Our stay was just great. The house is beautiful, impeccable, and even better than what the pictures show. Each space is perfectly cared for and makes the experience very comfortable to enjoy as a family. In addition, the service was first-class. Jorge was always attentive to every detail and available at all times to make sure everything went perfectly. It was definitely an experience that exceeded our expectations and to which we will return several times to continue enjoying as a family. Totally recommended!

The house exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful property with enough space for our large group and a nice heated pool and hot tub overlooking the lake. But what stood out was the fantastic team that Jorge has put together that made our stay singlehandedly the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The host (Jorge) was great at communicating and made sure everything was setup before our arrival. When we reached, we were greeted with a very helpful and cheerful team of people (Ceaser the house manager, Ale the head chef and others) who made sure each and every need was met. The meals that they made for us were fantastic and better than any restaurant experience. They were plated and served really well and everything from drinks, water, coffee, food, pool towels, local recommendations was handled with efficiency, grace and big smiles! Highly recommend this for a luxurious and relaxing vacation!!

The house is amazing, and the way the people treat you makes you feel at home. I think the only thing to improve is the mattress in the master bedroom. Everything else is excellent.

Wow—what an incredible home. The house is absolutely stunning: beautifully designed, elegant, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. The team is outstanding—genuinely attentive, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond. Their level of service made a big difference throughout our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it. If I had to point out a small area for improvement—purely to make the experience even better—it would be to consider adding blackout curtains and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It doesn’t take away from the overall experience, but it would make the stay even more comfortable.

This house is incredible, honestly the pictures look great and still don't do it justice, it's even nicer! The staff are amazing. The meals were delicious. The view is incredible. The amenities are awesome. My group is already talking about when we can return for another stay. We loved everything.

Nautilus is an experience. The house is definitely designed to make your days special. We celebrated 3 birthdays and all the friends are very happy to have been here. The staff knows exactly what you're going to need and they have exceptional service. We'll definitely be back.

Our family group enjoyed three wonderful nights at this villa in Valle de Bravo. We were visiting from Canada and Europe with three generations of our family. Jorge was a helpful and responsive host. Cesar, Ale, Vero and Ibeth made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Marcello, the dog, was well behaved and good natured and kept away from our group except when the children wanted to pet him. The food was delicious and excellent value. The house and views were spectacular. It was a long voyage for us to get to Valle De Bravo, but worth it. I hope we will be able to come back some day.

Excellent service and house! I highly recommend it. The only important issue to consider is that one of the bedrooms is in the service area that is not integrated into the house, I would not consider it for guests.

We rented Nautilus House for a family trip and the stay exceeded our expectations, house pics are exactly as the house is. The house is beautiful and in great shape. The onsite staff lead by Cesar and Ale were amazing, always ready to make your stay memorable. From food to cocktails they got you covered. We Aligned on a menu few days before arrival and they took care of everything from buying groceries to cooking and cleaning!! Top service!! I highly recommend this house!!

It's hard to express how absolutely perfect this trip was. Jorge and his incredibly team provided 5-star service. The space itself was beyond beautiful and peaceful. Sharing the sunrises and sunsets with my friends were memories I won't forget. I booked the space for a gathering of close friends to celebrate my partner's birthday. I loved the open-space concept in the shared area. We spent most of it outside where the weather was perfect for November. The food was incredible and when we needed anything, the staff was readily available (and onsite during daytime hours). The heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect in the chillier evenings. The beds were soft and each room had it's own bathroom which was amazing for the privacy of each couple. Architecturally, this house had so much to look at and appreciate. My friends were grateful for the find. We hope to come back and enjoy it again!

The house is beautiful and has great accommodations, I suggest putting in blackout drapes because the sun woke us up very early, also we didn’t know there was a live in dog and two of us are allergic, the staff was very helpful and kept the dog away, but they should mention that the dog lives there. The staff was incredible, helpful and very nice, great food and service! Jorge was always helpful and responsive and cleared up all our doubts, we rented the house boat and it was great! This place is a gem! My friends were delighted with the experience. Jorge has an incredible logistics team, and Vero, Iveth, Ale and César make everything go perfectly. They are super attentive to detail and are always looking out for you. In addition, they cook luxuriously, which allows you to enjoy the house to the fullest. I will definitely be back.

Jorge's home was great for our group of 11 adults. The house is stunning and all the extra touches (offering to do grocery shopping before our arrival, the heated jacuzzi, the incredible staff at the house who cooked three meals a day for our group and took great care to have meat and vegetarian options, the willingness to help us set up excursions outside the house like ATV to waterfalls and boating/wakeboarding around the lake) made it a true luxury vacation. The team at the house (Eric, Cesar, and the women) were so good at their jobs, so professional, such gracious hosts, fabulous cooks, and so nice. We have been doing this trip for 5 years now and this is the first house that our group wants to book again for next year!

