice, kind, they never say no, they give you alternatives, Stephano is always attentive and always helped me, at night we saw fireflies, the pool is super warm, the rooms are cozy, it has quick access to the bike path. Great place! The house has a great view of the forest and Monte Alto mountain. The location is good, just 15 minutes from Avandaro by car and with cafes and places within walking distance (on the bike path). There is a little street noise at the entrance to San Mateo, but nothing serious. You still feel at home in the forest, with green views on all sides, as well as the mountain on one side. The garden of the house is super nice and you have pine trees in front. Stefano helped us coordinate everything so that we had kitchen service, cleaning and the supermarket on our arrival!
