The house is as shown in the images. Very quiet location, the water in the heated pool and the showers also had hot water. It has a nice green area. I would definitely spend my vacation in this house again. Everything was very nice. ✨️

The house is very nice and comfortable. Although I had rainy season, the pool was serviced every morning, so it was always clean and ready to use. The water temperature was perfect. The garden is spacious and very beautiful, ideal for relaxing. Overall, a great option to rest. I really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

I really like your open space. There was a lot of peace of mind. Mr. Ernesto is very kind and attentive all the time, and I always help us a lot. The place is very clean, the rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. My pets also rested. Cristina always attended to every observation.

The house was exactly as listed. Beautiful home. Well equipped. 15 minute walk to downtown. Great location. Gardens were beautiful. Very safe area. The gardener came every day and was very friendly. We had a problem with water pressure and we reached out. She came over immediately and arranged for someone to fix and even gave us a ride into town. While we were out she messaged that everything was fixed. Great host. Great location. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

It is a very beautiful and spacious place, we spend a super comfortable weekend and with security and tranquility. The pool is beautiful, heated and super clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the grill very comfortably. It is worth mentioning that the design of the space nos Encanto and our Perritas enjoyed it like never before. The main bedroom is very large and wide we could feel very comfortable all the time. We wish to return to this property soon, I highly recommend them:)

Excellent attention to all the questions that arose before, during and at the end of the stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay on Isbhel’s place. Beautiful house, very calm and quiet during the night. We used the kitchen a couple of times for breakfast and found everything we needed for 8 people. We brought two pets and the area was safe for them, there were no poisonous of harmful plants that we detected. :-) Shower pressure and temperature is great! The neighbourhood feels very safe. There’s also a couple of surveillance cameras in the living room and pool area according to the listing but we didn’t spot them. Regardless, the neighbourhood seemed very safe. There’s also a daily visit from the gardener/handyman at around 11am. We didn’t find this information on the listing at the moment of the visit (still it’s not there) but we believe it’s important to plan around it in case you’re planning to use the pool or be in the house. Also so you’re not surprised in case you see the gardener/handyman in the property. Overall, we would recommend to stay in Isbhel’s place. 👍🏼

The place is superbly located, everything is close by. Access is very easy and upon arrival they showed us the house, the rooms and so on. The photos are not compared to how beautiful the place is, we had a super nice stay. Communication was always attentive to all the needs and questions we had. Just thank Cristina for her attention and I would definitely come back to this place

The place is amazing! I will definitely be back... bad luck that the pool heating failed because of the hosts, however, they communicated with me to let me know and be available for some kind of compensation, which is appreciated and speaks well of them!

Great place to spend a few days. Everything was comfortable and the host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Make sure to bring your own spices and things as the kitchen does not provide that. The pool was relaxing though a bit too warm for us at times, as was the garden. Definitely a place to come for some peace and quiet.

Place is situated in a perfect location and a very quite area. The houses in this area are older and come with some quirks but that is also part of the charm. The kitchen is completely open to the garden so you will have some insects from time to time but Isbhel keeps the place treated for insects. The garden IS BEAUTIFUL (pictures do not do it justice). We had fresh papaya and citrus from the yard (it was amazing). There is a gardener that comes everyday but you hardly notice he is there and for us it was good because my family stayed there for about 2 months and gave us a little extra sense of security (location is completely safe). The team managing the place is VERY responsive and pro-active in staying in touch with you. There is no A/C but the weather is perfect in Ajijic so you really don't need it except for the occasional afternoon. They provided fans and we went into the pool. They have an Argentinian grill we used frequently. Overall a wonderful experience!

An ideal place to rest, very well-kept, clean facilities. The pool is very nice, the garden is very well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay, even my two dogs were happy. The reality exceeded expectations and we were left with a very good taste in our mouths.

Everything was amazing. Only the pool heater was on very late. And it took time to heat the water. Since we went with children and they woke up early... they wanted to be in the pool. And they had to wait a long time for it to warm up. There were almost no pots for cooking, and the pans were very old. But other than that, we had a great time! Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and everything was clean.

Excellent house, the facilities are spotless, the area is very nice and has everything you need for a great weekend. The pool temperature is very good, and the housekeeping is excellent. Mr. Ernesto, who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful.

The place is amazing, I almost always end up disappointed with the airbnbs we hired, because things don't work as they should or the place is not up to the price paid, but this was not the case at all with this house. It's one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've ever seen. The place is worth every penny. The hosts' service was exceptional!!! And everything works just as it should (something very uncommon on airbnb's) a well thought out and well done place. The only thing I have to say is that whoever thinks staying there should consider that the living room and kitchen are open and in mosquito season there is nothing stopping them from being in those areas and there are many (despite the beautiful citronella plants. By What if they go in the rainy season be prepared if they are one of those who have problems with mosquitoes. Otherwise, the area is safe and quiet, and the house is very private and safe. With super and restaurants within a short drive (2-5) minutes.