The open living room, the views of the mountains and the lake, the swimming pool, the yard, its location--everything about it was perfect for our group of four families traveling with children. ESPANOL - Amazing home for our big family. Amazing views! The home was perfectly carved for the 5 adult couples with young children. Open house design and amazing downtown space for everyone to be together and entertain. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. We would definitely rent the home again. There is only one parking lot inside the home, and only a large SUV can fit in the front. Small cars can fit underneath. ENGLISH - Incredible home for our large family. Amazing views! The home was perfectly sized for the 5 adult couples with small children. Open house layout and amazing center space for everyone to be together and entertain. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely rent the home again. Only negative is parking underneath the home, and only one large SUV can fit in the front. Small cars can fit underneath.

This was a stay of a lifetime, something my family and I have never experienced before. First, I would like to say Jorge was responsive, friendly, and proactive. He accommodated my family and I with everything and answered any questions that I had very quickly. Once we arrived, Cesar greeted us and helped us get our bags inside. When we all walked in our breathe was taken away. The house is magical and a piece of art. Every detail was perfect. It had amazing space for my family and I and we never wanted to leave. It was beautiful. Everything was super clean and spotless. The best part was the staff, they are so wonderful and kind and really took care of us. The attention to detail was spot on every time. We truly appreciated having them there. Cesar, Ale, Eric, and Ybeth made sure we had everything that we needed. The food that they cooked for us was unmatched. We loved every meal that they made, it was delicious. Full of love! Everything was 1000 stars and above. Best experience ever.

Excellent option to stay , the house is as or better than in the photos , facilities and quality furniture. The exceptional , attentive, friendly and professional staff . The food they prepare is quality . You really enjoy the stay. One point to improve is that in hot season the house does not have air conditioning . Only fans . It is the only detail , there are fans and the wind blows in the common area, in the rooms it may be that some if it does not ventilate as much. Otherwise the place is perfect . We'll be back in winter .

We, grandpa (1) grandmother (1) children (6) and grandchildren (5) enjoyed the house, the pool and the cooking skills of the friendly and always helpful staff. The house is large, but due to the way it was built, you are in good contact with each other. The staff is pleasant to deal with. We have chosen that they come up with the meals, do the shopping and then cook. We really liked that. Also price-technical. We also made a cruise led by Ceasar with the boat that belongs to the house. Then you see the beauty and splendor of homes around the lake very well. Highly recommended. The grandchildren played endlessly in the pool. Together and with the parents. They have enjoyed it! On the large TV screen in the central room we followed the Song Contest. You can stream via Ipad and web (but with a connection to NL). In short... we enjoyed it. Thanks again to the staff for all the good care.

Ale, Cesar, Eric and Ybeth were all attentive. Ale is an amazing chef and made the best Mexican foods. She customized each day with each request I made and provided a wonderful variety. Cesar was super attentive with each request and making sure we had what we needed. From making the hot tub as hot as we wanted, catering with beverages, and going above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Eric, similar to Cesar, wonderful breakfast service each day. Same to Ybeth, with maintaining the cleanliness of my large group. Making sure our rooms and baths were always tidy and restocked. All in all, wonderful stay and more than I expected. 🙏💙

We recently stayed at this breathtaking property, which was a perfect fit for our large group. The house is absolutely gorgeous, offering luxurious comfort. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff's exceptional hospitality. Cesar in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From accommodating special drink requests to organizing a salsa making class, his efforts greatly enhanced our experience. The staff assisted in arranging mariachi entertainment and helped with transportation needs. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay truly memorable. However, there was a misunderstanding that impacted our satisfaction. After booking, we were offered an all-inclusive food/drink option by the host, which was stated to be for 15% of the total ticket. Unfortunately, this was not the case, as we were later charged an amount closer to 50% of our total payment for the Airbnb. Future guests might appreciate clearer communication about extra services.

Truly no words to describe the magic of this house. I have stayed and Airbnb is all over the world and this is by far the best. Jorge is incredible and his staff made us feel like family. If you have the opportunity to stay here - don’t pass it up! We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return!!

Any words I could say about this experience would not convey how wonderful, beautiful, and peaceful this stay is. To begin, Jorge is the most responsive, pro-active, helpful host I have ever had. He organized every detail of our trip down to the transportation, excursions, in-house spa services with incredible local recommendations. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was as a host. The property itself is stunning. The pictures do not due justice to the furnishings, amenities, and incredible views. The in-house meals were the biggest surprise of this trip. Every single meal was homemade, delicious, and plentiful. Our group could not say enough about how wonderful every meal was. It was my birthday and the amazing chefs even surprised me with a gorgeous chocolate cake. The entire staff and every member of this team made this the most wonderful, smooth, relaxing vacation I have ever had. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing house to spend time with family and friends, the photos are short on what it really is. Both Jorge and the super attentive staff and the food is delicious.

The house is beautiful and has all the equipment for a relaxed beautiful stay. All furniture is very comfy and rooms and bathrooms perfectly equipped. Jorge and the team are very professional and good to communicate with. One thing to consider is to calculate enough money for the food and drinks.

The house is spectacular, the pool is very friendly, and the hot tub was super fast. Top-notch staff, very attentive. The boat to ski super good and if you like, hire a super good instructor. Great experience. We'll be back soon
