Excellent house for the weekend

One of the best experiences I've had on the app. Juan's house is amazing. We were a group of 20 people, and we were very comfortable. The pool was always heated, there are lots of activities to do, and the people who assist you at the house are very friendly and always attentive to your needs. Juan was in close contact with me and helped me with everything I needed.

Excellent support and follow-up from the host, the facilities exceeded our expectations, and the service and assistance provided by Cloti, Ray, and Almita were more than great!

The house is very nice, it has everything you need to have a great weekend in large groups. Excellent service from Juan, an excellent host. In addition, the staff who work in the house are super attentive and very friendly.

Our stay was just amazing. From the first contact I had with Juan, everyone was attentive and willing to help us with absolutely everything, even much more than we imagined. The service completely exceeded our expectations. The house and everyone make you feel part of it and you are super comfortable and happy during the stay. My husband, my family and I fell in love, we will definitely try to return!! It's definitely the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Juan, the host, deserves a special mention. He was always present, attentive and with the best attitude to support us with anything we needed. Their willingness, warmth and level of service were next level. We spent a weekend with several families with small children and Juan's house was super comfortable with enough space for everyone and it is just like the description and photos. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very pleasant to be inside or outside the house. The heated pool is wonderful, as well as the different games to keep the kids entertained. The people who help in the house are very friendly and helpful and cook delicious food. We had a spectacular time and Juan was always attentive to make sure everything was fine. It's a great place to stay!

We loved the house. Very spacious and ideal for very large groups. Beautiful gardens and a very nice pool area. The beds were very comfortable. The service team's attention was excellent. They cooked us delicious food and all the coordination was very easy. We're ready to return.

Excellent weekend, the house is in perfect condition and has everything that is discussed in the publication, the service staff is also very friendly and Juan is very friendly and preventive. The weekend we spent at the house was great, from the reservation Juan was very friendly and provided the necessary information to be able to reach the house and once upon your arrival the people who welcome you provide excellent service, they are very attentive, friendly and due to your needs, they really make you a comfortable stay. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities it mentions, the pool is heated and every corner super clean. Something I have to mention is that it is the first place where I can't find insects inside the house, that speaks very well of the maintenance offered to the place in addition to its beautiful gardens. Definitely my family and I will be back for a next time.

We’ve been in different places in Cuernavaca and this is by far the best place we have been to. Juan responsiveness and on top the service staff took care of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. WiFi in the entire house and garden made many of our family happy!

It is difficult to find a property that can comfortably accommodate 18 people and this place is ideal, with very good spaces, clean and excellent service staff. Doña Cloti's delicious cuisine and the attention of her husband, Alma and Adriana, as well as the company of Capitán, make you feel at home. The oversized pool and very well kept green areas.

Absolutely beautiful property! A great place to come and spend time with a big family or group of friends. Big house, lots of bedrooms and beds. Even a poolside casita. Pool is big and heated and the grounds are lush and manicured. The fire pit…a real nice touch! Can’t say enough about how beautiful this property is. Peaceful and tranquil when you need it to be or a great place to celebrate. Juan was very friendly and helpful and was really on top of the communication every step of our stay. The caretakers of the property were very attentive and very nice. We will definitely be back!!!!

Casa Bienteveo is extremely beautiful. Its gardens are beautiful, its pool is very large, and the rooms are very comfortable. If you come with a large group as was my case, this is definitely the best option. The directions were very clear, and you feel very safe because the property is inside a private complex with a security booth. We hope to be back soon!

We were looking for a facility or a house large enough with common areas in which we could carry out different integration exercises in order to integrate a team of soccer children together with their parents and their coaches. This location gave us and surprised us first of all for the comfort and distribution of the rooms, the service of the staff and all its common areas as well as the pool, the soccer field in the campfire area and all the green areas in which with the Tim Building team that was not accompanied, different activities could be carried out, achieving an excellent integration of the team

Casa Bienteveo far exceeded our expectations. We took a meditation and yoga course, the place has an amazing vibe! The gardens are spectacular, as well as the house. We really enjoyed the pool. It's super-sized and the temperature is ideal. We were struck by the fact that there is very good internet in all areas of the house, the garden and the palapa. We definitely want to come back for more days. Highly recommended!!!

Bienteveo exceeded all our expectations. The house is beautiful and very functional. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccable. The sheets, pillows and towels are of excellent quality and comfort. Very bright and spacious spaces. There are all kinds of amenities to make your stay enjoyable and fun. The pool is beautiful and has the ideal temperature. Wherever you look, the space is beautiful, full of gardens and trees and very charming. But without a doubt the best thing about the place is its people, from its host Juan who was attentive to every detail and at all times, to Doña Cloti who enchants with her food. Don Ray and Enrique were very helpful and kind to help with anything and to maintain the garden, and Lety and Yamileth kept the place impeccable and clean. I wouldn't change anything about this place. We've found the perfect place for a big family. Thank you Juan for all your attention and to the whole team for making us feel at home. We highly recommend staying at the Bienteveo house. The photos really don't do this beautiful house justice. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower is very good, the garden is spectacular, the pool has a good temperature, we enjoyed playing volleyball there a lot. The grill works very well, all the televisions have total play and the wi-fi reaches everywhere. The support staff who attended us at the house were very friendly and helpful. The location was unbeatable since we were a few steps from the event we were going to, and there is a lot of security due to the double booth of the subdivision. We would love to return one day to the Bienteveo house to enjoy a few days out of the city again. Simply fantastic!
