Excellent place to stay facing the ocean. The views are unbeatable, the kitchen is quite well equipped, and in general, the whole apartment is good. The only thing is that in the master bedroom, we never managed to get hot water. Communication was a bit slow, and the check-in was somewhat chaotic, since the security guard was supposedly new and didn't guide us well at all. However, in the end, everything was resolved, and the views were worth any other inconvenience. I would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was absolutely stunning — very quiet, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding away from the crowds.

We absolutely loved our seventh stay at Fabio's place. The accommodation is large, very well equipped, and the ocean views and sunsets are magnificent, with direct access to a secluded beach. Building staff are very helpful. There is parking included. Fabio is a great host. In short, we recommend it!!

This place was beautiful!! The views were stunning and watching the sunset on the balcony each evening was amazing! There were kitchen supplies so cooking meals at the condo was a breeze. The host was very responsive and there was security at the front around the clock. The infinity pool was amazing right off the beach. The ocean water was clear and there were so many fish!! We saw stingrays in the morning eating fish and it was such a great experience. I definitely recommend this place!!

The place was very nice, exceeded my expectations. Fabian and Mariana were prompt with their responses. We enjoyed the ocean view, sunset, and listening to the waves from the balcony. Jurassic age pelicans, and sea creatures were plenty. Didn't see whaIes but saw baby manta rays and lobsters at the beach. All the kitchen appliances are working. Refrigerator can hold a week of supplies but the market are 20 mins away. As far as entrainment for the kiddos, there is tv on each room mostly in spanish channels. The living room has the Amazon fire tv…good luck connecting to your iPhone. I suggest bring hdmi cable to connect to your iPhone or pay for mirroring app. Internet wifi is not the best but good enough for the kids ipads and adults phones. At the bottom floor, they keep the pool water warm. Ping pong table also available. My kiddos enjoyed using the boogie board. The beach water was luke warm and good for swimming and snorkling if you are into that stuff. We plan to come back soon.

This was our second stay at Fabio's beautiful place, and we would easily give it 10 stars if we could. It is that outstanding, and Fabio the perfect host. It truly is a little paradise, from the magnificent views to the spaciousness of the condo and the absolute peace and beauty of the entire setting. It is like a painting come to life, and having to check out the only downfall. Why stay in a loud, crowded resort when you can have your own slice of beauty, with a near-private beach, stunning infinity pool, and a fantastic beach cafe just a short walk along the sand? It's the dream vacation and the dream place. Cannot wait to book again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo with our family. Beautiful views and perfect weather all week. Town wasn’t too far of a drive. Enjoyed the pool and private access to the beach. The only thing that we’d change is having tv’s in the bedroom and that’s just because we had young children but still had a great time! We definitely come back!

Everything was excellent from our arrival, where we were kindly received by the staff, until check-out. Throughout the stay we felt safe and well cared for. The beach is beautiful, very well maintained and quiet; the pool was always clean and ready to enjoy. Fabio was always available to answer any questions and facilitate communication. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it.

Fabio's place is simply spectacular! A spacious, well-kept penthouse, with every detail thought out for the comfort of guests. The oceanfront view is breathtaking and makes every moment special, whether at breakfast or sunset. The location is perfect and the feeling of being there is indescribable. The hosts were extremely agile, attentive and kind, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect. A wonderful experience that will certainly be remembered. We will certainly return.

Beautiful condominium, the photos show the space. Clean and very spacious. Beautiful views and beach. You can see all kinds of animals from the balcony in the sea. It has a jacuzzi in the courtyard. The staff is super attentive and very friendly. It has a foosball table and a ping pong table next to the pool, which is also next to a very nice terrace. It is about 15m to the esplanade by car, and it is almost next to the nogalito ecopark, and 15m from the arches and 20 from mismaloya. The beach is not very crowded, which makes it a little more private. I plan to return

You simply can’t beat the location and amenities at Mirabalau! And Fabio is an outstanding host! He’s very quick about answering questions, and knows the minimal issues that need attention at the condo. Playa Punta Negra is the perfect beach because there’s a little lagoon, it’s walkable and not touristy. From the expansive balcony we saw manta rays, fish, whales, porpoises, and amazing sunsets. Thank you Fabio for a wonderful week for my family.
